- During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euro to make purchases and expenses in all the countries included in the program. The guide will assist with currency exchange in regions using local currencies. - Comfortable walking or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night. - Our tours apply a rotation system for seat planning daily, and fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum requirement of 3 days of accommodation to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - The duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (except for alcoholic beverages containing more than %22 alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including those with less than %22 alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - The guides may change the program flow provided that they show all specified locations in the tour program, depending on weather and road conditions. - Guests registering for the tour have a right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. In case of cancellation within 30 days, a penalty of 30% will be applied, and in case of cancellation within 20 days or less, a penalty of 100% will be applied. The cancellation request with the documents obtained from the relevant authorities in Turkey, such as hospital reports, work permission documents, etc., is not accepted for cancellations of the hotel they will stay in outside Turkey and the services they will receive. - Our tour program is organized under the condition of a minimum participation of 25 people. In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - In cases where hotels are provided with only category information without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In this case, Viyatravel will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date. - Triple rooms may be provided according to the hotel's availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are composed of foldable and coach-bed types, tour participants are deemed to have acknowledged the possible crowding and bed types in the rooms for the 3rd person and/or children's reservations. Child discounts apply only for a single child within the age group who stays with 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu known as continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with guided narration from the vehicle. They do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if local authorities do not allow visits, or if paths are closed due to events, or if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where access is restricted. - During travel, waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road may exceed standards, and Viyatravel is not responsible for any adverse circumstances arising from these waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum requirement of 20 participants. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, contents, and transport arrangements for extra trips may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the places to be visited and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to accept waiting at a rest facility on the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest facility on the route before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the completion of the tour. - For those participating in guided tours, check-in and boarding procedures must be carried out personally by the guest at the relevant airline kiosks at the airports before the flight or through the airline's websites online. - Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the hours notified by Viyatravel, who do not carry out check-in and boarding on time, or who check-in and board on time but do not board the aircraft. All expenses regarding new round-trip flight tickets and transfers to the destination area for passengers who miss their flight are borne by themselves. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary agency between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There is a risk of delay in scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of timing changes when purchasing the tour. Children aged 0-2 are exempt from airport taxes and service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of passengers as follows: Buses: (Used for 25 - 46 people) *Mercedes Travego/Tourismo *NEOPLAN Cityliner/Tourliner *Temsa Safir/Maraton *Man Fortuna.
