***Extra Tour Package Sales are only conducted by our guide in the region; we do not have Extra Tour Package sales from Turkey.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• During the mosque visit in Abu Dhabi tours, the following should be noted; Men should not wear shorts, and Women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. It is necessary to have a long-sleeved jacket and headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in the tour.
• In our desert safari tour, necessary precautions include wearing sports and comfortable clothing, bringing a jacket. Heavy meals and excessive drinking before the tour should be avoided. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guide about their conditions.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20, the tour prices may change or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
• The prices of extra tours may vary due to regional density or seasonal factors. The prices during the purchase from the guide will be valid.
• In cases where there are no specific hotel names mentioned and only category information is provided, the hotels will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
• Our programs include a guide on the destinations visited, and the guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, a guiding service will be provided as well. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying at before the time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions for the requested extra tours may vary depending on the local supplier’s final decision.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with the guidance from within the vehicle, not including entrances to museums or historical sites, lasting no more than 2-3 hours.
• BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours due to closures of places or routes of interest by local authorities, any event causing closure of roads on the route, or weather conditions making it impossible to conduct a tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is prohibited.
• Our tour programs begin with the greeting by the guide at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying at before the time given by the guide.
• The listed hotels in the program are offered for sale. Availability in hotels may vary during peak seasons or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and a guarantee of hotel name cannot be given.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of money to avoid currency exchange differences. Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks in the destination countries. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old currency notes that the banks will not accept.
• Since extra tour purchases are conducted in USD at the relevant destination, the USD - EUR parity will apply.
• Our package tours are aimed at international destinations, so the guests' foreign language skills are their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests, along with the general terms and obligations that exist below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests travelling with a Turkish green passport, if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years; must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or the airlines from Turkey may not carry out their flights. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country being visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged passports; those passports must be renewed and if there is a visa required for Turkish citizens, it must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any impediments are the responsibility of the guests.
• BTB TOURS serves as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to grant visas in cases it deems necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the inability of the passenger to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only takes on the role of an intermediary. BTB TOURS does not bear any liability or responsibility for personal visa applications.
• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa on behalf of the passenger, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be verified by the passenger. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any misspellings on the visa or any issues stemming from this that may prevent boarding.
• Guests intending to apply for their visas themselves should be aware that the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically take 1 business day to procure. Guests must take this duration into account when scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any potential disruptions.
• In the event that the guest cancels their reservation or does not participate in the relevant tour, no refund will be made for the visa fee and service charge. If the guest has obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department, and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can receive a refund for any amount except for the fees paid to the consulates within 1 week after proving they did not use the visa with their passport by the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the assistance of another visa brokerage firm and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be given to the guest.
• Changes may occur in the routes according to the city where the plane will land. It is also possible for the type and time of the flight to change, and in hotels, availability may vary during peak seasons or special periods, so another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are allocated according to hotel availability. Extra bed application is available in triple rooms and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. In triple rooms, a guarantee for 3 separate beds is not provided, and if the hotel has rooms suitable for this, blocks are made according to availability by the hotel.
• Child discounts are only applicable for children staying with 2 adults.
• The continental breakfast served in hotels is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• When making reservations/registering, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• It is mandatory for our guests to have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after. It is required to have the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have travel insurance may face fines imposed by the local police of the relevant country. The responsibility for encountering such penalties lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered-exited certain countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa or prevent entry at the border of another/multiple countries. In these circumstances, BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility.
• In order to benefit the group in terms of economy and time efficiency, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the route are obliged to wait at a nearby facility until the extras are finished. After the completion of the tour, our bus will pick them up, and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be scheduled on different days provided the content remains unchanged or may not occur depending on weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is responsible for providing the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required majority is not met, extra tours may not be available or prices may change.
• Tours that do not have authorization from local authorities or whose access is not permitted for any reason will not be conducted. BTB TOURS is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In our programs, flight seats are group seats, and roundtrip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. In the event that the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be canceled as well. The rules of the airline company will apply in this case.
• Information regarding last-minute flight delays or gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information shall be followed by individuals. In the event of a missed flight due to such circumstances or personal reasons, the guest is required to obtain a new ticket (if necessary, roundtrip ticket according to the previous item). Additionally, if they miss the group departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Moreover, if a different flight is taken to reach the city/country than the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats mentioned in our programs are in group class, to upgrade the desired ticket to an economy class that can be upgraded, the difference determined by the airline company must be paid beforehand, if there is availability. In this case, the price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey if your line is open for international calls/messages.
• During your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when temporarily or permanently departing from the transport vehicles or the hotels you are staying in.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown without changing the content of the program in cases of force majeure or as deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for any forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 can only apply for a visa and travel accompanied by their parents (mother, father, or both grandparents). BTB TOURS is not responsible for situations where flights cannot be realized or entry is denied due to the family not applying together.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
