• During the Abu Dhabi tours, there are certain things to pay attention to during the Mosque Visit; Men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is required to have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, precautions include wearing casual and comfortable clothes, bringing a cardigan. Heavy meals should not be eaten before the tour and excessive amounts of water should be avoided. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions.
• To benefit from the advantageous travel package prices, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If there are fewer than 20 participants, prices may change, or it may be conducted with the metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on the region's density or the period. The prices during the sale of extra tours will be valid.
• Due to processing as VB in our tour programs or in cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or optional availability for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
• Our programs will have a guide at the destination, while the included guiding service only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel they stayed in before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes for extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status for the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general promotion and are maximum 2-3 hour tours that do not include entrance to museums or ancient sites.
• BTB Tours is not responsible for the failure to conduct panoramic tours and other tours due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, road closures due to any event, or adverse weather conditions that make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted with public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide will engage at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests should be ready in the hotel reception where they stayed before the time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered as such. Hotel availability may vary during peak season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, and a guarantee of the hotel name is not provided.
• To avoid fluctuations in exchange rates, we recommend guests not to convert large amounts of currency. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions cannot be made with old types of currency that the banks will not accept.
• Since extra tour purchases are made in USD, the USD - EUR parity will apply.
• Our package tours are aimed at international travel, and it is the guests' responsibility to manage their foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests as well as the general terms and obligations stated below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to, and/or their flights may not be executed by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot bear any responsibility.
• To avoid problems with customs at the entry points of the country of visit due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is required to renew such passports, and if it is a country that applies for visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa should be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return flight. In such cases, it is the guest's responsibility to manage any obstacles.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the guest and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa in necessary situations; BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the guest's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities for personal visa applications.
• Passengers applying for a visa through BTB TOURS must check the accuracy of the information on the visa obtained. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typos or problems that may prevent boarding from occurring.
• For passengers who will apply for a visa on their own, the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) usually take 1 business day to obtain. Guests should consider this time when scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• There will be no refund of visa fees and service fees if the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in or cannot attend the relevant tour. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can refund the remaining amount minus the consular charges, etc. after presenting their passport that demonstrates they did not use the visa within a week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa by their own means and/or with the help of another visa brokerage firm, no refund will be made if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or another reason.
• Changes may occur in the routes according to the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the aircraft may change, and hotel availability may vary during peak seasons or special periods, so similar hotels may be offered. It is accepted that these situations have been reported at the time of the contract and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS TO RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. There is an additional bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided; if there is a suitable room for this in the hotels, it will be blocked based on availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.
• Breakfast offered at the hotels is continental; it is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes to plane tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must have travel and health insurance that starts one day before and ends one day after the tour date, whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by local police. If a fine is incurred due to lack of travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, being admitted to a country may lead to the inability to obtain a visa for another or multiple countries or may restrict entry through border crossing, and since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS' control, it is accepted that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such cases.
• In order to provide economy and time benefit to the group, passengers who wish not to participate in tours that take place along the route must agree to wait at a nearby venue until the tour is finished. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these passengers and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content is unchanged or may not be realized due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is responsible for providing the best alternative possible to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
• Tours or excursions that are not granted permission to be visited by local authorities will not be held. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to perform these tours.
• The seats mentioned in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically be canceled. In this situation, the rules of the airline company apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on the information boards/screens at airports. Guests should keep track of this information. In case of missed flights, whether due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must pay for their new ticket (as previously stated, if necessary, it may be a round trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, in the event of traveling to a city/country with a different flight from the group, the responsibility for transfers from airport to city or from airport to hotel is also the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant airline after their tickets are issued. Since the seats in our programs are group class, before upgrading the required ticket, the guest should pay the fee determined by the airline for upgrading from group class to upgradeable economy class, depending on availability. The passenger is responsible for the additional price that arises in this situation. Group tickets in our programs are issued several days before the tour starts.
• To be able to use your mobile phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
• During your travel, please ensure to check that you have all your belongings when leaving the means of transport and the hotels you stay in, whether for a short period or completely.
• BTB TOURS has the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, provided that the content of the program is not disturbed in case of unavoidable circumstances or when deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during the tour.
• Children under 18 years old must have a consent letter from their father if traveling with their mother, and from their mother if traveling with their father, and if traveling with a third person, from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the flight not being completed due to the lack of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
