• For Abu Dhabi tours during the Mosque Visit, the following must be observed: Men should avoid wearing shorts, women should avoid sleeveless shirts, mini skirts, leggings, and shorts; long-sleeved shawls and headscarves are required. Lunch is included in the tour.
• For our Desert Safari tour, the following should be considered: Wear sporty and comfortable clothes, bring a shawl. Avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake before the tour. Those with stomach, back, neck problems or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their condition.
• In extra tours, to benefit from advantageous package prices, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours require a minimum participation of 20 people. If fewer than 20 participate, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change due to regional density or seasonality. Price differences are based on prices at the time of purchase from the guide.
• Since our program runs with VB (variable) and or hotel(s) is/are provided without a specific name or with a category only, hotel(s) will be announced by your agency at least 48 hours before departure.
• Our guides will meet guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests are expected to be ready at the hotel reception before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify guides of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation and refund policies depend on the local supplier’s final decision.
• In fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such cases, BTB Tours will inform the client 2 days prior to departure.
• Our panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities, lasting no more than 2-3 hours, which do not include entrance to museums or historic sites, are conducted from the vehicle with guide narration.
• If any area restricts entry or access to sights or tours for any reason, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to perform such tours. Guides cannot be held responsible for changes caused by local authorities.
• Our programs include meet-and-greet at the airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are provided as available. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods; thus, alternative hotels of similar category may be assigned without guarantee of specific hotel names.
• We recommend guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Worn or old banknotes are usually not accepted in destination countries. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made using such currency.
• The exchange rate for USD regarding extra tour purchases is the same as the USD/EUR parity applied in transactions.
• Since our packages are intended for international destinations, guests are responsible for their own language skills.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at reservation must be shared with guests along with the general terms and obligations below. BTB Tours is not responsible for any complaints arising from this information. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with green passports from Turkey must renew their passports if the issuance date is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may be refused entry to the destination country and/or denied boarding by Turkish airlines. In such cases, responsibility rests with the passenger, and BTB Tours bears no responsibility.
• For passports that are torn, worn, wet, or compromised in a similar manner, without renewal and with an existing visa, it is necessary that the visa be on a new passport for border crossing. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the guest.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the return flight date. If not, the guest is responsible for any resulting issues.
• BTB Tours acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the final authority to issue or deny a visa and is not responsible for any visa refusal. BTB Tours provides only the intermediary service. For individual visa applications, BTB Tours does not have any influence or responsibility. Consumers accept these conditions and proceed to book the tour.
• Guest should verify the accuracy of the information on the visa (passport number, name-surname, issuance date, etc.) provided to the visa agency. BTB Tours is not responsible for any errors or issues that may occur due to incorrect information.
• Getting documents such as hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc., for visa application generally takes 1 working day. Guests should plan their appointment dates and times accordingly. BTB Tours is not responsible for any delays.
• If a guest cancels or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtains their visa through BTB Tour Visa department and this service is mentioned as an additional service in the travel contract, BTB Tours may refund the remaining amount (excluding consular fees and similar costs) after the visa expiry date, upon presenting the passport showing the visa was not used, if the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation or other reasons. If the guest obtained the visa through their own or a different agency, no refund will be provided.
• Flight routes can vary depending on the city of arrival. Flight types and times may change, and hotels may vary during high seasons or special periods; similar hotels will be provided without guarantee of specific names. These conditions are communicated at the time of contract.
• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. These rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than standard beds. No guaranteed third bed in triple rooms; the hotel may make arrangements if rooms are suitable and available.
• Child discounts apply only to children traveling with two adults.
• The hotels provide a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, passport number on the travel passport must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Errors may result in ticket cancellation or changes, and the costs are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must have international travel and health insurance starting at least one day before the tour and ending at least one day after the tour. The relevant insurance policy must be carried with them. Failure to have insurance may result in fines by authorities in the destination country. Responsibility for such penalties lies with the guest.
• Visa refusals or inability to enter due to diplomatic relations or other issues are beyond BTB Tours's control. When such situations occur, BTB Tours bears no responsibility. This is accepted by all parties.
• Guests accept that visiting stops on the route, made for economic and time efficiency, may be on a voluntary basis; guests agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. After the tour, the bus will pick up these guests to continue the itinerary.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for city introduction, lasting no more than 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or site entrance fees; they are conducted from the vehicle with guide narration.
• If access to a site or tour is restricted by local authorities for any reason, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours.
• Our flight arrangements are group-based, issued as a single round-trip ticket. Missing the outbound flight might result in cancellation of the return flight. The airline rules in such cases are final.
• During flights, last-minute delays or gate changes are announced on airport information screens. Passengers should follow these updates. If the passenger misses their flight, they are responsible for rebooking and paying applicable costs. Missed group flights may result in the inability to participate in the program; responsibility lies with the passenger. If traveling on a different flight or city, transfers are the responsibility of the passenger.
• Upgrading flight classes to the desired cabin (e.g., from group class to higher class) is possible only after tickets are issued, subject to airline availability. Guests must pay the difference before upgrade. Group tickets are issued a few days prior to departure.
• Guests should check with their GSM provider about international roaming before departing Turkey.
• Please ensure all belongings are collected when leaving transportation or hotels. Responsibility for lost, stolen, or forgotten items during the tour lies with the guest, not BTB Tours.
• In case of force majeure or other necessary situations, BTB Tours may modify the itinerary without changing the content, including the order of cities and/or airline provider.
• BTB Tours reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
• BTB Tours is not responsible for personal belongings left behind, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother or father, or with a third person, must have a notarized consent letter from both parents. The tour may be canceled if consent is not provided, and BTB Tours is not responsible.
• These General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
