Istanbul New Airport's international departures terminal, we meet three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our scheduled flight with Qatar Airways to Doha begins. Following our arrival in Doha, we will transfer for our connecting flight with Qatar Airways to the Maldives. We spend the night on the plane. Day 2 MALDIVES Upon our arrival in the Maldives, we will transfer to our hotel. In the Maldives, which has the most beautiful archipelagos in the Indian Ocean, you can enjoy water sports, jet skiing, diving, and sunbathing on the pristine white beaches, or you can join optional tours (Night Fishing, Male Shopping Tour, Diving Tour). We will take a local airline flight to Singapore. Upon arrival in Singapore, we will transfer by private vehicle to the hotel, distribute room keys, and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 6 SINGAPORE We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. After that, we set off for a city tour of Singapore. Among the places we will see are the Singapore River, the Parliament, the Opera, the Court buildings, and the Merlion statue. Then we will have a short free time for shopping in Chinatown. In the afternoon, guests who wish can join the optional tour to Sentosa Island, which your guide will organize (90 Euro). During our tour, our first stop will be the National Orchid Garden, the first and only tropical botanical garden added to UNESCO's World Heritage List in 2015. The garden is also the most important botanical institute in the world, presenting a breathtaking display of over 1000 species and 2000 hybrids of these magnificent flowers. Our next stop will be Sentosa Island, Singapore's first and only entertainment island, where locals spend their weekends. After reaching Faber Peak by our bus, you will have the opportunity to see the entire island from the cable car, which is built 100 meters above sea level. Our first visit on the island will be the Image Of Singapore Museum, which introduces Singapore’s rich and vibrant history of 200 years. Our next stop will be the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, one of the attractions of Sentosa Island, where you will find over 80 wax figures of celebrities from Asia, Hollywood, Bollywood, and beyond, ready to be part of the story and feel the fame in Singapore. After the tour, you will have free time to rest and explore the island. In the evening, guests who wish can join the optional tour to Garden by the Bay (65 Euro), which your guide will organize. You will witness the stunning light displays of Singapore's nightlife and take a walk through the streets that come alive at any hour of the day. During our trip, our first stop will be the world-renowned Gardens by the Bay, a 101-hectare (250-acre) nature park located in the Central Region of Singapore, adjacent to Marina Reservoir. The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden (South Marina), Bay East Garden (East Marina), and Bay Central Garden (Central and Kallang). The largest of the gardens is Bay South Garden, designed by Grant Associates, covering 54 hectares (130 acres). The Flower Dome is the largest glass greenhouse in the world. This garden, which welcomed 50 million visitors in 2018 and set a world record, is definitely a must-see. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 7 SINGAPORE – BALI We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then at the time specified by our guide, we will transfer to Singapore airport. After passport and baggage procedures, we will take a local airline flight to Bali. Upon arrival, we will transfer by private vehicle to the hotel, distribute room keys, and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 8 BALI After breakfast at the hotel, for our guests who wish, we will set off for the optional tour “Ubud & Kintamani Batur Volcano with Lunch” (90 Euro). During our full-day trip, we will get to know Bali’s impressive culture, handicrafts, photogenic rice fields, traditional villages, and the extraordinary view of Batur Volcano and its lake up close. First, we will head to Batubulan to watch the cultural Barong Dance performance. Then we go to Celuk & Mas Village, famous for gold, silver, and wood carving art, where we will watch artists as they engrave intricate designs on wooden blocks. After Mas Village, our next stop will be Goa Gajah, known as the Elephant Cave dating back to the 11th century. Our next stop for lunch will be the cool mountains of Kintamani. First, we will observe Batur Volcano from its peak, looking down at the valley beside the Batur Lake, and take photos. Then we will enjoy lunch in a restaurant with a beautiful view. On the return journey, we will visit the Sacred Water Spring, which is believed to have magical healing powers. Our tour will then continue in Ubud Village, Bali’s artistic heart, where we will see Tegallalang rice terraces, Ubud art market, Tegenungan waterfall, and coffee plantations. Following the tour, transfer back to the hotel for free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 9 BALI After breakfast at the hotel, for our guests who wish, we will set off for the optional tour “Full Day Bali Island Tour (Bedugul & Git Git Waterfall & Ulundanu) with Lunch” (50 Euro). Bedugul, located in Bali's highlands, is part of Bali; however, it is completely different from others in every aspect. Known as the coldest place in Bali, Bedugul is surrounded by lush forests and hosts some of the most astonishing waterfalls on the island. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will visit Bratan Lake and the Ulundanu Beratan temple, a landmark on the lake and a subject of many films. After the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel for free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 10 BALI – DOHA – ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of the rooms, and for our guests who wish, we will set off for the optional tour “Tanah Lot Temples & Monkey Forest with Lunch” (50 Euro). After visiting the Royal Temple in Kapal Village, which consists of three temples and is home to around 300 monkeys believed to be the protectors of the temples, we will visit the world-famous Monkey Forest. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant featuring Indonesian cuisine. At the end of the tour, you will have the chance to witness the magnificent sunset in Bali. Free time for sunbathing. Later, we will transfer you to the airport at the time indicated by our guide. We will complete our baggage, ticket, and customs procedures. Day 11 ISTANBUL Then we will take our scheduled flight with Qatar Airways to Doha. After our arrival in Doha, our scheduled flight with Qatar Airways to Istanbul begins. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services conclude.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people. If sufficient participation is not met for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, you will be notified through your agency.
  • In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is carried out, English guidance may be provided.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program, and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip starts.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, your agency will inform you 15 days prior to the tour departure.
  • Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are provided in the form of foldable and "coach beds," therefore, participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations acknowledge the potential tightness and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child who fits the age group staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for infants aged 0-2.
  • The breakfast included in the tour program at the hotel is usually offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of cities and are conducted through the vehicle with guidance and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites, lasting no more than 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours may not be conducted if local authorities do not allow entry at the time specified in the itinerary, or if the tour cannot be conducted due to closed roads caused by any activities, or if weather conditions render the tour impossible. Fly Express is not responsible for any of the above circumstances. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where closed roads or lack of vehicle access permit.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, trips may not be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra excursions may vary based on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites and the weather conditions.
  • Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip shall be considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
  • Tour flights are group tickets, so flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. The updated hours will be communicated to you by your agency through the tour information.
  • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before obtaining domestic flight tickets. If a guest has acquired domestic connecting flights independently from the agency, they accept that in case of cancellation of the trip by the agency or if there are schedule changes, they cannot request any refund from the agency. The guest acknowledges, once they purchase the tour, that they accept potential financial and moral losses resulting from the cancellation or change of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • According to airline regulations; return flights purchased as round-trip tickets will be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used.
  • Guests not including flights in the tour must be present at the tour start point on their own without any delays. Otherwise, they will have to arrange all their transfers themselves.
  • Passengers who do not arrive at the airport on time for check-in and boarding, or those who miss the flight despite checking in and boarding on time shall not hold Fly Express responsible for not being able to take the flight. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip flight tickets necessary for passengers who miss the flight to participate in the tour and necessary transfers in the destination area, etc., shall be borne by them.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identity cards, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or individual, and costs incurred during delivery fall under the responsibility of the item owner.
  • In situations of illness, loss, theft, etc., since the integrity and continuity of the group is essential, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.
  • It is mandatory to provide the correct name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number when purchasing the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations and changes resulting from erroneous information will be collected from you.
  • Some airlines may charge fees for dining, drinking, and online check-in services.
  • Seat numbers in the bus cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
  • During our tours, the times indicated by our guide for our guests are the times for departure, the vehicle's wheel turning time. Our guide is responsible for not waiting beyond the designated meeting time for equality among all guests. In an event of lateness, the late-comer will have to reach the next destination by their own means.
  • Participants accept to participate in the scheduled tours in the program and not disrupt the program and, in this regard, acknowledge that they will pay any additional amounts that may arise for local guides, museum & archaeological site entries, city taxes, and audio system headphones if applicable. Participants have been fully and adequately informed about this.
  • If only category information is provided, and/or if there are alternative options for the same destination, you can find out the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur in scheduled and charter flights, and departure times may change before the current trip and flight. Fly Express is obliged to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

 

VISA

  • There is no visa application for T.C. citizens. A passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel is sufficient.
  • Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be able to fly with the airline. In this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • The visa information specified in the program pertains to the obligations of Turkish citizens. Guests holding passports other than those of the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • The passport control officers have the authority to refuse entry into the country, and Fly Express is not responsible for this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid issues at the customs police at the country border due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests under 18 years old may be asked by the officers at the entry-exit of the country for a document showing joint consent from both parents if traveling alone or with only one parent; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents be cautious about this matter.
