Tour details
Day 1 ISTANBUL – CHISINAU

We meet at the departure terminal of Istanbul Airport's international flights three hours before departure. After baggage, ticket, and check-in procedures, we depart to Chisinau with SKY Airlines. We arrive in Chisinau, Moldova’s capital and one of the greenest cities in Europe. After meeting our guide at the airport, we transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle. After check-in, there is free time for rest. Guests who wish can join the *extra* organized Moldova Night tour. 40 Euros. While tasting the unique flavors of traditional Moldovan cuisine, we enjoy a lively and unforgettable evening with performances by local artists. At the end of the night, we walk back to the hotel and rest. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 2 CHISINAU

After breakfast at our hotel, we start the day. (Tour participants should carry their IDs or passports when leaving the hotel, and since the cellar inside is cool, they should also bring a light jacket or vest) Guests who wish can join, *extra*, the Milestii Mici Wine Cellar (95 Euros), which is the world's largest underground wine cellar. It features 200 km of tunnels and hosts the “Golden Wine Collection” at a depth of 80 meters. This impressive cellar, listed in the Guinness World Records in 2005, offers a unique experience for wine enthusiasts and history lovers. During the tour, we explore the cellar with guides using special buggy vehicles. After the cellar tour, we proceed to the tasting area and enjoy wine tasting accompanied by appetizers. Guests who wish can purchase souvenirs from the gift section to take home. After visiting Milestii Mici, we depart *extra* for the Gagauz Autonomous Territorial Unit (95 Euros) tour, heading south of Moldova to Gagauz Gagauzya. As we reach the city of Comrat, the Gagauz flag welcomes us at the region’s entrance. Historically under Romanian and Russian rule, Gagauz Gagauzya declared independence as an autonomous region in 1994. We visit key sites such as the Square, Saint John Church, Atatürk Library and Bust, Parliament Building, Lenin Monument, and the University of Comrat. We then have lunch at a local restaurant to experience Gagauz cuisine. Afterwards, transfer back to our hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 3 CHISINAU

After breakfast at the hotel, free time is available. (Tour participants should carry their IDs or passports when leaving the hotel, and since the interior of the cellar is cool, they should bring a light jacket or vest) Those interested can join, *extra*, the Transnistrian Autonomous Territorial Unit (Meal Included) / Bender Fortress Tour / Kvint Cognac Factory (Cognac Tasting) (115 Euros), where we visit the impressive Bender Fortress, built in the 13th century to defend against Tatar invasions, later conquered by the Ottomans in the 16th century, and named Bender Fortress during Suleiman the Magnificent's reign. After enjoying the view from Bender Fortress, we go to Tiraspol and explore the streets with Soviet architecture, visiting important points such as the Suvorov Monument, Tank Monument, local markets, and parks. Since the flag with sickle and hammer still waves here, and Lenin and Marx are still hero figures, it’s like a journey back in time. We have lunch at the USSR Restaurant, decorated with a Soviet theme, serving traditional Soviet cuisine. Afterwards, we visit the Kvint Brandy Factory, which has been producing since 1897. We tour the production line and oak barrel collection, then enjoy a professional brandy and chocolate pairing tasting, learning which chocolates go best with which brandies. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel, rest, and have some free shopping time. Accommodation at the hotel.
