***Extra Tour Package sales are only conducted by our guide in the region; there are no extra tour package sales from Turkey.

                                                                                                                                                                        IMPORTANT NOTES
●    During the Abu Dhabi tours, the following points must be observed during the Mosque visit; Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is required to have long-sleeved jackets and headscarves for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
●    During our Desert Safari tour, it is important to wear sporty and comfortable clothes, and to bring a sweater. Heavy meals should not be eaten before the tour and excessive water intake should be avoided. Guests with complaints such as stomach, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
●    To benefit from advantageous tour package prices, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
●    Extra tours are held with a minimum of 20 participants. If participation is below 20, there may be changes to the tour prices or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided the content remains the same.
●    Prices of extra tours may vary depending on seasonal demand or period. The prices valid during the purchase of the extra tours will be applicable.
●    Due to VB processing in our program, or in cases where only category information was provided without naming, and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours prior to the trip.
●    In our programs, the guide will greet you at the destination, and the included guiding services cover only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. During extra tours, different guides may accompany guests. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.
●    Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
●    During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the specified distances. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information two days before the trip date.
●    The panoramic city tours included in the package are conducted as general introductions to the cities and are no more than 2-3 hours long, excluding museum or archaeological site entries.
●    Panoramic tours and other specified tours in the program may not be conducted if the places to be visited are closed by local authorities, if roads are obstructed due to any events, or due to weather conditions causing a tour to be impossible. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible for any failure to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible, in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
●    Our guiding at the airport occurs upon arrival and for return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.
●    The hotels listed in the program are for sale. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, hotel name guarantees are not given.
●    We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/Worn currency may not be accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old currency that banks will not accept.
●    Since extra tour purchases are made in USD for the relevant destination, the USD - EUR parity will be applied.
●    Our package tours are directed abroad, and it is the responsibility of guests to have knowledge of foreign languages.

GENERAL TERMS
●    At the time of reservation, the specified tour program must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations below. BTB Tours is not responsible for any complaints that may arise from the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
●    Guests traveling with T.C. green passports whose passport issuance date is older than 10 years must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB Tours cannot be held responsible.
●    To avoid potential problems with customs at the border of the country to be visited, guests with torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports should have them renewed and if a visa is required for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
●    Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any impediment will be the passengers’ responsibility.
●    BTB Tours acts as an intermediary between passengers and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny visa applications at its discretion; BTB Tours bears no responsibility regarding guests’ failure to obtain a visa. BTB Tours only undertakes the role of an intermediary. BTB Tours has no obligations or liabilities for personal visa applications. Consumers accepted these terms when registering for the tour.
●    When BTB Tours applies for a visa on behalf of the passenger, it is the passenger’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB Tours is not responsible for any typos on the visa that may impede travel.
●    For guests applying for their own visa, obtaining necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) under normal conditions takes 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB Tours assumes no responsibility for any resulting problems.
●    If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB Tour's Visa department, and this visa service was stated as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB Tours cancels the tour due to insufficient participants or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund for the remaining amounts after presenting their passport as proof that the visa has not been used, within one week of the visa's expiry date. If the visa was obtained independently or through the assistance of another visa agency and BTB Tours cancels the tour for insufficient participation, no refund will be provided to the guest.
●    Depending on the city where the plane will land, changes may occur in the schedules. The type and time of flights may also change, and due to high season or special periods, availability in hotels may vary. Therefore, alternative accommodations may be provided and the passenger accepts the risks of flight changes and hotel changes when purchasing the tour.
●    Triple rooms depend on hotel availability. In triple rooms, an additional bed is provided, which is smaller than a standard bed. Guarantees for three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms. If suitable rooms are available in the hotel, the hotel may block them based on availability.
●    Child discounts are applicable only for children staying with two adults.
●    Hotels offer continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
●    Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
●    During the reservation/registration process, it is necessary to provide the names as they appear on the passport, date of birth, and passport number. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellations or changes in flight tickets due to incorrect information will be the passenger's responsibility.
●    All guests must have international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the travel date and ends one day after. They must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may face fines from local police. If a guest encounters a penalty due to not having insurance with them, they shall bear the responsibility.
●    Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having made an entry and exit to some countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa or the inability to cross the border for one/multiple countries; BTB Tours has no control over such matters and assumes no responsibility in such cases.
●    To ensure that the visit benefits the group economically and in duration, guests who do not wish to participate in optional tours along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour concludes. The bus will pick up these guests afterward, and the journey will continue.
●    Panoramic city tours are organized as introductions to cities. City tours and extra excursions may occur on different days without changing the content, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB Tours is committed to offering the best possible alternative to valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people; if the required majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
●    Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities will not be conducted. BTB Tours cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
●    The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and return tickets are issued as a single ticket. In case of missing or unused outgoing flights, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The rules of the airline company will apply in such situations.
●    Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on the information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In cases of missing a flight due to such delays or personal reasons, the guest must procure a new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Furthermore, they risk partially or completely missing the first day's program. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, in case of traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the transfers from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel will be at the passenger’s expense.
●    Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets using miles can only perform the upgrade after tickets have been issued, and subject to availability on the relevant airline’s specific flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are group tickets, it may be necessary to pay the fee determined by the airline before the upgrade can be completed. The price difference incurred in this case will be the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days prior to the tour’s departure.
●    To use mobile phones abroad, guests must check with their GSM operator to ensure that their line is activated for international calls/receiving calls before leaving Turkey.
●    During the trip, when leaving transportation vehicles and hotels, guests should ensure that they have taken all their belongings.
●    BTB Tours reserves the right to change the sequence of cities and/or the airline without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or at its discretion.
●    BTB Tours reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
●    BTB Tours is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
●    Children under 18 years may only apply for visas and travel with their parents (mother, father, or both parents together). If the family does not apply together at the counter, BTB Tours cannot be held responsible in case of flight cancellation or refusal of entry into the country.
●    General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
