Hurghada (2) – Luxor – Cairo (1) - 3 Nights/ 5 Days 1st DAY ISTANBUL- HURGHADA (All Inclusive Accommodation) (Glass-Bottomed Boat, ATV Desert Safari, and City Tour Included) We recommend that you be present at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport by 05:00. At 08:10, we depart for Hurghada on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 618. Arrival at 10:50. After completing necessary procedures, we will move on to our Glass-Bottomed Boat Marine Observation Tour (the price is included in your package). The Red Sea is one of the seas with the richest underwater life in the world, with colorful corals and various exotic fish. In this enjoyable excursion, you will be able to observe the magical world of the underwater through our glass-bottom boat. (You can optionally pay extra to make this trip more enjoyable and comfortable with SeaScope/Submarine.) After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel and check in. Your hotel accommodation is based on an All Inclusive system. After lunch, we will depart from our hotel for our Desert ATV and Bedouin Camp Tour. In this trip, you can witness the stunning sunsets in the desert, which continues with a visit to the Bedouin Camp. The places we will visit include the bustling areas such as El Dahr District, the attraction center Marina, the hotel-famous Sahl Hasheesh District, the most important religious structure of the city Al Mina Mosque, the important temple of the Christian population Coptic Church, and the fresh seafood market Fish Hall. 2nd DAY HURGHADA (All Inclusive Accommodation) (East Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour Included) After receiving your specially prepared breakfast packages from our hotel, we will depart very early with our private vehicle to Luxor (Approximately 330 km). (Note: We ensure safe travel with vehicles that are at least 5 years old and double drivers for long distances. We provide various snacks, water, tea, and coffee service, as well as free WIFI internet connection. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will commence our Panoramic City Tour (the price is included in your package); we will see Ramesseum, El Qurna, Temple of Amenhotep III, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, Sphinx Road, Corniche, and Nile River on the East bank of Luxor, and our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs period, which has thousands of years of history. Continuing our tour, we will visit the Karnak Temple, known as the "temple with endless construction" due to the addition made by each Pharaoh and the most important religious structure of the Pharaohs period. (Entrance fee included.) We will have a shopping break at the Alabaster Shop, where various gifts made from alabaster, one of Egypt's world-famous natural stones, are sold. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the obligation to move in a convoy when going to and returning from Luxor, you need to pay attention to the times that will be communicated to you by our guide. If you are not on hand by the designated departure time, you will have to go to and return from Luxor on your own. 3rd DAY HURGHADA- CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included) After checking out of the rooms and having breakfast, we will transfer to Cairo with our special bus (Approximately 465 km). Upon arrival, we will carry out our Panoramic City Tour (the price is included in your package); we will see notable places in the city such as the Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Monument, Anwar Sadat Memorial, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, Nile River, City Center, Kasr el Nil, and Gezira Island and explore this ancient city that has hosted multiple cultures and faiths throughout history. Afterwards, we will give free time in the center. (You may choose to join the Khan el Khalili Bazaar and Dinner-Show Nile boat trip for an additional fee.) After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and check into the rooms. 4th DAY CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre, and Sphinx Tour Included) After breakfast, we will check out of the rooms. We will depart from our hotel for the Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre, and Sphinx Tour, one of the highlights of our journey. (Entrance fee included.) In this tour, regarded as one of the Seven Wonders of the World and which has managed to stand the test of time; you will be amazed by the architectural features and how it was built with what technology and means thousands of years ago, visiting Panorama Hill, Valley Temple of Khafre, the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure under the guidance of our tour leader. (Entrance tickets to the tunnels inside the pyramids are not included in the price, and we do not recommend entering them.) After the tour, we will visit the Papyrus Shop to see and learn about the production stages of Papyrus paper, one of the most important products of the Pharaohs period. GUEST INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS:
1- For the tours to take place with a Turkish guide, the minimum number of participants must be met. If these numbers are not met:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B- The tour can be conducted in English or Turkish for a price difference (with the guest's approval)
C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the guest will be refunded the full amount paid for that tour. If the discount of the discounted packages is greater than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2- Once the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If a health issue, confirmed by a doctor’s report, occurs for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount of the discounted packages is greater than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B- For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the discount of the discounted packages is greater than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C- No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D- Guests who are not present at the meeting point at the specified time may participate in the tour by making their way to another point at their own expense. If they choose not to do this, or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be provided.
E- Since some tours may take guests from different hotels, in the event of delays, guests should contact our authorized staff to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, it cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be provided.
F- During free time and breaks provided during the tour, our authorized staff will inform guests of the departure time. If a guest is late, it is up to our staff to wait for a reasonable time if the tour flow is not affected or to proceed. In other cases, guests may continue the tour on their own or return to their hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be provided.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best according to the price/quality balance and our years of experience in Egypt, and are all certified by the Egyptian Authorities as compliant with International Tourism Standards. In case of lacking and/or defective service in our tours and activities; since the process you spend in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, immediate interventions will solve any issues and/or a partial or full refund will be made based on the problem. The discount for discounted packages will be deducted from the price and the net paid amount will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest error, technical malfunctions leading to delays, and similar situations.
4- Some of our tours may require high physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff to learn about the conditions of the tour and make your participation decision accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 Jeep Safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry certain risks of accidents and may result in serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative occurrences. When participating in such tours and activities, please ensure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please consult our authorized personnel. If you are still not sure, please do not complete the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we kindly ask that you follow the warnings of our authorized personnel, adhere strictly to the safety measures provided, and wear the issued safety equipment as necessary. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6- At religiously significant locations, it is the responsibility of our guests to dress appropriately. The company holds no responsibility for guests who are not allowed to enter these types of locations due to dress code.
7- For some tours and activities, you may need special items/clothing. Wearing comfortable shoes, clothing, sandals, swimwear, snorkeling gear, bringing or renting a scarf or shawl, and borrowing and returning towels from the hotel are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8- You must inform our guide of any food allergies or other allergies, or health-related special dietary needs. Please be aware that we may not always be able to meet these special needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9- We strongly recommend that you avoid consuming open water or other beverages, eating fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been properly washed and peeled, and consuming unwrapped foods sold openly while in Egypt. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10- Like any prudent individual, we particularly recommend that you take out Health and Travel Insurance for both domestic and international travel.
