IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people. If sufficient participation is not met for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, you will be notified through your agency.
- In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is carried out, English guidance may be provided.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program, and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip starts.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, your agency will inform you 15 days prior to the tour departure.
- Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are provided in the form of foldable and "coach beds," therefore, participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations acknowledge the potential tightness and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child who fits the age group staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for infants aged 0-2.
- The breakfast included in the tour program at the hotel is usually offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of cities and are conducted through the vehicle with guidance and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites, lasting no more than 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours may not be conducted if local authorities do not allow entry at the time specified in the itinerary, or if the tour cannot be conducted due to closed roads caused by any activities, or if weather conditions render the tour impossible. Fly Express is not responsible for any of the above circumstances. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where closed roads or lack of vehicle access permit.
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, trips may not be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra excursions may vary based on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites and the weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip shall be considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- Tour flights are group tickets, so flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. The updated hours will be communicated to you by your agency through the tour information.
- It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before obtaining domestic flight tickets. If a guest has acquired domestic connecting flights independently from the agency, they accept that in case of cancellation of the trip by the agency or if there are schedule changes, they cannot request any refund from the agency. The guest acknowledges, once they purchase the tour, that they accept potential financial and moral losses resulting from the cancellation or change of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to airline regulations; return flights purchased as round-trip tickets will be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used.
- Guests not including flights in the tour must be present at the tour start point on their own without any delays. Otherwise, they will have to arrange all their transfers themselves.
- Passengers who do not arrive at the airport on time for check-in and boarding, or those who miss the flight despite checking in and boarding on time shall not hold Fly Express responsible for not being able to take the flight. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip flight tickets necessary for passengers who miss the flight to participate in the tour and necessary transfers in the destination area, etc., shall be borne by them.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identity cards, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or individual, and costs incurred during delivery fall under the responsibility of the item owner.
- In situations of illness, loss, theft, etc., since the integrity and continuity of the group is essential, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.
- It is mandatory to provide the correct name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number when purchasing the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations and changes resulting from erroneous information will be collected from you.
- Some airlines may charge fees for dining, drinking, and online check-in services.
- Seat numbers in the bus cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
- During our tours, the times indicated by our guide for our guests are the times for departure, the vehicle's wheel turning time. Our guide is responsible for not waiting beyond the designated meeting time for equality among all guests. In an event of lateness, the late-comer will have to reach the next destination by their own means.
- Participants accept to participate in the scheduled tours in the program and not disrupt the program and, in this regard, acknowledge that they will pay any additional amounts that may arise for local guides, museum & archaeological site entries, city taxes, and audio system headphones if applicable. Participants have been fully and adequately informed about this.
- If only category information is provided, and/or if there are alternative options for the same destination, you can find out the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur in scheduled and charter flights, and departure times may change before the current trip and flight. Fly Express is obliged to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- There is no visa application for T.C. citizens. A passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel is sufficient.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be able to fly with the airline. In this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- The visa information specified in the program pertains to the obligations of Turkish citizens. Guests holding passports other than those of the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
- The passport control officers have the authority to refuse entry into the country, and Fly Express is not responsible for this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- To avoid issues at the customs police at the country border due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under 18 years old may be asked by the officers at the entry-exit of the country for a document showing joint consent from both parents if traveling alone or with only one parent; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents be cautious about this matter.
