If sufficient participants are not obtained for the package tour, the tour may be canceled 30 days prior to departure. Please inquire about pricing. • For regular passports, if the passport issue date is more than 10 years old, and for other passport types more than 5 years old, the service providers clarify that they are not responsible for any issues related to travel due to expired passports, as the agency is not involved in issuing the passport. All international departures require being present at the port 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. Specifically, guests arriving by domestic flights to ports or airports from other cities should adjust their flight times accordingly. Responsibility for delays or inability to join the tour due to late arrivals is borne by the passenger, and the agency has no liability towards the passenger. It is recommended that passengers complete check-in and seat selection on the airline’s website 24 hours before departure. • The agency acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 1955. Flight times may change prior to departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Passengers accept that flight details may change and purchase the tour with this understanding. • Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one additional bed. Additional beds are foldable or coach beds, and participants reserving for 3rd person and/or children accept possible tightness and bed types in the room. Child discounts apply only for one child of the same age group sharing a room with 2 adults. Due to limited twin (double) rooms, please confirm your twin bed preference before booking. • Minors under age 18 can participate in the tour only if at least one parent is present, and all necessary consent forms must be kept on hand throughout the trip. • Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours designed to introduce cities, including visits to museums and open-air sites, without entrance fees. They may be scheduled on different days without altering content. Extra tours are arranged with a minimum number of participants; if that is not met, prices may increase, and tour dates may be changed at the discretion of the tour leader. Tours may not take place due to weather conditions or restrictions by local authorities. The agency is not responsible if such tours can't be conducted. • Participants must carry health reports, pregnancy status, ongoing medication details, and necessary documentation during the trip. • Tour details, including airport representatives, tour leaders, and hotel information, will be provided 48 hours before departure. • Official passports must not be damaged, stained, or torn, as authorities may refuse entry. Responsibility for such issues lies with the passenger. • Visa application procedures are in place for Turkish citizens. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the travel date, and necessary documents must be submitted according to consulate requirements. Authorities may refuse entry despite a valid visa; in such cases, all costs and legal responsibilities are borne by the passenger. • When leaving Turkish borders, all passports must have at least 6 months of validity from the date of travel, regardless of nationality. Passports with less than that are not approved by our agency. Passengers who cannot participate due to invalid passports are not entitled to compensation from the agency. • Guests not participating in included tours will not receive any refunds.
