Tour Program

Day 1: Istanbul – Barcelona
Meeting in front of Pegasus counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal. After ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Barcelona with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1091 at 10:10. Arriving at 12:50 in Barcelona. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, our panoramic city tour includes sights such as; Andalusian Arena, Montjuic Hill, Barcelona Port, Christopher Columbus Statue (Columbus Square), Sagrada Familia Basilica, Spain and Catalonia squares, Gaudi's houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila), La Rambla, Port Olimpic. After the tour, free time. Guests may optionally join the extra Barcelona Gothic and El Born Neighborhood Tour (30 Euro). During this walking tour in the Gothic Quarter with our guide, we will explore the city’s 2000-year-old history. Walking along La Rambla street, seeing the 19th-century La Boqueria (Market), then wandering into side streets to see the remnants of Roman Barcelona such as Augustus Temple, Jewish Quarter, Barcelona Nobility Palace, Aragon Royal Archives, Gothic Cathedral, Bishops Bridge, Santa Jaime Square. Then entering El Born Neighborhood to see the Catalan Historical Center, where 18th-century Catalan uprisings took place, and the famous Cathedral Maria del Mar. At the end of the tour, enjoy free time in Passeig del Born, a hub of bohemian life with cafes and bars, and sample Catalan cuisine. Afterwards, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Barcelona – Valencia: 350 km
2nd Day: Barcelona - Valencia
After breakfast, free time. Guests may optionally join the additional Girona, Figueres, and Dali Museum Tour (80 Euro). The region is historically rich, with remains from numerous invasions and rulings since Islamic times. All structures are stone-built and well preserved, reflecting the ancient spirit. Museums, churches, cobblestone streets, and medieval walls attract tourists. Notable sites include the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, Jewish Quarter. Afterwards, we head towards Figueres. This town is famous as the birthplace of surrealist artist Salvador Dali in 1904. He established a museum here to showcase his works. Today, it houses the largest Dali collection, with over 4,000 works by the artist in various techniques, designed by Dali himself. The tour ends with hotel transfer and a move towards Valencia. Overnight at Valencia hotel.

3rd Day: Valencia - Granada
After breakfast, complete check-out from the hotel and meet in the lobby at the time indicated by our guide, then head to Granada for the city tour. In our panoramic tour of Granada, sites include; the main street Grand Via, historic La Rambla Square, City Hall Square. Guests can optionally visit the Alhambra Palace (subject to availability) for an extra fee of 60 Euro.
Granada is a city of the Middle Ages, surrounded by the Sierra Nevada mountains, dominated by the impressive Alhambra fortress. The Alhambra, with its 37 towers, was built over 150 years and once belonged to the Nasrid sultans. This palace is not just a medieval fortress but a symbol of Islamic architecture in the West, featuring elegant courtyards and intricate designs. It was lost to Queen Isabella by Sultan Muhammad XII (Boabdil). Now a UNESCO World Heritage site, it inspired many stories, notably collected in Washington Irving's 'Tales of the Alhambra'. The tour includes the Gardens of Cennet-ül Arif, the Summer Palace, and Alcazaba Fortress. An enchanting, fairy-tale palace awaits, full of stories and photos. Afterwards, transfer to the hotel.

4th Day: Granada - Córdoba - Seville - Granada
After breakfast, free time throughout the day. Guests may optionally join the extra Córdoba and Seville tour (120 Euro). During the tour, we will cross the Guadalquivir River, see the Roman Bridge, enter the Gate of Seville, and visit the iconic Mezquita-Catedral, the largest mosque turned cathedral, with its 850 columns. After sightseeing, we stroll through the flower-lined streets of Córdoba, visit historic inns and traditional houses reflecting Andalusian architecture. After free time, we depart for Seville. In Seville, sights include Plaza de España, Torre del Oro, Montjuic Monastery, Maria Luisa Park, and Santa Cruz Square. After the city tour, transfer to the hotel in Granada. Overnight stay at the hotel.

5th Day: Granada – Malaga – Marbella – Ronda – Granada
After breakfast, all-day free time. Guests may opt to join the extra Malaga, Marbella, and Ronda Tour (120 Euro). Malaga is a vibrant city combining history and modern life. We will visit its famous beaches, see luxurious yachts, and shop in high-end boutiques. After free time, we move towards Ronda. Ronda is one of Spain’s oldest and most historic mountain towns, known for its iconic New Bridge (Puente Nuevo), the oldest bullring (from outside), and its scenic beauty. After sightseeing, we head back to Granada. Guests can also join an optional Flamenco Night and Albayzin Tour (55 Euro). We will enjoy a flamenco show in the caves of Sacromonte, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and explore Albaicin, the historic Muslim quarter. Overnight in Granada.

6th Day: Granada - Madrid - Toledo - Madrid
After breakfast, meet in the lobby at the time indicated by our guide, then depart to Madrid. Madrid, the capital of Spain until it was declared the capital, was originally a small town within green fields, but now it is Europe’s youngest capital, with impressive city architecture reflecting different historical periods. It is renowned for its vibrant nightlife and colorful streets. During the tour, see the Neptune Fountain depicting the sea god, and the grand Gran Via boulevard. Visit the majestic Royal Palace, the Mercado de San Miguel for gourmet foods, and Plaza Mayor, the city’s most famous square. End the day at Puerta del Sol, a bustling square with street performers and lively atmosphere, then transfer to the hotel. Guests may choose to join an optional Toledo and Cathedral Tour (80 Euro). Toledo, 70 km southwest of Madrid, is one of Spain’s most important historical cities, full of noble architecture, synagogues, mosques, and churches. Surrounded by the Tajo River, it was the medieval capital, and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Sightseeing includes panoramic views, San Martin Bridge, San Juan Monastery, Jewish Quarter, Santo Tome Church, Santa Maria Cathedral Square, and shopping streets. You can also taste local delicacies like Mazapan (marzipan), Manchego cheese, and shop for Damascus-style jewelry and swords. The tour ends with return to Madrid.

7th Day: Madrid – Istanbul
After breakfast, free time. Guests may optionally join an Outlet Shopping Tour (30 Euro). Afterwards, transfer from the hotel to Madrid Airport. After ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, flight PC1102 with Pegasus Airlines departs at 17:00. Arriving in Istanbul at 22:05. Looking forward to seeing you on your next trip...

Need to Know
- During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euro in order to shop and spend in all countries included in the program. In areas where local currency is used, the Guide will assist with currency conversion. - Throughout the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred. It is also advisable to carry a cardigan or similar clothing for the night. - Our tours implement a seat rotation (seat change) system daily, and fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days in accommodation is mandatory to bring items (such as alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - Free shopping limit at the duty-free shops when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), 2 liters (spirits with less than 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - The tour guides may modify the program flow due to weather and road conditions while still covering all indicated locations. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to departure. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before, a 30% penalty applies; within 20 days or less, 100% penalty. Cancellation requests, along with medical reports, work permits, or other documents, and cancellations of accommodation and services outside Turkey are not accepted. - Our Minimum participation requirement is 25 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the final cancellation deadline is 20 days before the tour starts. Cancellations due to inadequate participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is provided without specific hotel names or multiple options exist for the same destination, hotels will be announced 2 days before the departure by Viyatravel. - Hotels in event periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, sports tournaments, etc., may be located farther than usual. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before departure. - Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. They consist of 1 large bed plus an additional folding or coach bed. Participants accept that these extra beds and configurations may result in closer sleeping arrangements, and child discounts apply only for one child sharing with two adults within specified age groups. - Services included in the tour program: Breakfast taken at the hotel, which aligns with the country's breakfast culture, often consisting of a continental style with butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, possibly served in a separate hall for groups. - The panoramic city tours included in the package, which provide a general overview of cities through a guide narration from within the vehicle, do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Such tours, along with other scheduled activities, may be canceled or altered due to local authorities, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, for which Viyatravel is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport if roads are closed or inaccessible. - Customs procedures during land crossings may cause delays. Viyatravel is not responsible for any negative effects caused by these delays. - Extra tours, organized by local Viyatravel at a minimum of 20 participants, may not be available if the minimum is not met. Prices, content, and vehicles may vary based on participant count. Tour dates and times may change due to museum or site opening hours and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional. Passengers who decline extra tours agree to wait at designated rest stops during the tour. These guests will be dropped off at a designated point beforehand and picked up afterward. - For air tours, check-in and boarding are personal procedures performed by guests at the airport or online via airline websites before departure. - Participants who do not be present at the specified time, or fail to follow check-in and boarding procedures, cannot be held responsible for missed flights or tours. They are responsible for any additional costs related to rebooking or transfers to reach their destinations. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between airline and passengers, operating under the 1955 Hague Protocol.
