Day 1 Istanbul – Podgorica
Meeting at the Pegasus Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal... After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Tirana on Pegasus Airlines flight PC285 at 12:25. Arrival in Tirana at 13:10 local time. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we depart for the capital of Montenegro, Podgorica, by our private buses. Following our arrival, we will take a panoramic tour of Podgorica, the smallest capital in the Balkans. After some free time in the charming streets and square of the city, we will transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish can join the optional Lake Skadar tour (45 EUR). Known as Lake Shkodra, this lake is the largest in the Balkans, home to over 270 species of birds, including pelicans, which are a critically endangered species. This tranquil lake, with its nature, will mesmerize you. We will conclude this tour by ending our journey at Rijeka Crnojevica. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2 Podgorica (Kotor-Tivat-Perast-Budva)
After breakfast at our hotel, we will have free time. Guests who wish can join the optional full-day Kotor-Tivat-Perast-Budva tour (75 EUR). Our first stop will be Kotor, a small city that is quite important in terms of historical and architectural sites and has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979. During our walking city tour, we will see the important buildings of Kotor, which carries the fabric of Venetian architecture, and then we will start to tour around Kotor Bay, visiting Perast with its postcard-worthy unique views. The next destination of our journey with the precious shores of this bay will be the city of Tivat, known as the Monaco of Montenegro. You can relax in Tivat’s luxurious cafes, or unwind by swimming or strolling along the beach. After our tour, we will move on to Budva. After a panoramic tour of Budva, we will take a break to view St. Stefan, which was once a fishermen's settlement, later expropriated and sold to a Singapore billionaire, and is now a holiday destination for the jet set. Transfer to our hotel in Podgorica. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3 Podgorica – Shkodra – Tirana (Kruja)
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to the Albanian city of Shkodra. Shkodra city is situated on the shores of Lake Shkodra, which forms the border between Albania and Montenegro. This city has been under Ottoman rule for many years and is one of the most important cities in the Balkans. We will see the city fortress and walls. After a brief walking tour in the city center, we will have some free time before moving on to the capital, Tirana. A city that has been caught up in wars throughout the 20th century and experienced Enver Hoxha’s dictatorship for 40 years, it is the mountainous country of the Balkans, which became the capital of Albania in 1920 and developed by Suleiman Pasha in 1614. We will have a panoramic tour to explore the beautiful city. During our tour, we will see the Ethem Bey Mosque, the Historical Clock Tower, the National History Museum, the Opera House in Skanderbeg Square, as well as the Parliament and Prime Ministry buildings, the Presidential Palace, Mother Teresa Square, and the Tirana Pyramid from our vehicle. After the Tirana tour, we have free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Kruja tour (30 EUR). Kruja is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Albania, known as Akçahisar during the Ottoman period. This historic town, located 20 km north of Tirana, is surrounded by steep cliffs and has walls with a length of 800 meters. We will visit the Skanderbeg Museum, Sarı Saltuk Dervish Lodge, Esad Toptani Pasha Mansion, Kruja Castle, Dolma Baba Bektashi Lodge, Ottoman Bath, and Murat Bey Mosque, which are among the must-see places. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4 Tirana – Istanbul (Berat)
After breakfast at our hotel, we will have free time until our flight time. Guests who wish can join the optional Berat tour (65 EUR), known as the museum city of Albania. We will move from our hotel to Berat, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. In Berat, historically known as the "City of a Thousand Windows," we will see the significant structures of the historic town, including the Lead Mosque, Halveti Tekke, historical Gorica Bridge, and the Muslim and Christian neighborhoods. Afterward, we will have free time in the historical streets of the city. After the tour, we will transfer to the airport. Following this, we will transfer to Tirana Airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines flight PC284 (the next day) at 02:45, arriving in Istanbul at 05:20. - During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros in order to shop and spend in all the countries included in the program. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas where the local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a jacket or similar clothing for the evening.
- Our tours implement a rotation (seat change) in the daily seat planning, and fixed or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- There is a minimum of 3 days accommodation requirement to bring items (alcohol - tobacco etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad.
- The free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Tobacco: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- The guides on the tour program can make changes to the program flow, provided that they show every place specified in the program, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date, a penalty of 30% will be applied, and for 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will be applied. Cancellation requests by participants along with documents such as hospital reports or employment permission letters obtained from authorities in Turkey, as well as cancellations of hotels and services outside Turkey, will not be accepted.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel names and/or where options exist for the same destination, the hotels will be communicated by Viyatravel 2 days before the trip.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.
- Triple rooms may be allocated based on the availability of the hotels, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. As extra beds are made up of folding sleeper or couch bed types, participants of the tour are deemed to have accepted potential cramped conditions and bed types in the reservations for the 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts apply only to one child meeting the age group staying with two adults.
- Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and usually consist of a limited menu that includes butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted in a panoramic manner with commentary from the guide from within the vehicle, and do not include museum or site entrance fees. These tours are limited to a maximum of 2-3 hours. Viyatravel is not responsible for the non-execution of these tours if access is denied by local authorities or if the tours cannot be realized due to closed roads or weather conditions. Some tours may be made by public transportation or on foot where there are closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- During travel, waiting times at customs gates may exceed standard limits, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative situations arising from these waiting periods.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the trips may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used in extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and hours of tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the locations to be visited and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are based on the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a rest facility on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the point they were left after the completion of the tour.
- For participants in air tours, check-in and boarding processes must be conducted by the guests personally at the respective airline counters or online on the airline companies' websites before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but do not board the flight. All expenses related to the new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the destination area necessary for those who miss the flight will be their responsibility.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform of these changes as soon as possible.
