Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport's International Terminal 3 hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and passport processing, we depart for Belgrade at 07:45 on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight TK 1081. Arrival in Belgrade at 08:30 local time, and we transfer to the city center with our vehicle waiting at the airport. Upon arrival in Belgrade, we begin our panoramic city tour. During our panoramic city tour, we will see the daily life of the city, important buildings, and the intentionally left building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that was bombed by NATO in the middle of the city. As our tour continues, we will disembark from our bus for a walking tour to see places such as the Flag Mosque, Belgrade Fortress, Damat Ali Pasha Tomb, Clock Tower, Sokollu Mehmed Pasha Fountain, Military Museum, Istanbul Gate, Dungeon Gate, Leopoldov Gate, Stefan Lazarevic Monument, Nebojsa Tower, Kale Square, Saborna Church, Republic Square, Balance Square, and Stone Square. We will complete our city tour with a walk on Knez Mihajlova Street, considered the heart of the city. During the free time until the gathering time announced by our guide, you can shop or enjoy the cafes on the street. Transfer to our hotel at the time determined by our guide. Overnight at the hotel.
2nd Day BelgradeAfter breakfast at the hotel, we leave for the magnificent Novi Sad & Karlovci tour. Our first stop is Novi Sad, the capital of the Vojvodina province. The places we will see include Petrovaradin Fortress, Freedom Square, Svetozar Miletic Statue, Catholic Cathedral, Orthodox St. Mary Cathedral, and St. Nicholas Church. After our tour, we will move to the town of Karlovci. This town, which has an important place in our past, is famous for the Treaty of Karlovci signed in 1699 between the Ottoman Empire and the Holy League. During our city tour here, we will see the city council, Catholic Church, Four Lions Fountain, and the Chapel of Peace. After our tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
3rd Day BelgradeAfter breakfast at the hotel, we embark on a tour of Nikola Tesla’s Magnificent Museum & Tito’s Grave and Museum & Zemun. Our first stop is the museum of Nikola Tesla, the inventor of alternating current, renowned for his contributions to science. The museum, established in 1952, contains over 160,000 original documents, thousands of books and magazines, numerous photographs, personal belongings of Tesla, and models of his inventions. Next, we visit the memorial tomb of Tito, the former leader of the Yugoslav Socialist Federal Republic, known as the House of Flowers. The memorial tomb is located in the center of a single-story building and contains the sarcophagus. Here, portions of Tito’s life and his personal items are also exhibited. Our last stop will be Zemun. Located by the banks of the Danube River and across from the Belgrade fortress, the places we will see include Usce Fortress, Gardos Hill, and its Tower. In this area, which carries Austrian traces, you will spend pleasant time in the cobbled narrow streets. After our tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
4th Day Belgrade - IstanbulAfter breakfast at the hotel, we have free time. Later, transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide. After luggage, ticket, and passport processing, we depart for Istanbul at 16:00 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1080. Arrival in Istanbul at 18:50 local time, concluding our tour.
