IMPORTANT NOTES
• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the agency will notify the final cancellation date 21 days before the tour's departure. Any tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agent.
• When hotel names are given without specifying individual names and/or options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agent at least 48 hours before the tour departure.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified km or in different cities. In such cases, your agent will inform you at least 48 hours before the tour departure.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed to give a general city introduction, usually conducted from inside a vehicle with guide narration, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. These panoramic tours and other included excursions may be subject to changes due to local authorities' regulations, closures, or weather conditions, and the agency is not responsible if such activities cannot be carried out.
• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. A triple room consists of 1 large bed plus 1 extra fold-away or coach bed, which are smaller and can be either folding beds or coach beds. Participants acknowledge acceptance of the bed types and possible comfort limitations in triple or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for a single child sharing with two adults within the applicable age range. No beds are guaranteed for children aged 0-2.
• Breakfasts at hotels are generally continental, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, served in a dedicated restaurant for groups.
• Since flights are booked as group tickets, flight times may change. You can verify current flight details with your agent, who will communicate updated times.
• Domestic flight tickets must be confirmed prior to the tour. If a guest has booked a different domestic connection outside the package from a different provider, the tour may be canceled by the agency, and no refunds can be claimed if flight times change.
• If the inbound/outbound flights are not used, according to airline rules, the return flight will be canceled.
• Unaccompanied guests arriving at the start point of the tour must have their own arrangements for transfer and be present on time. Otherwise, they will be responsible for their own transfer costs.
• The agency is not responsible for guests who miss their flight or fail to check in on time, or who are unable to board the plane due to missing their flight. Rebooking or arranging new flights, transfers, etc., will be at the guest's expense.
• Personal belongings, luggage, passports, or IDs are the responsibility of the participants, and the agency is not liable for items lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged. The agency is not responsible for retrieving lost items or the costs involved.
• In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide’s priority is the safety and continuity of the group, and may not be able to accompany individual guests.
• It is mandatory to provide accurate information from passports such as the name, date of birth, and passport number, as airline tickets are issued based on these. Incorrect details may result in cancellations or penalties at your expense.
• Some airlines may charge for meals, beverages, and online check-in services.
• Seat number assignment during bus journeys cannot be guaranteed.
• The guides' announced times are the departure times when the vehicle's wheels turn. Guides will depart promptly at the meeting times without waiting. Late arrivals will need to make their own way to the next stop.
• Extra tours are organized by local agencies with at least 20 participants. If the minimum is not met, the tours may be canceled, and prices or options may vary. Tour schedules and days may change based on museum or site opening hours, weather, and other conditions. Different guides may accompany guests on extra tours.
• Extra tours are optional; participation is not mandatory. Guests who choose not to participate agree to wait at a nearby rest stop until the tour ends.
• Entrance fees for museums and historical sites, paid during reservation or during the tour, must be settled with your agent or guide.
• Participants agree to pay the amounts specified in advance for any expenses such as guide fees, museum and site entrance fees, city taxes, or audio systems, and acknowledge they have been properly informed.
• The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays or schedule changes are possible; the agency will inform you promptly. Passengers accept that flight details may change and purchase the tour accordingly.
VISA
• Citizens of Turkey need a visa. For visa application, a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiry is required, along with the documents listed under "Visa Required Documents" provided by the agency.
• The visa must be issued by the country where the first entry will occur or the country where the longest stay will be made.
• Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirements; a passport valid for at least 6 months after travel date is sufficient.
• Visa information provided relates to Turkish citizens. Other passport holders should consult relevant consulates for visa requirements.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry; border control authorities can deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this.
• Passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or otherwise damaged must be renewed as per border requirements; the visa must also be in the new passport if applicable. Responsibility rests with the traveler.
• Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that authorities may require notarized parental consent at entry/exit points; travelers and their parents should be prepared accordingly.
