- During the tour, to shop and spend in all the countries included in the program, it is sufficient to have Euros. For regions using local currency, the Guide will assist with currency conversion. - Throughout the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred. It is also beneficial to carry a sweater or similar clothing for the night. - In our tours, a rotation (seat switch) system is applied daily for seat planning, and fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum stay of 3 days to be able to bring goods (such as alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - The duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter (for spirits with more than 22% alcohol, excluding wine and champagne), 2 liters (for spirits with less than 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - Due to weather and road conditions, guides may make changes to the program, including showing all specified locations, but the overall flow may vary. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior; if canceled less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if less than 20 days remain, 100% penalty applies. Cancellation requests accompanied by official health reports or other documents from Turkey, or cancellations of hotel bookings or services outside Turkey, are unfortunately not accepted. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 persons. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour will be canceled and notified by Viyatravel due to insufficient participation. - In cases where only category information is provided without specific hotel names or where multiple options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before the departure. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the departure date. - Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and in these rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. They consist of one large bed plus an additional bed (which can be fold-away or coach beds). Participants accept possible tightness and bed type issues in such rooms when reserving for 3 persons or children. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with two adults within the age group. - Breakfasts included in the hotel services are generally served as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, according to the local breakfast culture, and may be served in a separate hall for groups. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introduction, lasting at most 2-3 hours, not including museum or historical site entrance fees, with guide narration from the vehicle. If due to local authority restrictions, weather, or other unforeseen conditions, these tours cannot be performed, Viyatravel is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if roads or access points are closed or unsuitable. - Waiting times at border crossings during travel may exceed standard durations; Viyatravel is not responsible for issues caused by delays at border crossings. - Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation of 20 persons. If the required number is not met, the tours may not take place or be costed differently depending on content, vehicle, and participant count. Tour dates and times may be changed by the guide based on museum and site opening status or weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional; those who do not wish to join agree to wait at a rest stop along the route. These participants will be dropped at the rest stop before the tour begins and picked up afterward. - For air tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal steps, to be completed by the guest at the airport counters or online before the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible if guests do not arrive on time for check-in or boarding, or miss the flight, and cannot participate in the tour. Rescheduling or additional costs for new tickets or transfers are the guest’s responsibility. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary with airlines, is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol, and delays or schedule changes may occur. These changes will be communicated as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of schedule changes and purchase the tour accordingly. Children aged 0-2 are exempt from airport tax and service fees. - The vehicle types used in our tours are categorized by the number of people: Bus (used for 25-46 persons): Mercedes Travego/Tourismo, NEOPLAN Cityliner/Tourliner, Temsa Safir/Maraton, Man Fortuna. Midibus (used for 17-24 persons): Isuzu Turkuaz, Otokar Mega. Minibus (for up to 16 persons): VW Volt, Mercedes Sprinter. - All guests are considered to have accepted the above conditions upon purchase of the tour.
