The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, they may change a departure from Marseille to Nice/Lyon or vice versa. Visa application documents are prepared within 96 hours. You should request visa confirmation letters from your agent at least 4 days prior to your application. For airport and port transfers, as well as round trip transfers between airports and ports, guests are responsible for their own belongings. No agent, guide, or driver has the authority to custody luggage and they cannot be held responsible for any issues. Two of the dinner meals during the cruise are formal dinners, and each male passenger must have at least one suit jacket, and each female must have at least one evening dress. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to change the route and port times before or during the trip. The content mentioned in the itinerary is for sample purposes. The operating agency reserves the right to change the itinerary. On the ship, the assigned restaurants and tables are generally predetermined and numbered, although some ships may have open seating. Passengers with assigned tables will sit at their designated tables from the first dinner to the last dinner, but they may also dine at other ship restaurants if the ship's staff arranges it. At check-in, each passenger (only one per double) must present a credit card or make a cash deposit at the ship's reception. Approximately 300 euros will be reserved on the credit card for onboard expenses. You will then use magnetic cards provided by the reception for drinks, beverages, or alcohol purchases. Cash is not accepted anywhere except in the casino. You can view your onboard expenses via your cabin TV. At the start of the cruise, the group will be given luggage tags of specific colors to attach to their suitcases, which must be visible during boarding. After disembarkation, the group will collect their luggage from the designated station. We kindly ask each guest to verify and pick up their own luggage. Passports that are over 10 years old are not accepted for international travel. Your passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond the end date of the trip. Passports must be intact and without tears or damage. The relevant visas are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. The required visas for each tour can be learned from the tour program. All flight and cruise tickets must be kept by the guests during travel. Guests are advised to enable international usage on their mobile phones. On ships, the currency used is generally Euro or USD depending on the sailing region. You can deposit cash or credit cards in automatic machines onboard. For all programs, the minimum participation is 20 persons (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number is not met, with a 1-month prior notice, and may suggest an alternative program. Cancellation conditions for each program are specified within that program's content. Any misconduct involving physical violence or insults towards ship staff will result in expulsion from the ship by the captain.
