If this number is not met: A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (subject to guest approval). B- Tours may be conducted in English or Turkish at an additional cost (subject to guest approval). C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the paid fee will be refunded without deduction. If discounted packages have a higher discount than the refund amount, no refund is given; if lower, the difference is refunded. 2-Once a tour is purchased, necessary reservations are made and payments are processed with local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the tour: A- If a health issue confirmed by a doctor occurs to the guest or their roommate, the paid amount for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on the package is higher than the refund amount, no refund is made; if lower, the difference is refunded. B- For cancellations made within 25 hours of the tour start, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the discount on the package is higher than the refund amount, no refund is made; if lower, the difference is refunded. C- No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the start. D- Guests not at the meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at another point at their own expense. If they choose not to or if it isn't possible due to the tour content, no refund is given. E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if you experience a delay, contact our authorized staff to determine the vehicle's estimated arrival time. These delays do not affect the tour content or duration and cannot be used as a basis for cancellation, thus no refunds will be provided in such cases. F- Our staff will inform about departure times during free times and stops during the tour. If a guest is late, the tour can continue without delay if the impact is minimal, or the group may wait for a reasonable time. If not, the guest can proceed to the next point or return to the hotel at their own expense. No refund will be given in these cases. 3- **WE GUARANTEE: **Our vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used are the best in terms of quality/price ratio and based on our long-standing experience in Egypt. They all conform to International Tourism Standards and are certified by Egyptian authorities. In case of missing or defective service, our company continuously monitors your process in Egypt, and immediate interventions will resolve issues or result in partial or full refunds. However, our company is not responsible for local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical failures, and similar uncontrollable circumstances. 4- Some tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, consult our staff before deciding to participate to understand the tour's conditions. 5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/motor safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, diving, camel rides, and other activities carry certain risks of accidents and may result in serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes. Please be aware of these risks before participating; if in doubt, do not purchase. For these activities, follow our staff’s safety instructions to ensure your safety and the safety of others, and wear the provided safety gear when required. Failure to do so may endanger yourself and others. 6- Respectful attire is your responsibility in places of religious significance. The company is not responsible if you are denied entry due to inappropriate clothing. 7- Some tours and activities may require special equipment or clothing. It is your responsibility to bring or rent comfortable shoes, suitable clothing, swimwear, snorkeling gear, suncream, scarves, shawls, and to borrow and return towels from the hotel. 8- You must inform the guide about food allergies, health-related special diets, or other special needs. While we will do our best, we may not always be able to fully accommodate these needs. 9- During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, it is highly recommended that you do not drink tap or other non-pested waters, avoid eating unwashed or unpeeled fruits and vegetables, and do not consume unpackaged food sold outside. Since your body and immune system may not be adapted to local conditions, symptoms like fever, diarrhea, or vomiting may occur.
