- The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and cruise companies. The agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedules. Therefore, the agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any schedule modifications. - The operation agency reserves the right to change flight routes if deemed necessary. For example, they may change a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon to Marseille for a departing ship from Marseille, or vice versa. - Documents required for visa applications are available within 96 hours. You should request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days prior to your application. - For airport and port transfers and return trips between the airport and the port, guests are responsible for their own belongings. No agency representative, guide, or driver has the authority to accept luggage on behalf of guests, nor can they be held responsible for any mishaps. - During the cruise, two of the dinners are formal evenings, and all male passengers are required to have at least one suit, while female passengers should have at least one evening dress. - The cruise company and captain reserve the right to change the itinerary and harbor times before or during the tour. - The schedule described is for illustrative purposes only. The operation agency reserves the right to alter the content of the tour. - During the sea voyage, the restaurant where the group will dine and their tables are usually predetermined and numbered according to the cruise company. In some ships, seating is open. In ships with assigned tables, everyone will sit at their designated tables from the first dinner to the last dinner. Guests who wish can also have their meals at other restaurants on the ship, depending on the arrangements made by the ship’s staff. - At check-in, every passenger (only one per couple) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship’s reception to receive cabin keys. A pre-authorization of approximately 300 euros will be charged to each credit card. This amount is for expenses during the voyage. Onboard, expenses such as drinks, beverages, or alcoholic drinks can be paid using magnetic cards issued by the ship’s reception. Cash is not accepted at any point except in the casino. All expenses can be checked via the television in your cabin. - Before the ship departs, luggage tags in specific colors will be distributed to all group members along with your cruise tickets. These labels must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port. - Luggage may not reach your cabin on the first night of the cruise until very late. This is due to the high volume and is a responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to carry essential items for the first day in a small bag. - It is mandatory to adhere strictly to the departure times of the ship. Passengers should be on board at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure at the ports. Failure to do so may result in being unable to board, and the agency will not be responsible. - At the end of the cruise, luggage must be packed the night before and labeled with the provided tags, then left outside the cabins before 00:00. After disembarkation, the group will collect their luggage at the designated station. Guests are kindly requested to personally check and match their luggage before taking it. - Passports that are older than 10 years are not accepted for international travel, regardless of the duration. - Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour. - Passports must be intact, without tears or damage. - Visa procedures for each program are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can find out which visa is required for the specific tour from the tour program. - All passengers must carry their flight tickets and cruise tickets with them. - We recommend that our guests activate their international roaming for mobile phones. - On cruise ships, depending on the region, Euros or USD are usually accepted as currency. On the first day onboard, you can deposit cash or credit cards at automatic machines in the ship. - For all programs, the minimum participation is 20 people (10 cabins). The operation agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month prior if there is insufficient participation, or to offer an alternative program. - Cancellation conditions are specified separately within each program’s details. - Guests who physically insult or threaten cruise staff during the tour will be expelled from the ship by the captain.
