IMPORTANT NOTES

• During mosque visits in Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be observed; men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf should be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• During our Desert Safari tour, the following points should be noted; wear sports and comfortable clothing, take a sweater. Heavy meals should not be consumed before the tour and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints or pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, the payment must be made to the local agent during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, there may be a change in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
• Prices of extra tours may vary depending on the density of the region or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• Due to the processing being done as VB in the tour program or when only category information is given without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the travel movement.
• Our tours include guiding services only for panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of their accommodation hotel before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide about any cancellation or changes of the extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund policy for the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days prior to the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general introduction to the cities and are made without including museum, archaeological site entrances, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program may not be carried out in cases where the visited places are closed by local authorities, roads on the route are closed for any event, or due to weather conditions that make the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for failing to conduct those tours.
• In our tour programs, the guide is waiting at the airport upon arrival. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying at before the time specified by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are subject to sale as VB. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, hotel name guarantees are not offered.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to be unaffected by currency differences. Old/ worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old-style currencies that banks will not accept.
• Due to the fact that extra tour purchases are processed in USD at the relevant destination, the USD - EUR parity will apply equally.
• Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, guests' foreign language knowledge is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation is mandatory to communicate the general terms and conditions that are present below to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if their passport dates of issue are older than 10 years, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• Due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, in order to avoid issues with customs police at the border crossing of the destination country; these passports must be renewed and if the country applying visas to Turkish citizens is concerned, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstructive situation is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visa issuance if necessary; BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have accepted these conditions by making a reservation for the tour.
• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary, it is necessary for the guest to control the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors in the visa that may interfere with the flight.
• For passengers applying for their own visa, the provision of the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Guests must keep this duration in mind while scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible inconveniences.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are non-refundable. If the guest receives their visa through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service is specified in the travel contract as an additional service, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount except for the consulate fees and similar charges by presenting their passport within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtains their visa independently or with the assistance of another visa brokerage firm and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Flight routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The type and timing of the flight may change, and hotels may offer different accommodations during high season or special periods, so another similar hotel may be provided. These matters have been communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL ALTERATION BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Extra bed is applied in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. Guarantee for three separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms; if there are suitable beds in the hotel, a block will be made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• Breakfast offered at hotels is continental, not Turkish. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee with fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number of the traveler as it appears on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Costs of ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may face fines imposed by the local police. The responsibility for any fines incurred due to not having insurance lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, visiting one country may lead to visa denials or prevent entry for other countries. In such cases, it is accepted that BTB TOURS holds no responsibility as it is beyond BTB TOURS's control.
• To provide economic benefits to the group and time efficiency, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra tours can be organized on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not occur depending on the weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the best alternative to our valuable guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not occur or prices may change.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited or conducted by local authorities will not be carried out. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip is organized as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline company are applicable.
• Flight delays and gate changes will be displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must keep track of this information. In case of missing the flight due to such circumstances or personal reasons, the guest must pay for their new ticket (as per the previous article, if required, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, if they miss the group's departure, they may partially or completely miss the program on the first day; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling on a different flight from the group, transfer between the airport-city or airport-hotel is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if availability arises in the relevant airline's specified flight dates after the tickets have been issued. Since flight seats in our programs are grouped, the requested ticket can be upgraded to an economy class subject to availability and the difference specified by the airline must be paid in advance. In such cases, the price difference is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before the trip.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your telecom operator whether your line is open for international calls before leaving Turkey.
• During your travels, when parting with the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels you stay in, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without breaking the integrity of the program, in situations where force majeure occurs or deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 may only apply for a visa and travel with their parents (mother, father, or both grandparents together). BTB TOURS cannot be held liable for failure to operate the flight or entry due to the inability of the family to apply together at the counter.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
