In the package, the concert ticket is seated in the Diamond area.

(Sections 102, 103, 104, 107, and 109 are part of the Diamond area, and ticketing will be done based on reservation order)

• During the visit to the Mosque on Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be observed: Men should not wear shorts, Women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, leggings, and shorts. It is required to have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the following points should be noted: Wear sports and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and excessive water intake. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides of their conditions.
• To benefit from advantageous travel package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are held with a minimum of 20 participants. If participation is below 20, changes in tour prices may occur or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
• Price changes may occur in extra tours due to regional density or periods. Prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• Due to the VB process in the tour program or if only category information is provided without mentioning names and/or if there are options available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agent 48 hours before the travel movement.
• Our tour program includes a greeting by the guide at the destination, and the guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will be included. A different guide may accompany guests during extra tours. In return transfers, guests must be ready at their hotel reception before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or changes for extra tours. The cancellation and refund situation for the extra tour requested to be canceled depends on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified kilometers away. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general promotion of the cities and are the tours carried out as panoramic for a maximum of 2-3 hours without museum or site entrance fees.
• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, in case local authorities close the places to be visited, roads on the route are closed due to any event or due to weather conditions that make the tour impossible, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot if access by vehicle is not permitted in certain areas.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport upon arrival. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are subject to availability and may vary in high season or special periods. Therefore, similarly, another hotel may be provided; hotel name guarantees are not given.
• We advise our guests not to exchange a large amount of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currencies are not accepted by banks in destination countries. Therefore, reservations for extra tour purchases will not be made with old currency that banks do not accept.
• Since extra tours are charged in USD at the relevant destination, the USD - EUR parity will be applied equally.
• Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, the guests' foreign language proficiency is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests, along with the general terms and obligations below. BTB Tours is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information given. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country and/or their flights may not be conducted by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB Tours cannot assume any responsibility.
• In case of torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, in order to avoid any issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applying visa to T.C. citizens is concerned, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return flight. In case of any obstacle, the responsibility lies with the guests.                    
• BTB Tours acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa if deemed necessary; BTB Tours has no responsibility regarding the denial of visa issuance. BTB Tours only assumes the role of an intermediary. BTB Tours has no obligation or liability regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have accepted these conditions by registering for the tour.
• When BTB Tours submits a visa application as the intermediary, it is necessary for the guest to check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB Tours is not responsible for any misprints that could prevent boarding.
• For passengers applying for their visa on their own, it normally takes 1 working day to obtain the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.). Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB Tours is not responsible for any disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest received their visa and visa service through BTB Tours, and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB Tours cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest may receive the remaining amount, excluding processing fees and similar charges paid to consulates, after proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week of its expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa brokerage firm, and BTB Tours cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
• The routes may vary according to the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and schedule may change. Due to hotel availability in high season or special periods, similar hotels may be provided. Passengers have accepted the risk of time changes and hotel modifications during the sale process.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. The third bed will be a foldable bed and is smaller than the standard bed. In triple rooms, a guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given, and if an appropriate room is available, it will be reserved by the hotel.
• Child discounts apply only for children staying with 2 adults.
• Continental breakfast is served in hotels, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During the reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide the names, surnames, birth dates, and passport numbers corresponding to the travel passport, following which tickets will be issued. The penalties for the cancellation or changes of flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will be the guests' responsibility.
• Our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance starting from one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they acquire it from BTB TOURS or otherwise, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without the travel insurance may face fines imposed by the local police. In case of penalties due to not carrying the travel insurance, the responsibility will lie with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having traveled to some countries may cause visas to be denied or entry to be prohibited at the border for another one or more countries, and BTB Tours is not responsible for such situations.
• In order to ensure that the trip benefits the group economically and in terms of time, passengers who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the routes must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the tour concludes. Our bus will pick up these guests afterward, and our journey will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are arranged for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips, provided that the content remains unchanged, can be organized on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions. In these cases, BTB Tours is obliged to present the best possible alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted, or price changes may occur.
• Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities will not be conducted. BTB Tours cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.
• The plane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as one ticket. In case the departure flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be canceled. The rules of the airline company apply in such situations.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on airport information boards/screen. These notifications should be monitored by passengers. In such or personal cases of missed flights, the guest must cover the cost of obtaining a new ticket themselves (if necessitated, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, missing the group flight may lead to partial or total absence of the first-day itinerary; in such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or hotel will be the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight after the tickets have been issued by the airline. Since the plane seats in our programs are in group class, should the requested ticket be available for upgrade, the price difference stated by the airline firm must be paid. The price difference that occurs in this case is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before the tour begins.
• Before leaving Turkey, guests must ensure that their mobile lines are activated for international calls/receiving calls. They should check this with their GSM operator.
• While using the transportation vehicles and hotels during your journey, please make sure to take all your belongings when leaving, whether momentarily or completely.
• BTB Tours reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline used for the flights without altering the contents of the program due to force majeure or as deemed necessary.
• BTB Tours reserves the right to change the hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• BTB Tours is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must have consent from their father, and if traveling with their father, they must have consent from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. BTB Tours cannot be held responsible for situations where flights cannot be carried out due to the lack of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
