Concert tickets included in the package are in the Golden Circle area, standing in front of the stage.

• For Abu Dhabi tours during Mosque visits; men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts, and should bring long-sleeved outerwear and a headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• For our desert safari tour; wear sports and comfortable clothing, bring a jacket. Avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake before the tour. Those with waist, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
• To benefit from advantageous tour package prices for additional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency official during the tour.
• Extra tours require a minimum participation of 20 people. If fewer than 20 participate, the tour prices may change or the tour can be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while maintaining the content.
• Prices of extra tours may vary depending on regional demand or season. The prices at the time of sale from the guide are valid for such tours.
• In cases where VB is processed in the tour program or where only category information is provided without specific hotel names, or where options are available for the same destination, hotels will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the departure.
• Our program guides will meet guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests should be ready at the hotel reception at the time specified by the guide.
• Hotels and similar accommodations are offered as in the program. Availability can vary during high season or special periods, and similar hotels may be provided. No hotel name is guaranteed.
• We recommend guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid exchange rate effects. Old/worn out currencies are not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, reservations cannot be made with currencies that are not acceptable by banks.
• For extra tour purchases, USD is used for transactions in the respective destinations, and the USD - EUR parity applies equally.
• Since our package tours are international, guests' foreign language knowledge is their own responsibility.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• It is mandatory that the tour program specified at the time of reservation, as well as the general terms and obligations listed below, are communicated to guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise from this information. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all the items in advance.
• Guests traveling with Turkish green passports must renew their passports if their issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country or airline. In such cases, the passenger is responsible, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
• Torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports may cause issues at the border gate of the destination country with customs officials; thus, passports should be renewed, and for Turkish citizens, visas should be on the new passport. The passenger will be responsible for any issues arising from this.
• The validity of passengers' passports must be at least 6 months from the date of return flight; otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.                   
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa if deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS is not responsible for visa refusal. BTB TOURS only acts as an intermediary. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS bears no penalty or responsibility. By registering for the tour, consumers accept these conditions.
• The accuracy of the information on the visa, such as the details on the visa page (name, surname, date of birth, passport number), is the responsibility of the guest. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any wrong entries or issues caused by incorrect information that may prevent flight or travel.
• The documents required for visa application (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) usually take 1 business day to be obtained. Guests should plan appointment dates and times accordingly. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from this process.
• If the guest cancels the reservation or is unable to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charges are non-refundable. If the guest's visa was obtained through BTB TOUR Visa department and the service was listed as an additional service in the travel contract, BTB TOURS will refund the remaining amount after the visa, excluding the consulate fees and similar charges, once the visa has not been used before its expiry date and the passport is presented. If the guest obtained the visa independently or through another agency, no refund will be issued.
• Depending on the city of arrival, routes may change. Flight type and times may change, and due to high season or special periods, similar hotels may be provided as availability may vary. These situations are communicated at the time of the contract, and the passenger accepts the RISK of TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE by purchasing the tour.
• Rooms for 3 persons are offered according to availability of hotels. Extra beds are provided in 3-person rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. Guarantee of 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms cannot be provided; the hotel might prepare such rooms based on availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• Hotels serve continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and record the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the traveling passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The passenger is responsible for any penalties or changes caused by incorrect information that lead to ticket cancellation or modification.
• Guests must have international travel and health insurance starting at least one day before the tour date and ending at least one day after, and carry the related insurance policy. Failing to have travel insurance may result in fines imposed by the authorities in the destination country, and the responsibility for any such penalty lies with the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, depending on the entry and exit records, some countries may prohibit entry or exit, or visas may not be obtainable. This situation is beyond BTB TOURS's control, and the company bears no responsibility in such cases, which are accepted by the parties.
• Guests who do not want to participate in region tours on the route are deemed to accept and wait at a nearby location until the extra tour ends. After the tour, the bus will pick them up to continue the journey.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of cities. These tours, which last about 2-3 hours and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites, are panoramic from the vehicle, and the content may vary.
• If local authorities do not permit or close roads for visits or tours due to any reason, BTB TOURS is not responsible for the tour not being conducted. Some tours may be conducted with public transportation or on foot where access is restricted or roads are closed.
• Our tour programs include meet-and-greet services at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests should be at the hotel reception at the specified pickup time.
• Hotels and similar accommodations are as listed in the program. Availability can change during high season or special periods; similar hotels can be provided. No specific hotel name is guaranteed.
• We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency, as old/worn bills are not accepted at destination banks. Reservation and extra tour payments cannot be made with currencies that will not be accepted by banks.
• Since our package tours are abroad-oriented, guests' foreign language skills are their own responsibility.

• Guests traveling with a green passport from Turkey must renew their passports if their issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country or the airline may refuse to operate flights. Responsibility for this lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
• Due to torn, damaged, soaked, or similarly affected passports, to prevent issues with customs officials at the border of the country to be visited, passports should be renewed, and visas should be on the new passports if the country requires visas for Turkish citizens. Responsibility for this rests with the passenger.
• Passenger passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date; otherwise, the passenger is responsible for any obstacle.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa if deemed necessary; BTB TOURS is not responsible for visa denial. BTB TOURS only acts as an intermediary. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS bears no penalty or responsibility. By registering for the tour, consumers accept these terms.
• The correctness of the information on the visa page (name, surname, date of birth, passport number) is to be checked by the guest. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors or issues that can prevent the flight due to incorrect details.
• Provision of documents required for visa application (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests should plan accordingly. BTB TOURS is not responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by this period.
• If the guest cancels or cannot participate in the tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the visa was obtained via BTB TOUR Visa department and listed as an extra service in the travel contract, then after the visa expiration date, providing the passport and proof that the visa was not used, any remaining amount minus the visa fees and similar costs may be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa independently or via another agency, no refund is granted.
• Routes may vary according to the city of arrival. Flight type and time may change, and similar hotels may be provided due to high season or special periods, as availability varies. These are communicated at the time of the contract, and the passenger accepts the RISK of TIME AND HOTEL CHANGE upon purchase.
• Rooms for 3 persons are provided based on the hotels’ availability. Additional beds may be added in 3-person rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. Guarantee for 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms cannot be provided; the hotel may block such rooms based on availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children sharing a room with 2 adults.
• The hotels serve continental breakfast; it is not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and record the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number, as they appear on the passport to be traveled. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The passenger is responsible for penalties arising from incorrect information or changes leading to ticket cancellations.
• Guests must have a valid international travel and health insurance starting at least one day before and ending at least one day after the scheduled tour. Carrying the insurance policy is mandatory. The responsibility for any penalties for not having travel insurance rests with the guest.
• Some countries may prohibit entry or exit based on diplomatic relations, which is beyond BTB TOURS's control. In such cases, BTB TOURS bears no responsibility, and parties agree to this.
• Guests who do not want to participate in region tours on the route agree to wait at a nearby location until the additional tour concludes. The bus will pick them up when the tour ends, and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for city promotion. These tours, lasting up to 2-3 hours, do not include entrance to museums or historical sites and are panoramic from the vehicle.
• If access to visits or tours is restricted or roads are closed by local authorities due to any reason, BTB TOURS is not responsible for the tours not being conducted. Some tours may be conducted on foot or public transport where access is restricted or roads are closed.
• Our flight arrangements are group seating, issued as a round-trip ticket. Missing or not using the outbound flight may automatically invalidate the return flight. The airline rules are valid in such cases.
• Last-minute delays or gate changes in flights will be displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests should follow this information; if the guest misses the flight, they must arrange and pay for a new ticket. The missed day’s program may be partially or fully missed, and responsibility rests with the guest. For separate flights not with the group, transfers are guest’s responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can do so only after tickets are issued, subject to airline availability. The difference must be paid before upgrading from group class to economy class, which may be necessary for the upgrade. The fare difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets are issued a few days before the tour’s departure.
• Guests should check if their mobile phones work internationally before leaving Turkey.
• During the trip, ensure your belongings are complete when leaving vehicles and hotels temporarily or fully.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities and/or the airline without altering the content of the program, in case of force majeure or necessary situations.
• BTB TOURS retains the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother or father need a consent letter from the other parent or guardian if traveling with only one parent. Flights may not be feasible without such a document, and BTB TOURS is not responsible for any consequences.
• The general conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately.
