- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 45 days before the tour date. In case of cancellation within 45 days of the tour date, a 30% penalty will apply, and if canceled 20 days or less before the tour, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports, workplace permission documents, etc., obtained from Turkey will unfortunately not be accepted for cancellations of hotels and services abroad. - During the tour, it is sufficient to carry USD to make purchases and expenses in all countries included in the program. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be worn during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening. - In our tours, a rotation system (seat change) is applied daily in the seat planning, and fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum requirement of 3 days of accommodation to bring items (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.). - Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - The tour guide may change the program flow as long as all locations listed in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not met, the last cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated by Viyatravel. - In cases where the program mentions only category information without specifying names and/or alternatives are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by Viyatravel 2 days before the trip. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sport tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, Viyatravel will provide information 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour. - Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of hotels, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds consist of folding and coachbed-type beds, the tour participant accepts that in the case of reservations for 3rd persons and/or children, there may be congestion and different bed types in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for one child in the appropriate age group staying with 2 adults. - The breakfast included in the tour services is served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consists of a limited menu known as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate assigned hall for groups. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours conducted to introduce the cities generally, consisting of driving around with a guide's narration, and do not include museum or historical site entrances, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct mentioned tours in cases where local authorities do not permit visits, access is restricted due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible to conduct due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in areas where road access is not permitted. - During the road transit at customs borders, waiting times may exceed standard limits, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative experiences arising from these waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not be conducted, or the prices, content, and used vehicles for extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of the museums or archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional based on the participant's preference and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour will be deemed to agree to wait at a nearby resting facility. These passengers will be dropped off at the resting facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the same spot after the completion of the tour. - The check-in and boarding procedures required for participants of flights are personal actions that must be carried out by the guests at the designated times at the airports, either at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline companies' websites prior to the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, do not complete check-in and boarding processes on time, or who do check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane. All expenses for new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the area to be visited for those who miss the flight will be borne by them. - Viyatravel serves as an intermediary between passengers and the airline and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or existing travel and flight times may change. Viyatravel is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows; the vehicle types below are determined based on the number of participants in each of our tours. Buses: (Used for 25 - 46 participants) Midibuses: (Used for 17 - 24 participants) Minibuses: (Used for up to 16 participants) - All guests are considered to have accepted the above-mentioned items by completing the sale of the tour.
