IMPORTANT NOTES

• During the mosque visit, care should be taken as follows; Men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, and shorts. It is necessary to have a long-sleeve jacket and headscarf for the mosque visit.
• Considerations for our Desert Safari tour; Wear sports and comfortable clothes, bring a jacket. It is recommended not to eat heavy meals and not to drink excessive amounts of water before the tour. Guests with complaints related to stomach, back, or neck, as well as pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
• To benefit from advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are only carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, the tour prices may change or can be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the scheduled days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Due to the regional density or time period, price changes may occur for extra tours. The prices valid at the time of the sale by the guide will be applicable for extra tours.
• As a result of operations conducted as VB in the tour program, or in cases where only category information has been provided without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the travel.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the designated destination, and the guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service is included. During extra tours, different guides may accompany our guests. For return transfers, guests should be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying at before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or modifications of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status for the requested extra tour is subject to the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the indicated kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• The panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. These tours are maximum 2-3 hours long with guiding provided from the vehicle.
• During panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program, due to closure of the places to be visited by the local authorities, roads being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making tours impossible, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may have to be conducted using public transport or on foot in cases of closed roads or restricted vehicle access.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets upon arrival at the airport. For return transfers, guests need to be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the specified pick-up time given by the guide.
• Hotels mentioned in the program are subject to availability and may change during high season or special periods. For this reason, another similar hotel may be provided, and no guarantee is given for a specific hotel name.
• We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of money to prevent currency fluctuation issues. Old/Worn banknotes are not accepted by banks in destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old banknotes that the banks do not accept.
• In extra tour purchases, the destination is processed in USD, so USD-EUR parity is applied.
• Since our package tours are aimed at international destinations, guests are responsible for their foreign language skills.

• GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and conditions listed below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from any information provided. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a green passport to Turkey must renew their passports if the issuance date is over 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be allowed to enter the country they are visiting and/or may not be able to fly from Turkey due to the airline companies. In such a case, the responsibility falls on the passenger, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
• In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited, torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports must be renewed, and if there is a visa for T.C. citizens, it must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility falls on the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa if it deems necessary; BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no penalties or responsibilities in personal visa applications.
• Any errors in the information on visas obtained by BTB TOURS on behalf of passengers should be checked by the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any mistakes that may affect the flight due to the visa.
• The documents required for passengers who will apply for their visa on their own (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically take 1 business day to obtain. Guests should consider this duration and schedule their appointment dates and times accordingly; otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation or does not participate in the tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the tour contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can receive the remaining amount, excluding consulate-related charges, within 1 week after showing that they did not use their visa by submitting their passport. If the guest obtains their visa independently or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, no refunds will be made.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, changes may occur in the routes. The type and timing of flights may also change; hotels may change during high seasons or special periods, potentially offering other similar hotels. Passengers accept and acknowledge the risk of changes in flight times and hotel changes upon purchasing the tour.
• 3-person rooms are provided based on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. Guarantee of three separate beds cannot be provided in 3-person rooms, but if there is a suitable room, the hotel will block based on availability.
• Child discounts only apply to children staying with 2 adults.
• The hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registering, it is necessary to provide the name, surname, date of birth, passport number of the traveler in the passport, and this information must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Guest is responsible for any penalty fees arising from cancellation or changes in flight tickets due to incorrect information.
• Guests are required to have travel and health insurance for the duration starting from the day before the tour and ending the day after the tour and must keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may incur fines from the local police of the respective country. Guests are responsible in case of any fines incurred due to not having the necessary insurance with them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having visited certain countries may prevent obtaining a visa for another or multiple countries or entering through the border checkpoint, and this situation is acknowledged by all parties as beyond the control of BTB TOURS.
• Guests who refuse to join tours during trips which provide economic and time benefits to the group will wait at a nearby facility until the group finishes the tour. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick them up.
• Panoramic city tours are designed for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips may be conducted on different days provided the content remains unchanged or may not happen due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to provide the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held accountable for the inability to conduct these tours.
• The flight arrangements in our programs are group seats and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the departure flight is missed or not used, the return flight may automatically be canceled. The rules of the airline are in effect in this situation.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must track this information personally. If a situation arises from this or personal reasons causing the flight to be missed, the passenger is required to obtain a new ticket (if necessary, round trip) at their own expense. Additionally, if they miss the group's departure for the first day’s program, they may partially or wholly miss that program; responsibility lies with the passenger. Furthermore, if a different flight is taken to the city/country from the group, the responsibility for the area-city or area-hotel transfer lies with the passenger.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability in the relevant airline after the tickets are issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, it may be necessary to pay an additional fee stated by the airline to upgrade the requested ticket to an economy class that can be upgraded. The responsibility for any resulting price difference rests with the passenger. Flight tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour’s departure.
• To be able to use your mobile phone abroad, please check with your mobile operator before leaving Turkey to ensure your line is enabled for international calls.
• During the trip, when using the means of transportation and short-term or total departure from the hotels, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program without altering the content of the program in cases of compelling reasons or as deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for any items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 who travel with their mother must obtain consent from their father, while those traveling with their father must get consent from their mother, and third parties accompanying children must have consent from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for failure to operate the flight due to lack of consent.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
