Day 1 ISTANBUL – COPENHAGEN We meet three hours before our flight at Istanbul Airport's international departure terminal. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we take our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Copenhagen. Upon arrival, we transfer to our private bus waiting at the airport. Then, we depart for our panoramic city tour of Copenhagen. We will see Christianborg Palace, Amalienborg Palace (Royal Palace), Little Mermaid, Stroget, which is Europe's longest pedestrian street, Nyhavn Canal, medieval stock exchange buildings, and the City Hall Square. Those interested can join an optional tour to Kronborg Castle & Frederiksborg Palace (85 Euro). We will see one of the extraordinary examples of the Renaissance movement and a significant symbol in Northern European history. Afterwards, we will visit the exterior of the castle and the summer residence of the Danish royal family, along with its specially designed gardens. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Copenhagen and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel. Day 2 COPENHAGEN – MALMÖ – GÖTEBORG After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Malmö. Known historically as Malmhaug, meaning "the mound of gravel," we arrive in Malmö and begin our city tour. During the tour, we will visit Stortorget Square, City Hall, lively Lilla Torg Square with cafes and restaurants, and Sankt Petri Church. Afterward, we proceed to Gothenburg, the second largest city in Sweden. Founded over the Göta River by King Charles IX, Gothenburg captivates with its historical and cultural riches and is also Scandinavia's largest port city. Famous for its canals, we will see Avenue Boulevard, Gustav Adolf Square, Poseidon Statue, and the opera and theater buildings. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel. Day 3 GÖTEBORG – OSLO After breakfast at the hotel, we head for a panoramic city tour of Oslo. We will see the Royal Palace, the Parliament Building, the City Hall where the Nobel Peace Prizes are awarded, the National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, the Residences Museum, and other landmarks. Those interested can join an optional tour to Vigeland (40 Euro). It is the world’s largest outdoor sculpture park, featuring Gustav Vigeland’s 214 granite and bronze human sculptures and 13 wrought iron gates, created over ten years. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Oslo and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel. Day 4 OSLO After breakfast, optional excursions include visiting the historical Flåm Railway (150 Euro), which takes us through beautiful fjords, or the Fjord Boat Tour (150 Euro) for two hours of stunning fjord scenery. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel in Oslo and have leisure time to relax. Overnight at our hotel. Day 5 OSLO – KARLSTAD – ÖREBRO – STOCKHOLM After breakfast, we depart early in the morning for a long journey through stunning fjords, passing through Karlstad and Örebro to Stockholm. In Karlstad, we will have a city tour and free time for lunch. In the evening, we transfer to our hotel in Stockholm and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel. Day 6 STOCKHOLM After breakfast at the hotel, we start our panoramic city tour of Stockholm. We will visit Fjällgatan Hill, Gamla Stan (Old Town), Djurgården Park, the City Hall, the National Theatre (which hosts seven theatres under one roof), the Stock Exchange building, and Kungsträdgården Park. After the tour, there is free time for shopping. Those interested can join an optional tour to the Vasa Museum (50 Euro), which houses the well-preserved 17th-century warship Vasa that sank on its maiden voyage in 1628 and was salvaged after 333 years. Later, we transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time in Stockholm. Overnight at our hotel. Day 7 STOCKHOLM – HELSINKI (Silja Line Cruise) After breakfast at our hotel, we cruise to Helsinki. Those interested can join an optional tour to Uppsala & Sigtuna (85 Euro), where we visit the half-Gothic, medieval university city of Uppsala, including Uppsala Cathedral and the University Museum and building, and the colorful ancient town of Sigtuna. Later, we board the Silja Line Cruise to Helsinki. After settling into our cabins, we have free time to rest. Overnight on the cruise. Day 8 HELSINKI – ISTANBUL Following breakfast on board, we do a panoramic city tour of Helsinki. Known as the White City of the North because of its light-colored stone architecture, Helsinki's highlights include Senate Square with the Sibelius Monument, Parliament Square, and the Royal Opera House. At the designated time, we transfer to Helsinki Airport. After luggage, ticket, and customs procedures, our Turkish Airlines flight departs for Istanbul. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services conclude.

If sufficient participation is not achieved, the agency will notify the final cancellation date 21 days before the tour's departure date. In such cases, this will be communicated 48 hours prior to the tour departure by your agency. • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are generally 2-3 hour tours focusing on general city introduction via the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. If a tour cannot be conducted due to local authorities restricting access, closed roads, or weather conditions, the agency is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if roads or sites are inaccessible. • Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability and the third bed in such rooms usually consists of a smaller, fold-away or coach bed. Participants accept this bedding arrangement when booking. Child discounts are applicable for one child sharing a room with two adults within the specified age range. No beds are guaranteed for children aged 0-2. • Breakfasts included at the hotels are generally continental, consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a dedicated room for groups. • Flight times are subject to change as they are booked as group tickets. Purchasers accept all potential financial and emotional risks associated with such changes. • According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight will be canceled. • Guests not on the flight must arrive at the departure point at their own expense and without delay. If they miss the flight, they are responsible for their transfers and arrangements to reach the tour starting point. • The agency is not responsible for missed connections, lost or stolen personal belongings, or delays resulting from failures to reach the airport or check-in on time. • The guide cannot accompany participants in case of illness or loss. Participants are responsible for their health and belongings throughout the tour. • Accurate information on name, date of birth, and passport number is required when booking, as tickets are issued based on these details. Incorrect information may result in penalties or ticket cancellation at the participant’s expense. • Some airlines may charge fees for meals, beverages, and online check-in. • Seat numbers in buses during the tour cannot be guaranteed. • The guide’s scheduled times are for departure and vehicle movement. The guide will leave at the designated time without waiting for latecomers, who will be responsible for their own transportation afterwards. • Extra tours are organized by local agencies with at least 20 participants and are optional. If sufficient numbers are not met, such tours may be canceled or prices may vary. Tour schedules and times may change depending on local museum or site opening hours, weather, or other conditions. Additional guides may accompany extra tours. • Extra tours are optional and not part of standard packages; participation is at the traveler’s discretion. Customers who choose not to participate are expected to wait at the designated rest stop. • Entrance fees for museums and sites included in the tours must be paid during booking or during the tour to the guide or agency. • Participants agree in advance to pay all expenses related to guided tours, entrance fees, city taxes, or equipment such as audio headsets, as indicated in the program. • The agency acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines; it is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flights may be delayed or schedules changed as a result of operational reasons or prior arrangements. The agency will notify travelers of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers acknowledge and accept that flight details may change when purchasing the tour. VISA • Visa requirements apply to Turkish citizens. For visa applications, travelers must have a passport valid for at least six months after the travel end date and submit the required documents listed in the "Visa Documents Needed" list through the agency. • The visa should be issued from the first country visited or the country where the stay is longest. • Holders of green passports do not require a visa; a passport valid for at least six months from the travel end date is sufficient. • Visa information provided in the program pertains to Turkish citizens. Guests holding other passports should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates. • Possessing a visa does not guarantee entry; border police have the authority to refuse entry. The agency is not responsible for visa issues or refusals. • Passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or otherwise compromised should be renewed before travel. If the country requires a visa for entry, the visa must be transferred to the new passport. Responsibility for this lies with the traveler. • Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be prepared for possible requests for consent documentation from authorities at border crossings.
