IMPORTANT NOTES
• In case passports and necessary documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist in obtaining visas. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of the required documents for the visa.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Passport control has the authority to deny entry to a person. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Due to the application of extra beds in triple rooms at hotels, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may be no extra bed application. The AGENCY will inform its guests during the sale process about packages with such hotels.
• Child prices are valid only if the children stay in the same room and cabin with their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For ages 0-2, the child must not have turned 2 years old at the date of the tour return, and for ages 3-12, the child must not have turned 12 years old at the date of the tour return.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
• If there is insufficient participation in the tour, the AGENCY will notify its guests of cancellation/change 21 days prior to the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09. 1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• Domestic low-cost flights have a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program as long as the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized under certain participation conditions. If participation is insufficient, they cannot be organized. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide, and a new arrangement may be made.
• Passengers who will not participate in the extra tours along the way will be directed by our guide to the rest areas located before entering the city.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In the case of cancellation and change, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" will be valid.
• For the evening meals you will have during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger has at least one suit and at least one evening dress for females.
• During the cruise, the restaurants and tables at which our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal taken on the ship, everyone will sit in predetermined places.
• At check-in to the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship’s reception while obtaining cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except at the casino. The currency used on the ship is EUR, and credit cards are accepted. You can find out about all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring drinks, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, specific colored luggage tags for all of our group's luggage will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket. You need to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is due to the congestion and crowding and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to carry essential items in a small handbag for the first day you board the ship.
• It is essential to comply with the ship's departure times. Entry to the ship must be made at least 60 minutes before the departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. In such a situation, our agency will not be responsible.
• At the end of our cruise, you will need to collect your luggage by attaching the previously provided tags to your cabins the night before and placing them in front of your cabin doors by 00.00. After our disembarkation processes, the group will retrieve their luggage from the station where their luggage is.
• ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR GOING AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTOUTS OF THEIR TICKETS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
