DAY 01 ISTANBUL AIRPORT - OSLO
Meet at Istanbul Airport External Terminal at 05:30 in front of the THY counter. After check-in and passport procedures, depart on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1751 at 08:10 to Oslo. Arrive in Oslo at 11:00 local time. Transfer with our private vehicle to participate in the “Oslo Panoramic City Tour”. The tour includes the Royal Palace, Parliament Building, City Hall, National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, Frogner Park, Opera House, and Akershus Fortress. After the tour, transfer to the port where our cruise ship is docked. Check-in at the ship, luggage procedures, then settle into cabins and enjoy free time. The ship departs from the port at 16:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board the ship.
DAY 02 COPENHAGEN
The ship will dock at Copenhagen port at 09:00. Breakfast then free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can join an optional “Copenhagen City Tour” arranged by guides. Denmark’s capital, Copenhagen, is located on the island of Zealand. The Amalienborg Palace, still residence of the royal family, is in the city center. Copenhagen, known for its high living standards, also boasts a lively nightlife. During our city tour, see the symbol of the city, ‘The Little Mermaid’, Amalienborg, Christiansborg and Rosenborg Palaces, Gefion Fountain, Tivoli Gardens, the bohemian district of Österbro, and Christiania. Then enjoy free time in Kongens Nytorv (King’s Square) and shopping on Stroget or strolling through Nyhavn’s cafes and shops. Return to the ship, which departs at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 03 WARNEMÜNDE
The ship docks at Warnemünde at 07:00. After breakfast, free time for personal activities and shopping. Optional “Rostock & Lübeck Tour” can be joined. Lübeck, a UNESCO World Heritage site, was founded in 1143 as the first Hanseatic city on the Baltic and a prime example for all the Hanseatic cities. Visit the Gothic Marienkirche, the Romanesque City Hall, and the medieval city walls with their gates - Holstentor and Petrikirche. Then, transfer to Rostock, Germany’s second important Baltic port, established in the 11th century. Tour highlights include Rostock University, Hanseatic structures, Nikolaikirche, the City Hall, Alexandrinenstraße, and Kuhtor gate. Free time in Rostock’s shopping streets. Return to the ship, which departs at 17:00. Dinner and overnight onboard.
DAY 04 GDYNIA (GDANSK)
Arrive in Gdynia at 10:00. Breakfast, then free time for personal activities and shopping. Optional “Gdynia (Gdansk) City Tour” is available. Gdynia is a Polish seaport on the Baltic, with a colorful maritime history and the famous statue of Joseph Conrad. The city features modern architecture and historic sites like the Kosciuszki Square. Nearby attractions include Malbork Castle and the lively Gdansk Old Town. Return to the ship, departing at 19:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 05 RONNE
Arrive at Ronne port at 07:00. Breakfast on board. Free time for shopping and personal activities. Optional “Ronne City Tour”: Explore Bornholm’s largest town, Ronne, with its colorful, historic streets, traditional houses such as Erichsens Gård, and visit Østerlars Round Church, a medieval structure. Enjoy scenic coastal views at Helligdomsklipperne (Sanctuary Cliffs). Return to the ship by 16:00 for departure. Dinner and overnight onboard.
DAY 06 RIGA
Arrive in Riga at 07:00. Breakfast then free time for shopping and activities. Optional “Riga City Tour”: visit the Orthodox Cathedral, Liberty Monument, and Art Museum. Walk through the old town, see the Town Hall Square, churches of St. Peter, St. George, and St. John, and enjoy a recital with a church organ. View the exterior of the Swedish Gate and Riga Castle. Capture photos of the Art Nouveau architecture, part of Riga’s UNESCO World Heritage designation. Return to the ship, which departs at 14:30, followed by dinner and overnight.
DAY 07 STOCKHOLM
Arrive in Stockholm at 09:00. After breakfast, disembark and transfer to the hotel. Check-in, then free time to explore. Optional “Vasa Museum & Stockholm City Tour”: visit Södermalm with views of Stockholm and the harbor, walk the streets of Gamla Stan with its cobblestone streets, the Royal Palace, and the Cathedral. Continue with panorama views from the bus, see Kungsgatan, the Royal Opera House, the National Museum, the Royal Theatre, and the Nobel Museum. View the Royal Palace from outside. Visit the Vasa Museum, housing the 17th-century warship recovered from the sea. Return to the hotel and overnight.
DAY 08 STOCKHOLM – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to Stockholm Airport. For those interested, option to join “Drottningholm Palace Gardens & Uppsala & Sigtuna Tour”: visit the Swedish Royal Family’s residence, the Drottningholm Palace on Lovön Island, with its gardens and park. Then, travel to Uppsala, about 80 km north, known for its medieval cathedral and university. Visit Uppsala Cathedral, one of the largest in Northern Europe, and Uppsala Castle. Explore the university and walk the town’s historic streets. Later, proceed to Sigtuna, a medieval town with a history dating back over 1,000 years, known for its picturesque lakeside setting. Transfer to the airport for the return flight to Istanbul onboard Turkish Airlines TK 1796 at 18:30, arriving in Istanbul at 23:15 local time. End of tour.
