Etihad Arena Seating Plan:

The concert ticket included in the package is in region 106, with a panoramic seating arrangement.

Infants aged 0-2 are not eligible to participate.

• Regarding visits to mosques during Abu Dhabi tours; Men should not wear shorts, women should avoid sleeveless, miniskirts, tights, and shorts, and should carry long-sleeved overgarments and headscarves for mosque visits. Lunch is included in the tour.
• For Desert Safari tours; Wear sporty and comfortable clothing, bring a jacket. Do not eat heavy meals or drink excessive water before the tour. Those with back, waist, neck issues or pregnant guests should inform the guides about their condition.
• For extra tours, to benefit from advantageous travel package prices, payment must be made to the local agent during the tour.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20, the tour price may change or the tour may be conducted via metro or other methods. The guide may change the dates of the extra tours while keeping the content unchanged.
• Prices of extra tours may vary depending on local congestion or season. During purchase, the prices quoted by the guide are valid.
• In cases where it is marked as VB or the content is only given as a category without specific hotel names, or if related options exist for the same destination, hotels will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• Our tours include a guide to meet upon arrival at the airport; during the return transfer, the guest must be ready at the hotel's reception before the guide's indicated pickup time. For extra tours, a different guide may accompany guests.
• Cancelling or changing extra tours must be communicated to the guide at least 24 hours in advance. Refund conditions depend on the local supplier’s final decision and may vary.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided at least 2 days before the tour by BTB Tours.
• Panoramic city tours are designed to introduce the city, lasting about 2-3 hours, including the inside of museums and ancient sites limited to guided commentary from the vehicle.
• If local authorities prohibit or close places on the itinerary for any reason, the tours cannot be conducted. BTB Tours is not responsible for such cancellations.
• Our flight arrangements are group seats and organized as a round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed or not used, the return flight may also be canceled automatically. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.
• Possible last-minute delays or gate changes are announced on airport displays/screens. Passengers should follow these notices. If the passenger misses the flight due to such reasons or personal reasons, they are responsible for obtaining a new ticket (for both legs if needed) and covering any additional costs. Also, missing the group flight may result in missing parts or all of the first day’s program; the passenger is responsible for this. If traveling through a different flight indicating a different city/airport, transfer arrangements from the airport to city/hotel are the responsibility of the passenger.
• Passengers wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so after tickets have been issued and if the airline has availability, and may need to pay the difference in fare. The group tickets are issued a few days before departure.
• To use mobile phones abroad, travelers should verify with their GSM providers whether international calls and roaming are active before departing from Turkey.
• During travel, ensure that your belongings are complete when using transportation and hotels, especially when leaving or during short stops.
• BTB Tours reserves the right to change the sequence of cities or the airline without altering the program content, if necessary due to force majeure or other reasons.
• BTB Tours may change hotel names while maintaining their category, if needed.
• Unforgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour are not the responsibility of BTB Tours.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother or father require a consent letter from the other parent, otherwise the flight may be canceled. BTB Tours is not responsible for such cancellations due to lack of consent forms.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
