- During the tour, to make shopping and expenses available in all countries on the program, it is sufficient to have Euro. In regions where the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency conversion. - Throughout the trip, comfortable walking or sports shoes should be preferred. It is also recommended to bring a jacket or similar clothing for the evening. - Our daily seat rotation (seat change) policy is applied, and fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum stay of 3 days to be able to bring goods (such as alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - Free shopping limits at the duty-free shop when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter (excluding strong spirits containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), 2 liters of alcohol (including those with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - Due to weather and road conditions, guides may modify the program, but they will show all locations specified in the schedule. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the departure. If canceled less than 30 days before, a 30% penalty applies; if less than 20 days, 100% penalty. The documents such as hospital reports and work permits provided by Turkish authorities are not accepted for cancellations of services outside Turkey, including hotels. - Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice is given 20 days before the tour departure date. Cancellations due to insufficient participants will be announced by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is given without specific hotel names or options for the same destination, hotels will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the departure. - Hotels in fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., may be located more than the specified kilometers away. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform 15 days before the departure date. - Triple rooms are provided based on availability and include one large bed and an extra foldable or coach bed, which are smaller than standard beds. Participants accept the room configuration when booking for 3rd persons or children. Child discounts apply only for a single child sharing with two adults within the age group. - Breakfasts included in the hotel services are typically continental, with limited menus including butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, served in a separate room reserved for groups. - Panoramic city tours included in the package aim to introduce the cities and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. These tours, as well as other scheduled tours, may be affected by local authorities' restrictions, weather conditions, or unforeseen events, for which Viyatravel is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transportation if roads are closed or access is restricted. - During travel, customs checkpoints may involve waiting times exceeding standards; Viyatravel is not responsible for delays. - Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel at minimum 20 participants. If the required number is not met, the tours will not be conducted, or prices may vary depending on content, vehicles, and number of participants. Dates and times can change due to local site opening status or weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional. Passengers who choose not to join agree to wait at a nearby rest stop, and will be picked up at the end of the tour. - Participants in flights must complete check-in and boarding procedures personally, at the airport or online, before the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible for flight issues such as missed flights due to late check-in or boarding. Passengers who miss their flights bear all responsibilities for their travel arrangements, including new tickets and transfers. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary with airlines and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays and schedule changes may occur before or during the trip, and Viyatravel will notify as soon as possible. Travelers accept the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the tour. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or service fees. - The vehicle types used in our tours are classified based on the number of passengers. For 25-46 passengers: Mercedes Travego/Tourismo, NEOPLAN Cityliner/Tourliner, Temsa Safir/Maraton, Man Fortuna. For 17-24 passengers: Isuzu Turkuaz, Otokar Mega. For up to 16 passengers: VW Volt, Mercedes Sprinter. - All guests are deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions upon completing the purchase of the tour.
