Need to Know
The flights indicated in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and the relevant Cruises company. The agency is not responsible for any timing changes that may occur. Therefore, the agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any schedule alterations. The operational agent reserves the right to change the flight itinerary if deemed necessary. For example, a cruise departing from Marseille could have its flight itinerary changed from Nice/Lyon to Marseille or vice versa. Documents required for visa applications are obtained within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application. Guests are responsible for their own belongings during airport and port transfers. No agency official, guide, or driver has the authority to accept luggage on behalf of guests, nor can they be held responsible for any issues. Two of the dinners during the cruise are official formal dinners. Male passengers must wear at least one suit, and female passengers at least one evening gown. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to change routes and port times before or during the tour. The contents of the itinerary are for demonstration purposes only. The operational agent reserves the right to change the tour content. During the cruise, the restaurant and seating arrangements for the group’s dinners are generally pre-determined and numbered according to the names, depending on the cruise line. Some ships may have open seating. Guests with pre-assigned tables will dine at their set tables from the first to the last night. Guests may also choose to dine at other restaurants on the ship, subject to the discretion and arrangements made by the ship’s staff. At check-in, every passenger (only one per couple) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship’s reception to receive cabin keys. An authorization of approximately 300 euros will be held on each credit card. This is for expenses incurred on the ship after check-in. Onboard expenses (excluding casino) can be paid using magnetic cards provided by the reception. Cash payments are not accepted on the ship, other than at the casino. You can track your expenses via the TV in your cabin. Upon boarding, luggage tags in different colors will be provided for the entire group, along with your cruise ticket. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the port. Your luggage may not arrive to your cabin until late on the first evening of departure. This is due to high volume and is under the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to keep essential items in a small carry-on bag for the first day. You must strictly adhere to the departure times of the ship. Boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before departure. Failure to do so may prevent you from boarding, and the agency is not responsible for this. At the end of the cruise, luggage should be packed the night before, with the tags attached, and left outside your cabin door by midnight. After disembarkation, the group will retrieve their luggage at the designated station. Please carefully check your luggage and only take your own belongings. Passports older than 10 years are not accepted for travel abroad. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the completion date of the tour. Your passport should be intact, not torn or damaged. Visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agent and passenger for each program. You can find out which visas are required for a specific tour from the program details. All passengers must carry their outbound and return plane tickets along with the cruise tickets. We recommend that guests activate their international roaming on their mobile phones. On ships, currencies used are generally Euro or USD, depending on the region. On the first day, automated machines aboard the ship allow deposits to be made to your onboard account via cash or credit card. For all programs, a minimum participation of 20 people (10 cabins) is required. If the operational agency does not meet this number, the tour may be canceled one month in advance, and an alternative program may be offered. Cancellation conditions are specified separately in each program’s details. Guests who behave violently or verbally abuse the ship’s staff during the cruise will be expelled from the ship by the captain.
