Day 1 ISTANBUL – HELSINKI
We meet at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gokcen Airport three hours before our flight. After completing baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we board our flight to Helsinki with Pegasus Airlines. After arriving at the airport, we transfer to our private bus waiting for us. Then we have a panoramic city tour of Helsinki. Helsinki, the capital and the largest and most populous city of Finland, is known as the "White City of the North" due to its light-colored stone architecture. During our city tour, we will see important places including the Senate Square with the Sibelius Monument, the Parliament Square, and the Royal Opera House. Those who wish can join an optional historical tour of Porvoo (45 Euros). We will take a pleasant walk in the medieval town known as the "City of Enchanting Moments." After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Helsinki and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2 HELSINKI – STOCKHOLM (Silja Line Cruise) Cruise Accommodation
After having breakfast at the hotel, we complete our hotel check-out procedures and head to the Silja Line Cruise that will take us to Stockholm. After settling into our cabins, we have free time. Accommodation on the ship.
Day 3 STOCKHOLM
After having breakfast on the cruise, we depart for our panoramic city tour of Stockholm. During the tour, we will see places such as Fjallgatan Hill, the medieval Gamla Stan, Djurgarden Park, the City Hall, the National Theatre building that houses seven theaters under one roof, the Stock Exchange building, and Kungsträdgården Park. After the tour, we have free time for shopping. Those who wish can join an optional historical tour of the Vasa Museum (50 Euros). The Vasa ship, built in the 17th century, capsized and sank during its maiden voyage in Stockholm in 1628. After spending 333 years at the bottom of the sea, this massive warship was salvaged and is now displayed as the only warship of its period in the museum. Those who wish can also join an optional tour of Uppsala & Sigtuna (85 Euros). On this tour, we will visit Uppsala, a university city where you will see a mix of Gothic and medieval styles, and Sigtuna, the first town founded in Swedish history. During our visit to Uppsala, we will see Uppsala Cathedral, the Uppsala University museum, and building. After seeing the old colorful houses in Sigtuna, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4 STOCKHOLM – ÖREBRO – KARLSTAD – OSLO
After having breakfast at the hotel, we set out early for a long journey to Oslo via Örebro and Karlstad. We make a panoramic city tour in Karlstad and have free time for lunch. Upon arrival in Oslo, we depart for a panoramic city tour. During the tour, we will see places including the Royal Palace, the Parliament Building, the City Hall known for hosting the Nobel Prize ceremonies and considered one of the most perfect buildings in the world, the National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, and Residance Museum. We transfer to our hotel in Oslo and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 5 OSLO
After having breakfast at the hotel, for those who wish, we depart for an optional tour of the Flam Train (150 Euros). After the Flam train tour, for those who wish, we depart for an optional Fjord Boat (150 Euros) tour. During our tour, we will embark on a magnificent two-hour Fjord cruise. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Oslo and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 6 OSLO – GÖTEBORG
For those who wish, we depart for an optional tour of Vigeland (40 Euros). The Vigeland Exhibition at Frogner Park, which is the world's largest outdoor sculpture museum, is also the only exhibition where all sculptures were created by the same artist. The main feature of the exhibition, except for a few exceptions, is that all works are human figures. The permanent Vigeland Exhibition at Frogner Park consists of 214 granite and bronze human sculptures, and 13 cast iron gates created by Gustav Vigeland throughout his life. This exhibition covers an area of 320,000 square meters and is the result of 10 years of work by Vigeland and his assistants. Afterward, we transfer to Gothenburg. Upon arrival, we embark on a panoramic city tour of Gothenburg. Founded by Swedish King Charles IX on the Göta River, Gothenburg is a city that fascinates everyone with its historical and cultural richness. Known for its canals, we will see Avenue Boulevard, Gustav Adolf Square, the Poseidon statue, and opera and theater buildings. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest. Day 7 GÖTEBORG – MALMÖ – COPENHAGEN
After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Malmö. With our arrival in Malmö, our city tour begins. During the city tour, we will see places such as Stortorget Square, City Hall, the lively Lilla Torg Square with its cafes and restaurants, and the Sankt Petri church. After the tour, we head to Copenhagen. We cross to Copenhagen using the Öresund Bridge, which offers a magnificent view as it connects Sweden and Denmark. We then depart for our panoramic city tour of Copenhagen. During the tour, we will see Christiansborg Castle, Amalienborg Palace (Royal Palace), the Little Mermaid, Stroget (the longest pedestrian street in Europe), Nyhavn Canal, medieval stock exchange buildings, and the city hall square. Those who wish can join an optional tour of Kronborg Castle & Frederiksborg Palace (85 Euros). This castle is a remarkable example of the Renaissance movement and has played a significant role in the history of Northern Europe. We will see the castle from the outside and then visit the palace used as a summer residence by the Danish royal family, along with its specially designed garden. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Copenhagen and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 8 COPENHAGEN – ISTANBUL
After having breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and have free time. At the time indicated by the guide, we transfer to the airport. After completing baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines. With our arrival at Sabiha Gokcen Airport, our tour and services come to an end.

For international trips, a passport with at least 6 months validity is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or damaged passports.
For visa applications, a passport with at least 6 months validity is required along with the documents listed in the visa requirements document, which can be obtained from our agencies. These documents must be submitted to the agency in writing with at least 1 month prior approval before the tour departure date.
Accommodation may take place outside the committed distance and area in case of fairs, congresses, events, etc. in cities. In such a case, the hotel region will be communicated to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the country where the tour first enters or from the country where the most accommodations will be made; otherwise, the agency is not responsible for the refusal of entry by passport police.
In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance premiums are non-refundable.
THE AGENCY acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and bears no liability if the visa is not approved for any reason, is delayed, or if there are any errors in the visa, and the passenger has no right to compensation from THE AGENCY in any way.

During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will incur no-show fees on the guests.
Flight times may change prior to departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office at least 48 hours before the departure date.
The city where the plane lands may vary. The agency is not responsible for any changes in times or delays that may occur due to the airline companies.
Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes will not be held responsible by THE AGENCY for changes in domestic flight connections.
In group tickets, the airline's rules apply, and if the outbound flight cannot be used due to group ticket rules, the return flight cannot be used either.
The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. On domestic flights within the countries visited, this weight may drop to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of THE AGENCY.
If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation at least 21 days in advance.
The tour route indicated in the program is a sample route, and there may be changes in the tour itinerary.
City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
The tours specified in the programs may be held on different days outside of the indicated days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
Extra tours along the route will take place provided there are at least 6 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept at the break area.
During peak periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, hotel accommodations may take place outside the city.
Tours or excursions that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Alternative tours may be conducted provided there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, the guide’s discretion may prevail, and prices may be adjusted if necessary. THE AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of these tours.
Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
THE AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.
All hotel names mentioned in the programs are indicative (V.B. and similar) and are written as examples concerning star categories and distances. This does not imply that accommodation will be made at the specified named hotel.
In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is a foldable extra bed.
During your travels, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings when leaving the means of transport and hotels you have used.
Child discounts apply only for children within a certain age group who are staying with 2 adults.
In cases where a child under 18, who is not considered an adult, is not accompanied by one or both parents on the tour, it is mandatory to carry the consent forms required for participation in the tour during the trip.
In the case of cancellations and changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is applicable.
