Day 1: ISTANBUL – LONDON We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul New Airport three hours before the flight. After the luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we begin our flight to London with a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in London, we transfer to our private vehicle waiting at the airport. During our panoramic city tour, we will see the Parliament Building, BIG BEN Clock Tower, Westminster Bridge and Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Admiral Nelson Monument, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and the Thames River among other sights. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and enjoy some free time to rest. Overnight stay at our hotel. Day 2: LONDON After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish to join can participate in the optional tour of London Eye & Westminster & Thames River Boat (145 Euro). We start our tour with the London Eye, one of Europe’s most famous Ferris wheels. This iconic structure located in the heart of London is one of the best places to get a bird's-eye view of the city’s historic and modern buildings. The London Eye is not only a marvel of modern engineering but also a perfect choice for romantic moments, special celebrations, or simply enjoying a relaxed city tour. In specially designed glass capsules, you can experience panoramic views of London both during the day and at night. The city shines under the night lights, taking on a completely different beauty. Afterwards, we move on to the Westminster area, the political and historical center of England. We will closely admire iconic structures such as the Palace of Westminster, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey, turning the pages of history in front of these impressive buildings. Our guide will share the significance of these structures in England's history while we soak in the enchanting atmosphere step by step. Following that, we will take a boat tour on the Thames River to explore the beauty of London from the water. Together, we will glide along the river and see important landmarks like Tower Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and Shakespeare’s Globe. While discovering a different side of the city from the water, we will enjoy delightful moments in the tranquility of the Thames River. Day 3: LONDON After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish to join can participate in the optional tour of Oxford & Bicester Village Outlet (125 Euro). We embark on our journey to Oxford, one of England’s most culturally and historically rich cities. Known as England's university city and also the filming location for the legendary Harry Potter movies, we will explore Oxford panoramically. Our tour begins with discovering the magnificent buildings of Oxford University, including the world-renowned Radcliffe Camera, Bridge of Sighs, Sheldonian Theatre, and Bodleian Library. Afterwards, we will set off for the Bicester Village Outlet, where we will experience an unforgettable shopping experience with attractive discounts on famous brands! Located just outside London, this luxury shopping village takes us to the heart of the fashion world. We begin our tour towards Bicester Village in a comfortable vehicle. In this shopping paradise, we will have access to products from many famous brands such as Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Michael Kors, and more. Day 4: LONDON – ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and transfer to the airport at the time specified by your guide. After the luggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we board our Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at Istanbul New Airport, our tour and services conclude.

  • Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the cancellation notification deadline is 21 days before the tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, it will be notified to you through your agency.
  • In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is carried out, English guiding may be provided.
  • In situations where only category information is provided without specifying names, and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, your agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure.
  • Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are provided as folding and coach beds, participants of the tour who are the 3rd person and/or child in reservations accept and declare that they are aware of the possible inconvenience and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts are applicable for a single child staying with 2 adults within the age group.
  • The services included in the tour program regarding hotel breakfasts are presented as limited menus consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and are usually referred to as continental breakfasts and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guided narration from within the vehicle, which do not include museum or archaeological site entrances, and last for a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other indicated tours in the program, are not the responsibility of Fly Express if they cannot be carried out on schedule due to local authority permissions, closed roads for any events, or impossibility of conducting the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, depending on the conditions of closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted, if possible.
  • As the tour flights are grouped tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
  • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without taking a domestic flight. If the guest has taken the domestic connection flight from a different product provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event the tour is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation or change of the tour upon purchasing the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • According to the rules of the airline, if the outbound flight of the round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
  • Guests without flights included in the tour must be present at the tour starting point with their own means and without delay. Otherwise, they will have to provide all their transfers independently.
  • Guests who are not present at the indicated airport at the hours reported in accordance with the airline rules, did not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but could not board the plane, Fly Express is not responsible for their inability to fly. Guests missing the flight are responsible for all expenses related to obtaining new round-trip airplane tickets they need to participate in the tour and transfers in the region.
  • Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event of forgotten belongings being found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the individual, and any expenses incurred during delivery are borne by the owner of the item.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., a guide cannot accompany the guests one-on-one as the integrity and continuity of the group is essential.
  • It is mandatory to accurately provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport when purchasing the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations and changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to charges.
  • During the tours, the seat number on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
  • The hours communicated by our guide to the guests during the bus use are the hours of movement, the wheels of the vehicle turning. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will start the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In case of such a situation, late guests will have to make their own way to the next stop.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive services from under the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people. If the sufficient number is not achieved, tours may not be conducted or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change based on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions as determined by the guide. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
  • In classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional for the participant and are not compulsory. Guests who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These guests will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the spot where they were dropped off after the completion of the tour.
  • In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay for museum & archaeological site entrance fees to the guide during the tour.
  • Participants agree to participate in the tours scheduled in the program and not to disrupt the program and hereby accept that they will additionally pay the amounts pre-informed regarding local guides, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and if applicable audio system costs during the travel. The participant has been fully and accurately informed on this matter.
  • When only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn about the hotel(s) you will stay in 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays on scheduled and charter flights or flight times may change prior to the trip. Fly Express is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

 

VISA

  • Visa requirements apply for Turkish citizens.. Travelers may travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip.
  • Visa requirements also apply for green passport holders.
  • The visa information stated in the program concerns Turkish citizens. Guests holding passports other than the Turkish Republic must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Having complete passport and tour documents does not mean entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid any issues with customs officers at the border when visiting the country due to torn, worn, soaked, or similar damages to the passport; such passports must be renewed, and if the country in question applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the corresponding visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests under the age of 18 may be asked to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent upon entry and exit from the country; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
