- During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros in order to make purchases and expenses in all the countries included in the program. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas where the local currency is used.
- It is advisable to wear comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes throughout the trip. It is also beneficial to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, seat rotation (changing of seats) is practiced daily, and a fixed seat and front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- To bring items (such as alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum requirement of 3 days of accommodation.
- The duty-free shopping limits for entering Turkey from abroad are as follows: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- Guides may make changes to the program flow, provided that all places mentioned in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied; in case of cancellation 20 days or less before the tour date, a 100% penalty will be applied. Documents such as hospital reports, work permit letters, etc., obtained from authorities in Turkey, unfortunately, will not be accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services they will receive outside of Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. In the case that sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last notification of cancellation will be made 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be informed by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the names in the tour program or where options exist for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the departure of the trip.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, Viyatravel will provide information 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
- Triple rooms may be assigned depending on the availability of hotels, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds, so the tour participant accepts and agrees to the possible crowding and bed type in rooms in cases of reservations for a 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for a single child that fits the age group staying with 2 adults.
- Services included in the tour program, breakfast taken at the hotel is usually served in a separate hall allocated for groups and consists of a limited menu which is suitable for the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consists of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are made with a guide's narration from the vehicle, without entrance fees to museums or historical sites, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not be performed if entry is not allowed by local authorities due to conditions or if the tour cannot be carried out due to road closures or weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot at locations where vehicle entry is not allowed.
- During travel, waiting times at customs border crossings may exceed standard times. Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative experiences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the trips may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicles used may vary depending on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations.
- Extra tours are optional for participants and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to accept waiting at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area prior to the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the same drop-off point after the tour is completed.
- For those participating in air tours, the check-in and boarding procedures must be performed by the guests personally at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online through airline websites before the flight.
- Viyatravel shall not be responsible for passengers who are not at the airport at the times indicated by Viyatravel, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. All costs related to new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region necessary for those who miss the flight will be their responsibility.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays in scheduled and charter flights or existing trips and flight times may change. Viyatravel is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of time changes upon purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and fees.
