Day 1 ISTANBUL – DOHA – MALDIVES

We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our Qatar Airways scheduled flight to Doha begins. Following our arrival in Doha, we will transfer for our onward flight to the Maldives on a Qatar Airways scheduled service. Our night will be spent on the plane.

 

Day 2 MALDIVES

Upon our arrival in the Maldives, we will transfer to our hotel. In the Maldives, known for its beautiful archipelagos in the Indian Ocean, you can enjoy water sports, water skiing, diving, and sunbathing on the pristine beaches or participate in optional tours. (Night Fishing, Male Shopping tour, Diving Tour). Dinner and accommodation at your hotel.

Day 3 MALDIVES

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Day 5 MALDIVES – SINGAPORE

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. At the time indicated by local authorities, we will transfer to Male Airport. We will depart for Singapore using local airlines. Upon arrival in Singapore, we will transfer to the hotel with our private vehicle, distribute room keys, and enjoy free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

Day 6 SINGAPORE

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we will proceed for a Singapore city tour. The places we will see include the Singapore River, the Parliament-Opera-Court buildings, and the Merlion statue. Afterward, there will be a short free time for shopping in Chinatown. In the afternoon, those who wish may join an optional tour arranged by your guide for Sentosa Island (90 Euro) tour. During our tour, our first stop will be the Singapore National Orchid Garden, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2015 and is the first and only tropical botanical garden on the list. The garden is also one of the world's most important botanical institutes. With over 1,000 species and 2,000 hybrids, the splendor of these magnificent flowers is definitely a sight to behold in the National Orchid Garden. Our next stop will be at Sentosa Island, Singapore’s first and only entertainment island where locals spend their weekends. After reaching Faber Peak with our bus, you will have the chance to see the whole island from a cable car that is 100 meters high above sea level. Initially, we will visit the Image of Singapore Museum which showcases Singapore's 200 years of rich and colorful history. Our next stop will be the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, one of Sentosa Island's attractions. Be ready to be a part of the story with over 80 wax figures of celebrities from Asia, Hollywood, Bollywood, and beyond. After the tour, there will be free time to rest and explore the island. In the evening, those who wish may join an optional tour arranged by your guide for Garden by the Bay (65 Euro) During this tour, we will witness the brilliant night illuminations of Singapore and take a walk in its vibrant streets. Our first stop will be the world-renowned Gardens by the Bay. Gardens by the Bay is a nature park located in the Central Region of Singapore, next to Marina Reservoir, covering 101 hectares (250 acres). The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden (South Marina), Bay East Garden (East Marina), and Bay Central Garden (Central and Kallang). The largest of the gardens, Bay South Garden, designed by Grant Associates, spans 54 acres (130 acres). The Flower Dome is the world’s largest glass greenhouse. In 2018, it was recognized with a world record for hosting 50 million visitors. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

Day 7 SINGAPORE – BALI

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then, at the time indicated by the guide, we will transfer to Singapore airport. After passport and baggage procedures, we will depart for Bali using local airlines. Upon arrival, we will transfer to the hotel with our private vehicle, distribute room keys, and enjoy free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

Day 8 BALI

After breakfast at the hotel, those who wish can join an optional tour organized for Ubud & Kintamani Batur Volcano with Lunch (90 Euro) During our full-day tour, we will get acquainted with Bali’s impressive culture, handicrafts, scenic rice terraces, traditional villages, and the stunning scenery of Batur Volcano and its lake. First, we will go to Batubulan to watch the cultural Barong Dance performance. Then, we will visit Celuk & Mas Village, known for gold, silver, and wood carving arts. We will watch the artists as they carve intricate patterns into wooden blocks. After Mas Village, we will stop by Goa Gajah, also known as the Elephant Cave, which dates back to the 11th century. We will enjoy our lunch at a restaurant with a beautiful view located in the cool mountains of Kintamani. First, we will look down at Batur Volcano from the top, following the black lava flows into Batur Lake below, while capturing photographs. After lunch, we will visit the Holy Water Spring, believed to have magical healing powers. Our journey continues in Ubud, the artistic heart of Bali, where we will see Tegallalang rice terraces, Ubud art market, Tegenungan waterfall, and coffee plantations. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

Day 9 BALI

After breakfast at the hotel, those who wish can join an optional tour organized for Full Day Bali Island Tour with Lunch (Bedugul & Git Git Waterfall & Ulundanu)(50 Euro) For our journey, we will explore Bedugul, one of Bali's cool places situated in the highlands, which is completely different from the other regions in every sense. Surrounded by lush forests, Bedugul hosts some of the island's most stunning waterfalls. After enjoying lunch in a local restaurant, we will visit Lake Bratan and the Ulundanu Temple on the lake, which has become a symbol of Bali. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

Day 10 BALI DOHA ISTANBUL

After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of the rooms and those who wish can join an optional tour organized for Lunch IncludedTanah Lot Temples & Monkey Forest During our tour, we will visit the Royal Temple in Kapal Village, the Monkey Forest inhabited by approximately 300 monkeys believed to be the guardians of the three temples, and the Tanah Lot Temples built on a rock over the ocean. After enjoying lunch at a local restaurant featuring Indonesian cuisine, we will have the opportunity to watch the spectacular sunset in Bali. Free time for sunbathing will follow. Then we will transfer to the airport at the time indicated by our guide. We will complete our baggage, ticket, and customs procedures.

 

Day 11 ISTANBUL

Then we will fly to Doha on a scheduled flight with Qatar Airways. After our arrival in Doha, we will continue with our scheduled flight to Istanbul with Qatar Airways. Our tour and services will conclude upon our arrival at Istanbul Airport.

IMPORTANT NOTES
    • Our tour program is arranged with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the travel agency will notify you of the cancellation 21 days before the tour departure date. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
    • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
    • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located more than the specified kilometers away or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the tour departure.
    • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted only with guided commentary from inside the vehicle without museum or historical site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. The agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours due to restrictions by local authorities, closed roads, or adverse weather conditions that may prevent the tour from taking place. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where vehicle access is restricted.
    • Triple rooms may be allocated based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may be sofa beds or similar, which may result in cramped conditions for the 3rd person and/or child, and therefore participants acknowledge that they accept the type of bedding in these rooms. Child discounts apply for one child who meets the age group when traveling with two adults. No bedding guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 at hotels.
    • Breakfasts taken at the hotel, included in the tour program, are usually a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, served in accordance with the country’s breakfast culture and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
    • Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated to you by your agency with the tour information.
    • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before taking domestic flights. If passengers purchase a domestic connection flight independently from the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case of cancellation or flight time changes. Participants accept any financial or moral losses resulting from cancellation or changes to the tour at the time of purchasing the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
    • According to airline rules; return flights purchased as round-trip tickets may be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used.
    • Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be present at the starting point of the tour at their own expense and without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all their own transfers.
    • The agency is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the designated airport on time, do not check-in and complete boarding procedures on time, or who do check-in and boarding on time but are unable to board the flight. All costs incurred for obtaining new tickets and transfers in the destination area due to missed flights are the responsibility of the guests.
    • Guests participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identifications, and the agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country or the individual, and any costs incurred during delivery are borne by the owner of the items.
    • In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide is unable to personally accompany guests due to the necessity of maintaining the integrity and continuity of the group.
    • It is mandatory to provide accurate information regarding the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport during the purchase of the tour. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties for ticket cancellation or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to you.
    • In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may incur additional charges.
    • Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during bus usage on our tours.
    • During our tours, the times announced by our guide are the movement time of the vehicle's wheels. Our guide, who is responsible for treating all guests equally, will not wait for late guests and will move the vehicle at the meeting times. In such instances, late guests will be responsible for arranging their own transport to the next stop.
    • Optional tours are arranged by the local agency we serve with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the tours may not take place, or the costs, contents, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums/historical sites at the destination and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
    • Extra tours are optional in our classic packages and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours can wait at a suitable resting place along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same point after the completion of the tour.
    • In programs that include extra tours, entering museum & historical site fees must be paid to your agency at the reservation or to the guide during the tour.
    • Participants agree that they will participate in the tours organized according to the program and that they will make additional payments to the tour authorities during the trip for expenses such as local guide, museum & historical site entries, city taxes, and any earphone audio systems, which have been pre-informed in the tour program. Participants have been fully and properly informed about this issue.
    • The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing trip. The agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting the possibility of flight detail changes.
VISA
    • Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. For visa application, it is necessary to apply at least 6 months before the expiration of the passport with the documents listed in the "Documents Required for Visa" from our agency.
    • The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the tour or from the country with the longest stay.
    • Holders of green passports do not require a visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months after the travel end date is sufficient.
    • The visa information specified in the program pertains to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports other than Turkish citizenship must obtain visa information from the respective consulates.
    • Holding a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as immigration officers have the authority to deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
    • In order to avoid issues at the border control of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is required to renew any damaged passports received, and if a country applies visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be valid on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
    • Minor guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a document showing the consent of both parents by law enforcement officials during entry and exit from the country; therefore, we recommend attention from minors and their parents regarding this matter.
