DAY 1 ISTANBUL AIRPORT - OSLO
Meet in front of Turkish Airlines check-in counters at Istanbul Airport Departures terminal at 05:30. After check-in and passport procedures, we will depart to Oslo on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1751 at 08:10. Arrive in Oslo at 11:00 local time. Transfer with our private vehicle to “Oslo Panoramic City Tour.” Our tour will include the Royal Palace, Parliament Building, City Hall, National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, Vigeland Park, Opera House, and Akershus Fortress. After the tour, transfer to the cruise ship at Oslo port. After check-in and luggage procedures, settle into cabins and enjoy free time. Our ship will depart from port at 16:00. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
 
DAY 2 COPENHAGEN
Our ship will dock at Copenhagen port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can join the optional “Copenhagen City Tour” organized by our guide. Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, is located on Zealand, the country’s largest island. Highlights include the Amalienborg Palace, still home to the royal family, colorful nightlife, and high living standards. Our sightseeing includes visiting the Little Mermaid statue, Amalienborg, Christiansborg and Rosenborg Castles, Gefion Fountain, Tivoli Gardens, the Organic Hippie Neighborhood, and Christiania. Afterwards, free time at Kongens Nytorv (King’s Square), shopping on Stroget, or soaking in the atmosphere of Nyhavn. Return to the ship. The ship departs at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
 
DAY 3 WARNEMÜNDE
Dock at Warnemünde port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests can join the optional “Rostock & Lübeck Tour” organized by our guide. Lübeck, a UNESCO World Heritage site, founded in 1143 as the first Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, is an excellent example of Hanseatic architecture with the Gothic Marienkirche, Romanesque cathedral, and the magnificent Rathaus. The city walls and gates from the medieval period are also notable. After the Lübeck tour, head to Rostock. Founded in the 11th century on the Warnow River, Rostock is the second major Baltic Sea port in Germany with well-preserved Hanseatic structures. Highlights include Rostock University, Hanseatic buildings, Nikolai Church, City Hall, Alexandrinen Street, and the "Kuh Tor" gate from the 13th century. Free time for shopping at Köpenicker Street. Return to the ship, which departs at 17:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
 
DAY 4 GDYNIA (GDANSK)
Dock at Gdynia port at 10:00 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish can join the optional “Gdynia (Gdansk) City Tour” organized by our guide. Gdynia, a Polish port on the Gulf of Gdansk facing the Baltic Sea, has a colorful maritime history and features modernist architecture and significant landmarks such as Kosciuszki Square. Nearby attractions include Malbork Castle and the lively Gdansk town. Return to the ship, which departs at 19:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
 
DAY 5 VISBY
Dock at Visby port at 09:00 in the morning. Breakfast onboard. Free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests may join the optional “Visby City Walking Tour.” Located on Gotland Island, Visby is a UNESCO World Heritage site with medieval structures, notably the Ring Wall. Other sights include gates, 14th-century merchant houses, Hanseatic era buildings, and the Old Cathedral. Walk through Almedalen park, visit the historic Visby Cathedral, Nikolai Church ruins, and heritage buildings from the 12th to 14th centuries. Optional visit to the Gotland Museum with its rich collection. Free time for shopping and photos. Return to the ship, which departs at 16:00. Dinner and overnight onboard.
 
DAY 6 RIGA
Dock at Riga port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for activities and shopping. Guests can join the optional “Riga City Tour” organized by our guide. Discover Latvia’s capital with visits to the Orthodox Cathedral, Freedom Monument, and Art Museum. Walk through the Old Town, including the Theatre Square and the Hanseatic buildings. See St. Peter’s Church, St. George’s Church, and St. John’s Church. Enjoy a short recital with an organ, explore Art Nouveau architecture, and take photos of the city’s UNESCO-listed historic buildings. Visit the external sights of Swedish Gate and Riga Castle. Return to the ship, which departs at 14:30. Dinner and overnight on board.
 
DAY 7 STOCKHOLM
The ship docks at Stockholm port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, check out from the ship and transfer to the hotel with our private vehicle. After hotel check-in, free time to explore. Guests can opt for the optional “Vasa Museum & Stockholm City Tour,” visiting the city’s highest viewpoint in Södermalm at Fjällgatan for panoramic views. Tour the historic Gamle Stan (Old Town) with its narrow cobblestone streets and the Royal Palace, Kalland’s alley, and Stockholm Cathedral. After free time in the Old Town, visit other landmarks including Kungsgatan, the Royal Opera House, the National Museum, and the Nobel Prize venue, the Royal Palace, and the Stockholm City Hall. End with a visit to the Vasa Museum, home to the 17th-century warship. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
 
DAY 8 STOCKHOLM – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Stockholm Airport with our private vehicle. For those with time, an optional tour to Drottningholm Palace Gardens, Uppsala, and Sigtuna is available. Visit the Royal Palace of Drottningholm, the official residence of the Swedish Royal Family, built in the 16th century, with its beautiful gardens and ancient statues. Then, proceed to Uppsala, located 80 km north of Stockholm, known for its Gothic cathedral, Uppsala Cathedral, one of the largest in Northern Europe, and Uppsala Castle. Also visit Uppsala University, founded in 1477. Enjoy shopping along Uppsala’s shopping street. Then, travel to Sigtuna, a medieval town with a history dating back over 1,000 years, known for its cobbled streets and rune stones. Transfer to the airport for your Turkish Airlines flight TK1796 at 18:30. Arrive in Istanbul at 23:15 local time. End of our tour.

Need to Know
  • The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and Cruises company. The agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the flight times. Therefore, due to any change in schedule, our agency reserves the right to make changes in the program.
  • The operation agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, a cruise departing from Marseille may be announced with the route Nice/Lyon, but can be changed to Marseille or vice versa.
  • The required documents for visa applications are prepared within 96 hours. You should request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.
  • For airport and port transfers and return trips, guests are responsible for their own belongings. No agency representatives, guides, or drivers are authorized to handle luggage, nor can they be held responsible for any issues.
  • Two of the dinners during the cruise are formal dinners, and male guests are required to have at least one suit, while female guests must have at least one evening gown.
  • THE CRUISE COMPANY AND THE CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE ROUTE AND PORT TIMES BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.

  • During the cruise, the restaurant and seating arrangements for our group may generally be pre-assigned and numbered according to the cruise company. In some ships, seating may be open. For ships with pre-assigned seating, everyone will sit at their designated table from the first dinner to the last dinner, but guests can also dine at other restaurants on the ship, depending on the cruise company's arrangements.
  • At check-in, each passenger (only one per couple) must provide their cabin key at the ship's reception by presenting a credit card or a cash deposit. Approximately 300 euros will be authorized from the credit card. This is for onboard expenses after check-in. Expenses such as drinks or alcoholic beverages can be paid with magnetic cards provided by the ship's reception. Cash is only accepted in the casino; all other payments are made via your TV in the cabin, and you can check your expenses anytime.
  • At the start of the cruise, luggage tags in specific colors will be provided to all group members along with your ship ticket. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the port.
  • Your luggage may not arrive to your cabins until late evening on the first day of departure. This is due to high volume and is the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to carry essential items in a small carry-on bag on the first day of boarding.
  • The ship's departure times must be strictly adhered to. Guests must board the ship at the port at least 60 minutes before departure. Otherwise, boarding may be denied. Our agency is not responsible for such situations.
  • At the end of the cruise, you are required to pack your luggage, attach the previously provided tags, and leave it outside your cabin before midnight. After the ship's disembarkation procedures, our group will retrieve luggage at the designated station. We kindly request each guest to identify and verify their luggage personally.
  • Passports older than 10 years are not accepted for international travel regardless of validity period.
  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end date of the tour.
  • Documents must be intact and not torn or damaged.
  • Visa procedures for each program are the responsibility of the sales agent and the passenger. You can learn which visa is required for your tour from the tour program.
  • All passengers' flight tickets and cruise tickets must be kept with them at all times.
  • We recommend that our guests enable international usage for their mobile phones.
  • Most ships operate in the local currency of the region being sailed, either Euro or USD. On the first day onboard, you can deposit cash or credit card at automatic machines to your cabin account.
  • The minimum participation for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). If the operation agency cannot gather enough participants, it reserves the right to cancel the tour at least 1 month in advance and may offer an alternative program to guests.
  • Cancellation conditions are specified separately for each program in the corresponding program details.
  • Guests who physically threaten or insult the ship's crew during the tour may be expelled from the ship by the captain.
