At Ankara Esenboğa Airport, in front of the PEGASUS AIRLINES check-in counter, please be present at 19:10. After finishing the departure procedures at the airport, we will depart on Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flight PC1718 at 22:10 to the exotic holiday destination of Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Upon arrival at local time 23:30, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
2nd Day: Sharm El Sheikh

● To benefit from advantageous package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agent during the tour.
● Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation falls below 10 people, tour prices may change or may be conducted via subway. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
● Due to regional demand or during peak seasons, the prices for extra tours may change. The prices at the time of the purchase of extra tours are valid.
● When the tour program does not specify names but only provides category information, and/or there are options available for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the departure of the tour.
● In our programs, the guide will meet at the designated destination, and the package includes only guiding services for panoramic city tours and round trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
● Guests desiring to cancel or change their extra tour arrangements must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance. The conditions for cancellation and refund for the requested extra tour depend on the local supplier's final decision.
● During expositions, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the stated kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information two days before the tour date.
● Panoramic city tours are designed for general introductions and do not include museum or archaeological site tickets, taking a maximum of 2-3 hours.
● Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may be held on different days, if needed, without BTB Tours being held responsible for any inability caused by local authorities to enter the locations, or weather conditions making the tours impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or by foot if the routes cannot be travelled by vehicles.
● In our program, the guide will meet at the airport on arrival. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are accommodated according to the time provided by the guide.
● The hotels listed in the program are subject to availability; during high seasons or special periods, other similar hotels may be used.
● We advise our guests not to change large amounts of currency to avoid currency fluctuations. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in destination countries. Consequently, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with such currency.
● Due to our packaged tours being directed overseas, guests' command of language is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS
● At the time of booking, the tour program mentioned must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations below. BTB TOURS is not liable for any complaints arising from information provided during this notification. The guest will be deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
● Guests traveling with a green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years, otherwise they may not be allowed entry into the country they are visiting and/or carriers may not operate their flights from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility rests with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any liability.
● Due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is recommended that guests renew these passports to avoid issues with customs at the border. If not renewed, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, if an obstacle arises, the responsibility belongs to the passengers.
● BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue visas. BTB TOURS holds no responsibility in the event of visa denial. BTB TOURS only assumes its role as an intermediary. Individual visa applications are not subject to any obligations or liabilities by BTB TOURS. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
● When BTB TOURS applies for a visa on behalf of the passenger, it is the passenger's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the visa information. BTB TOURS is not liable for any mistakes made on the visa that could prevent travel. The visa process occurs in a maximum of 1 business day under normal circumstances. Passengers must plan their appointment dates and times considering this timeframe; otherwise, BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for any delays.
● If a guest cancels their reservation or does not attend the tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest acquired the visa through BTB TOURS' visa department, and if services were specified in the travel contract as extra services, if BTB TOURS cancels a relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest may receive a refund for the costs not
