The flights listed in the program have been obtained from the respective airline and Cruises company. The agency is not responsible for any changes in the schedules. Therefore, the agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to schedule modifications. The operational agency reserves the right to change the flight routes if deemed necessary. For example, a cruise departing from Marseille may have its announced flight route changed to Nice or Lyon, or vice versa. The necessary documents for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before the application. For airport and port transfers, as well as round-trip transfers between the airport and port, guests are responsible for their own belongings. No agency staff, guide, or driver has the authority to accept luggage, nor can they be held responsible for any issues. During the cruise, 2 of the dinners are official evening dinners where male guests are required to wear at least one suit, and female guests are required to have at least one evening gown. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to change the itinerary and port hours before or during the trip. The itinerary details provided are for illustrative purposes only. The operational agency reserves the right to change the contents of the tour. During the cruise, the restaurant and table arrangements for dinner are generally pre-assigned and numbered according to the cruise company, although some cruise lines may have open seating. Guests assigned to specific tables will sit at those from the first to the last dinner, but those who wish can dine at other restaurants onboard, subject to the cruise company's arrangements. Upon check-in, each guest (only one per double cabin) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception to receive their cabin key. An authorization hold of approximately 300 euros will be placed on the credit card. This amount covers onboard expenses during the cruise. For beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), guests will use magnetic cards issued by the reception. Cash transactions are not accepted onboard except in the casino. All expenses can be checked on your cabin TV. At the start of the cruise, luggage tags in specific colors will be provided for all guests' suitcases along with your cruise tickets. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the port. Luggage may not reach your cabins on the first night of departure until late evening. This is due to the high volume and is beyond the ship's responsibility. It is advisable to carry essential items in a small carry-on bag for the first day. It is mandatory to adhere strictly to the departure times. Boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's scheduled departure from ports. Failure to do so may result in being unable to board, for which the agency is not responsible. At the end of the cruise, please pack your luggage the night before and attach the pre-provided tags before leaving your cabin by 00:00. After disembarking, your luggage will be taken from the designated station. Guests are kindly asked to personally check and retrieve their luggage to prevent mix-ups. Passports older than 10 years are not accepted for international travel, despite the validity period. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity remaining from the end of the tour. Passports must be intact and free from tears or damage. Visa procedures for each program are the responsibility of the sales agency and guests. The required visa type can be learned from the itinerary of the specific tour. ALL GUESTS must carry their round-trip flight tickets and cruise tickets with them. We recommend guests enable international roaming on their mobile phones. On ships, depending on the region, Euro or USD are typically used as currency. On the first day onboard, you can deposit cash or credit card at the automatic machines in the ship's outlets for your onboard account. The minimum participation requirement for all tours is 20 people (10 cabins). If the operational agency does not achieve this number, they reserve the right to cancel the tour at least 30 days in advance and may suggest an alternative program to the guests. Cancellation conditions are specified separately in each program's details. Guests who behave violently or with insults towards ship staff during the cruise will be removed from the ship by the captain.
