• During Abu Dhabi tours, considerations during Mosque Visit: Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless, miniskirts, leggings, or shorts, and long-sleeved outerwear and headscarves are required for Mosque visits. Lunch is included in the tour.
• For our Desert Safari tour, considerations include: wear sporty and comfortable clothing, bring a jacket. Do not eat heavy meals before the tour and do not drink excessive water. Those with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests should inform the guide of their conditions.
• In extra tours, to benefit from advantageous travel package prices, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours require at least 20 participants. If participation is less than 20, prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may also change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
• Price changes may occur depending on regional density or season for extra tours. During these tours, the prices at the time of sale by the guide are valid.
• Since our program is processed as a VB and only category information is provided without specifying hotels or with options for the same destination, hotels will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours prior to the departure.
• Our program guides will meet at the destination, and the included transportation and city sightseeing tours are limited to panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. Additional tours include guide services. During extra tours, different guides may accompany guests. For return transfers, guests should be present at the hotel reception at the specified pickup time.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation/refund policies are subject to the local supplier’s final decision.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified kilometers away. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour date.
• City panorama tours are organized to give a general introduction to the cities and include visits within the vehicle without entrance fees for museums or historical sites, lasting maximum 2-3 hours.
• If municipal authorities prohibit visits or access to certain sites, or if routes are closed due to events or weather, BTB Tours is not responsible for that neither. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot while respecting the content.
• Our programs include greeting at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests should be at the hotel reception at least 15 minutes before the specified pickup time, otherwise the guide’s directions take precedence and the transfer might be re-scheduled.
• The hotels and similar accommodations included in the program are subject to availability. High season or special periods may cause changes in the hotels listed. Alternatives may be offered, and hotel names are not guaranteed.
• We recommend guests not to carry large amounts of foreign currency to avoid exchange rate effects. Old or worn-out currencies are generally not accepted at banks or official institutions in destinations. Therefore, reservations using such currencies are not accepted.
• During extra tours, in order to benefit from lower prices, payment must be made in USD as the payment currency for the relevant destination.
• The package tours are primarily international, and guests are responsible for their language proficiency.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Reservation confirmation includes the tour program, which must include the general terms and obligations below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from this. The guest has read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with a green passport from Turkey must renew their passports if it was issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country and/or not be allowed to fly by the airline. In such cases, responsibility rests with the passenger; BTB TOURS accepts no responsibility.
• Passports that are torn, worn-out, wet, or similarly damaged must be renewed; otherwise, customs may refuse entry at the border. If the country requires a visa, it must be included in the new passport. Responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Passenger passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date; otherwise, the passenger is responsible for any issues.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse issuing a visa; BTB TOURS is not responsible for visa refusal. BTB TOURS only acts as an intermediary. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no responsibility or obligation. Buyers accept these terms when registered for the tour.
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information on the visa (passport number, name-surname, flight details). BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors or issues that may prevent boarding.
• Our guests who will apply for their own visa need to prepare the documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.), which generally takes 1 working day. Guests should schedule their appointments accordingly. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any disruptions caused by delays.
• If the guest cancels or cannot participate in the tour, the visa and related service fees are non-refundable. If the visa was obtained through BTB TOUR Visa Department as an additional service, and the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may be refunded the remaining amount after submitting the passport with a proof that the visa has not been used, within one week of visa expiration, excluding fees paid to the consulates. If the guest obtained the visa independently or through another agency, no refunds will be made.
• Flight routes may change depending on the city of arrival. Flight numbers and times can change, and hotels may be substituted with others of similar standards during high season or special periods. These details are communicated at the time of booking, and the passenger accepts the risk of changes.
• Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. Extra beds may be provided, and they are smaller than standard beds; no guaranteed separate beds for three. Availability depends on the hotel, and the hotel may block rooms accordingly.
• Child discounts are only valid when the child is accompanied by two adults.
• The hotels’ breakfast is continental, not Turkish. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, passenger name-surname, date of birth, passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any errors in information are the passenger’s responsibility, including cancellation or changes resulting in penalties.
• It is mandatory for all guests to have an international travel and health insurance valid at least 1 day before the tour start and until 1 day after the tour end, with the relevant policy document. Non-compliance may lead to penalties from authorities. Responsibility for such penalties lies with the guest.
• Visa requirements can vary due to diplomatic relations, resulting in inability to entry or exit for some countries, or inability to enter multiple countries. These issues are outside BTB Tours’s control, and we are not responsible for such cases.
• Guests accept that the travel route during the trip may include optional stops or visits to accommodate group economy and duration benefits; guests who do not want to participate are expected to wait at a nearby facility until the tour continues. The bus will pick them up afterwards and continue the tour.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for city introduction. They are about maximum 2-3 hours, do not include entrance fees, and may be scheduled on different days or be canceled due to weather. BTB Tours will offer the most suitable alternatives in such cases. Extra tours require at least 20 participants. If not, prices may change, or the tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot.
• No tours are conducted where access or visits are prohibited by authorities. BTB Tours cannot be held responsible for such cases.
• The group’s flight arrangements are based on group tickets, with departure and return flights issued as one. Missing the outbound flight may result in the entire return being canceled. Airline rules apply in such cases.
• Flight delays and gate changes are announced at airports via information boards. Guests should follow these updates. If a guest misses their flight or chooses a different flight, they must purchase a new ticket and bear the cost. The guest may also miss part or all of the scheduled program. Responsibility for this lies with the guest. Arranging alternative transportation from the airport or city to the hotel is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their mileage can do so only after the tickets are issued and if the airline has availability. Since our seats are group-based, any upgrade request must be made before upgrading and paid for the fare difference. Upgrades are subject to airline policies and the group seats are issued several days before departure.
• Guests should check that their mobile phones are activated for international use before leaving Turkey.
• Please ensure that you take all your belongings when leaving transportation or hotels during the trip. Avoid leaving items behind or losing belongings.
• BTB Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, route, or airline if necessary, due to force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances, without changing the core content of the program.
• BTB Tours reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
• BTB Tours is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with one parent need notarized approval from both parents to travel; otherwise, the tour cannot be realized, and BTB TOURS is not responsible.
• The general terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
