1. DAY        ISTANBUL – ROME

We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter. After luggage and ticket procedures, we fly with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival, we transfer to the city center of Rome for a panoramic city tour with our private bus waiting at the airport. After arriving in Rome, we start our panoramic city tour. The tour includes sights such as Castel Sant’Angelo where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Rome and Italy’s topographical center Piazza Venezia, the memorial of King Victor Emmanuel II, the Colosseum which hosted gladiator battles, the Trevi Fountain made famous by the "La Dolce Vita" film, the Spanish Steps with 135 steps and the submerged ship fountain, and the Spanish Square. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

2.DAY         ROME
After breakfast, free time. Guests wishing can join the optional Step by Step Rome (85€) tour organized by our guide. During this tour, we explore Rome, once called Caput Mundi, one of the oldest cities in the world. The tour includes sights such as the Pantheon, built by Agrippa in BC and dedicated to all gods, Piazza Navona with its famous three fountains, San Luigi dei Francesi Church where you can see works by Caravaggio, Sant’Andrea della Valle Church, which is one of the most elaborately decorated churches in Rome, and Campo de’ Fiori with its permanent market. After the tour, enjoy a world-famous Roman ice cream and free time. Afterwards, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

3.DAY          ROME

After breakfast, free time. Guests wishing can join our guide’s optional Outlet and Lakes Region (Castel Gandolfo-Nemi) & Vatican tour (80€). After visiting the beautiful natural region where popes spend their summer, and the charming Nemi known for its wild strawberries, we head to Italy’s most famous outlet shopping area for free time. Then, we proceed to St. Peter’s Square, the center of Christianity. Upon arrival, free time for visiting the Basilica and Square. Those interested can join the Rome Night Tour (35€) or the fun Historic Dinner and Night Tour (65€). Overnight at the hotel.

 

*Our extra tours offered today are combined operations. If purchased separately, transportation to/from the starting/ending points of the tour will be arranged individually. 

 

4. DAY         ROME – ISTANBUL   

After breakfast at the hotel, depending on your flight time, transfer to Rome Airport. After completing luggage and check-in procedures, we take the Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival, our tour and services conclude.
