The flights listed in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and the respective Cruises company. The agency is not responsible for any schedule changes that may occur. Therefore, the agency reserves the right to make modifications to the program due to any schedule changes. The operation agency reserves the right to modify the flight routes if deemed necessary. For example, a cruise departing from Marseille may announce fly routes as Nice/Lyon but may change to Marseille or vice versa. Documents required for visa applications can be obtained within 96 hours. It is necessary to request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days prior to your application. Guests are responsible for their own belongings during transfers between airports and ports, as well as between the airport and port. No agency official, guide, or driver has the authority to accept luggage or be held responsible for any issues. During the ship journey, two of the dinners are official galas, and all male passengers are required to have at least one suit, while female passengers should have at least one evening dress. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to change the itinerary and port times either before or during the tour. The content outlined in the schedule is for illustrative purposes. Onboard the ship, the restaurant and table assignments for our group are generally predetermined and numbered according to names, depending on the ship company. In some ships, seating may be open. In ships with assigned tables, everyone will sit at the predefined tables from the first dinner to the last, but guests who wish can also dine in other restaurants of the ship, subject to the arrangements made by the ship’s staff. During check-in, every passenger (only one for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship’s reception to obtain cabin keys. A pre-authorization of approximately 300 euros will be charged per credit card, intended for expenses during the voyage. You can settle expenses such as drinks or alcohol with magnetic cards issued at the reception. Cash payments are not accepted aboard, except in the casino. You can check your account balances on the TV in your cabin. At the start of the cruise, luggage tags will be provided in different colors for all group members, along with your cruise tickets. Boarding must be completed at the latest 60 minutes before departure from the ports. Otherwise, you might not be able to board, and the agency will not be responsible. At the end of the cruise, passengers are requested to pack their luggage the night before and attach the provided labels, leaving them outside their cabins by 00:00. After disembarkation, luggage will be collected from the designated station. Each guest is kindly asked to identify and control their own luggage. Although it is possible, passports older than 10 years are generally not accepted for international travel. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of the tour. Your passport must be intact, without tears or damage. Visa requirements for each program are the responsibility of the ticketing agency and the passenger. The necessary visa information can be obtained from the tour itinerary. All passengers must carry their return flight tickets and ship tickets with them. We recommend that our guests enable international roaming for their mobile phones. On ships, currencies such as Euro or USD are generally used depending on the region. On the first day, you can deposit cash or credit card deposits at automatic machines onboard. The minimum number of participants for all programs is 20 persons (10 cabins). The operation agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month in advance if the required number is not achieved, and may suggest an alternative program. Cancellation policies are detailed separately in each program. During the cruise, guests who physically threaten or insult ship crew members can be expelled from the ship by the captain.
