Day 1    Istanbul – Oslo
Meet 3 hours prior at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures terminal in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, our flight with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1273 departs for Oslo at 10:55. Arriving locally at 13:50, we start our Oslo city tour with our awaiting vehicle. Oslo is known for its high standard of living and natural beauty. Founded in 1049 as a port city under the name “Christiania”, it has been called Oslo since 1925. During the city tour, places we will see include the Royal Palace, City Hall, National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, Opera House, Akershus Fortress, and Frogner Park. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2    Oslo (Fjord Tour)
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join an extra magnificent Fjord tour by boat (180 Euro). We depart early from the hotel for the full-day tour. During the boat tour, enjoy the breathtaking Norwegian fjords from the deck, and marvel at waterfalls cascading down snowy mountains. We highly recommend not to miss this wonderful excursion. After the tour, guests can optionally join an additional Flam Railway journey (180 Euro). The Flam Railway offers a stunning scenic journey through Norway’s natural beauty and is known as one of the world’s most beautiful train trips. You will see the most magnificent views along the 20 km steep rail line, and every kilometer promises visual surprises. After this unforgettable trip, transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3    Oslo – Karlstad – Stockholm
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Stockholm. En route, we make a stop in Karlstad. Karlstad is a small settlement located on the banks of the Klarälven River, one of Sweden’s longest and where it flows into Lake Vänern, one of the largest lakes in Sweden. The city port is the second largest in Sweden after Västerås. During the tour, we will see Karlstad Cathedral and Old Town Square. After the tour, continue our journey to Stockholm. Overnight in Stockholm at the hotel.

Day 4    Stockholm – Jönköping
After breakfast at the hotel, start the Stockholm city tour, one of Northern Europe's most beautiful, peaceful, and vibrant cities. Stockholm is Sweden’s capital and largest city, and has been the country’s cultural, art, and economic center for centuries. It is known for its colorful buildings, historical structures, and natural beauty. During the city tour, visitors will see the City Hall, Kungsträdgården Central Park, National Theatre, Stock Exchange Building, Gamla Stan (Old Town), and the Royal Palace. After the city tour, those who wish can join an optional Vasa Ship Museum tour (50 Euro). The Vasa Museum displays the remains of a 17th-century warship, one of the most impressive ships of its time, which sank on its maiden voyage in 1628 and was salvaged in 1961, serving as a time capsule. You will have the chance to see this majestic ship up close, photograph it, and learn about its history. After the tour, we depart for Jönköping and enjoy panoramic views along the way. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Jönköping at the hotel.

Day 5    Jönköping – Malmö (Helsingborg)
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Malmö. Malmö is a city with long bridges, parks, and historic buildings. Located in the southern part of the country, in the Skane region, Malmö is Sweden’s third-largest city and one of the largest in Scandinavia. During the city tour, see Stortorget Square, City Hall, Lilla Torg Square with cafes and restaurants, and Sankt Petri Church. After the tour, those interested can join an optional full-day Helsingborg tour (75 Euro). Helsingborg, located in southern Sweden, is the second largest city in the Skane region after Malmö. It blends old-world charm with a modern outlook. Medieval landmarks, innovative and intelligently designed waterfront areas, and its strategic position at the narrowest point of the Oresund Strait make it a “two countries, one destination” city. See Helsingborg Castle, Mariakyrkan (Virgin Mary Church), and other main sights during the city tour. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6    Malmö (Copenhagen & Canal Tour & Frederiksborg)
After breakfast at the hotel, guests can join an optional day tour to Copenhagen, including canal and Frederiksborg Castle tour (200 Euro). Copenhagen, meaning “trade port” in Danish, is the Danish capital and the most populous city. Known for its unique architecture, colorful buildings, and lively harbor areas. Danish people are considered among the happiest in the world. During the city tour, see Nyhavn Canal, Christiansborg Palace, Glyshtor Palace, Amalienborg Palace, and Stroget shopping street. We continue with a canal tour on the waterways of Copenhagen to enjoy the city from the water. Then, visit Denmark's most splendid royal castle, Frederiksborg Palace, located in Hillerod, a magnificent building on a picturesque lake, one of the finest examples of North Renaissance architecture. Built in the 16th century by King Christian II, it served as a residence for the royal family. After arriving, tour the courtyard and gardens, then free time for photos. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Malmö. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Gothenburg, Sweden’s second-largest city. Built on the Göta River, Gothenburg is Scandinavia’s fourth-largest city, known for its historical and cultural richness. The city’s canal-lined streets, Götaplatsen square, Poseidon statue, and opera and theater houses are main sights. After the tour, depart for Oslo. Overnight at the hotel in Oslo.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Oslo airport. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart for Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1274 at 13:35. Arrive at 19:25 local time, and end of the tour.

Need to Know
INFORMATION,
- During the tour, it is recommended to use a credit card for shopping and expenses in all the countries on the itinerary. Each country has its own currency, and the most common and secure payment method is bank card or credit card. If we have Euro, only at permitted locations will currency exchange be possible.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- Our tours implement a rotation (seat change) system in daily seat planning, and fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering from abroad to Turkey, there is a minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (such as alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters (including spirits with 22% or less alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- Due to weather and road conditions, guides may change the program while still showing all locations specified in the schedule.
- Guests who book the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start date. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the tour, a 30% penalty applies, and within 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. Documents such as hospital reports, work permit documents, etc., received from authorities in Turkey, or cancellations of hotel bookings and services outside Turkey, are not accepted for cancellation.

Our Minimum participation requirement is 25 people. If sufficient participants are not available, the last cancellation notice will be 20 days before the tour departure date. Canceled tours due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
-In cases where only categories are given without specific hotel names, and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified kilometers from the designated locations. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform 15 days prior to the departure date.
- Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable or called coach beds, participants agree that the third person or child may encounter space constraints or bed type issues. Child discounts apply only for a single child sharing with two adults and fitting age range.
-In the hotel services included in the program, breakfasts are generally continental, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and are served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
-Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introduction, conducted from a vehicle with guide narration, without entrance to museums or archaeological sites, lasting up to 2-3 hours. These tours, along with other tours in the program, depend on local authorities' permissions. If some tours cannot be arranged due to roads blocked or other events, or weather conditions, Viyatravel is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport where access is restricted.
- Waiting times at border crossings during travel by land may exceed standard durations; Viyatravel is not responsible for any negative outcomes from such delays.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel at a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, excursions cannot be held, and prices, content, use of vehicles, and participant numbers may vary. Tour dates and times may change according to the open/closed status of museums or sites and weather conditions, at the discretion of the guide.
- Participation in extra tours is optional. Guests who choose not to participate agree to wait at a designated rest stop on the route. They will be left at the rest stop before the tour and will be picked up afterwards.
- For flights, check-in and boarding are personal procedures to be completed by guests at the airport before the flight, either at the airline counters or online on the airline's website.
- Viyatravel is not responsible if individuals fail to be at the airport on time for check-in or boarding, or if they miss their flight. Those who miss their flight are responsible for purchasing new tickets, including transfer costs. The tour cannot be rebooked for missed flights without additional expenses borne by the guests.

Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays are possible, and schedules may change before the tour and flights. Viyatravel will inform clients as soon as possible of such changes. By purchasing the tour, customers accept the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and services.
