1st Day Istanbul – Tirana – Vlora – Saranda At the Turkish Airlines check-in counter in the International Departures terminal at Istanbul Airport, meeting point 3 hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Tirana at 08:00 with Turkish Airlines flight .... We will arrive in Tirana at 08:45 local time. After our arrival, we will start a panoramic city tour of Tirana with our vehicle, which includes sights such as Skender Bey Square, Ethem Bey Mosque, Clock Tower, National History Museum, and the Parliament Building. After the city tour, we will head towards the Ion Sea coastline, famous for its turquoise waters. On the way, we will stop by Vlora, one of Albania's significant coastal cities. We will take a panoramic city tour of Vlora, known as the city where Albania declared its independence, including Independence Square, Flag Square, and the waterfront. After our visit to Vlora, we will move on to Saranda, known as the pearl of the Albanian Riviera, famous for its turquoise sea. We will transfer to the hotel and spend the night in Saranda. 2nd Day Saranda – Porto Palermo - Dhërmi - Saranda After having breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in an extra arranged trip to Porto Palermo & Dhërmi (80 Euro). We will start our journey on the Albanian Riviera with Porto Palermo as our first stop. Porto Palermo is a small but impressive bay located between Himara and Dhërmi on the Albanian Riviera. It is famous for its turquoise sea and the historical castle on its peninsula, which was built by Ali Pasha Tepelena in the early 19th century, known as Porto Palermo Castle. After the Porto Palermo Tour, the next stop will be Dhërmi, one of the Ion Sea's popular coastal towns. We will take a panoramic city tour in Dhërmi, famous for its turquoise sea, white pebble beaches, and stone houses. After the tour, we will return to Saranda. Overnight at our hotel. 3rd Day Saranda – Ion Sea – Ksamil Boat Tour After having breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in an extra arranged boat tour to the magnificent Ion Sea – Ksamil (90 Euro). We will set sail from the Saranda harbor and embark on an unforgettable journey in the clear waters of the Ion Sea, famous for its turquoise color. Throughout the day, we will take swimming breaks at beautiful bays, allowing time to enjoy the sea in crystal-clear waters. During our lunch break, we will enjoy a pleasant meal with a sea view in Ksamil. Our boat tour will conclude with our return to Saranda. Overnight at our hotel. 4th Day Saranda – Gjirokastër Tour After having breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in an extra arranged trip to the magnificent Gjirokastër (70 Euro). Gjirokastër, known for its stone houses and historical fabric listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of the most impressive cities in the Balkans with its Ottoman-era architecture. During our city tour, we will visit Gjirokastër Castle, the historical bazaar, and characteristic stone houses. After our visit to the castle, which offers a valley view from its elevated position, we will take a pleasant journey back in time with a walk through the narrow streets. After free time, we will return to Saranda and spend the night at our hotel. 5th Day Saranda – Divjaka-Karavasta National Park – Tirana – Istanbul After breakfast and checking out of our rooms at 09:00, we will depart from Saranda. We will start our journey, leaving the Ion Sea coasts behind. On the way, we will have the opportunity to participate in an extra trip arranged by our guide to the magnificent Divjaka-Karavasta National Park (40 Euro). This national park, located on the Adriatic coast, is one of Albania's most important natural areas and is known for its vast lagoon ecosystem and rich bird population. Karavasta Lagoon is one of the most important wetland areas in the Balkans, hosting the rare Dalmatian pelican. We will take a short nature break to enjoy the lagoon view from wooden walking platforms and lookout points. After spending days in the turquoise waters of the Ion Sea, we will have the chance to explore a different side of Albania. At the time indicated by our guide, we will head to Tirana Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, after luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul at 19:50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1078. We will arrive at Istanbul Airport at 22:35 local time, marking the end of our tour.

Important Notes:

  • For this tour, a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining duration is required.
  • Atlas International acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
  • During registration, the name, birth date, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change of tickets due to incorrect information will incur no-show fees charged to the passengers.
  • The city where the plane lands may vary. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes or delays caused by the airline.
  • The rules of the airline apply to group tickets, and if the outbound flight of a group ticket is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
  • The general luggage weight for departing flights from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights within the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 Kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Atlas International.
  • In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, cancellation of the tour will be communicated to the consumer 20 days in advance.
  • The tour route specified in the program is an example route, and changes may occur in the tour itinerary. City orientation tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may be held on different days as decided by the guide for any reason.
