• The services included in the price vary depending on the package type purchased by the guest.
• Package types must be purchased during the reservation process. They cannot be changed after booking.

• Extra tour prices listed in the tour program are per person prices.
• Extra tours on the route require a minimum participation of 6 people. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at stop points, rest facilities, etc.
• In the case of expos, congresses, events, etc., in cities, lodging outside the city may be arranged. In such cases, the hotel region will be informed in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
• Visa must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country of maximum stay in the itinerary. If not, entry may be denied by border officials. The agency assumes no responsibility for entry issues arising from this.
• In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• The agency acts only as an intermediary between the client and the consulate. If a visa is not approved, is delayed, or contains errors for any reason, the agency bears no responsibility, and the passenger has no right to compensation from the agency.
• The agency is liable only to provide the service as an intermediary and under the Lahey Protocol of September 28, 1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number should be entered exactly as they appear in the passport in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Incorrect information will result in ticket cancellations or changes, and no-show penalties will be charged.
• Flight times may change before the flight, and all passengers should verify the departure times by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure date.
• The city of arrival by plane may differ from the scheduled city. Airlines may make schedule adjustments or delays, and the agency is not responsible for these.
• Guests who do not verify their flight times and routes may experience changes in domestic connection flights. The agency is not responsible for these changes.
• Group tickets are subject to airline rules, and if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• The maximum luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. Domestic flights within the destination country may limit weight to 15 kg. Excess baggage policies are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the agency.
• If there are not enough participants for the tour, the cancellation will be communicated at least 21 days before the start.
• The proposed itinerary in the tour program is illustrative, and the route may change.
• City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the next day or days depending on arrival times.
• Extra tours on the route will only be conducted if at least 6 participants are present. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at stop points.
• In periods of high demand such as fairs, congresses, seminars, etc., accommodations outside the city may be arranged.
• Visits and tours that are not permitted by local authorities will not be conducted. Alternative tours can be arranged with a minimum of 20 participants, or with less if deemed feasible and adjusted accordingly. The agency is not responsible if such tours cannot be organized.
• Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
• The agency reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category.
• All hotel names mentioned in the program are placeholders (V.B.) and are used as examples regarding star categories and distance; it does not guarantee the stay at the named hotels.
• In triple rooms, extra beds are smaller than standard beds and/or are fold-out beds.
• Bed type requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

1. For international travels, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are invalid for travel and must be renewed before the departure date. Tattered or damaged passports cannot be used for entry.
2. For visa application, a valid passport of at least 6 months and the DPS-issued documents listed as necessary are required, and must be submitted at least 1 month before the travel date with written approval.
3. In cases of expos, congresses, events, etc., accommodation outside the city may be arranged, and the agency must be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to departure.
4. The visa must be obtained from the first country entered or the country with maximum stay according to the itinerary. Failure to do so may result in boarding bans, and the agency is not responsible for any entry denial.
5. In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
6. The agency acts solely as an intermediary with the consulate; if a visa is denied, delayed, or contains errors for any reason, the agency is not responsible, and the passenger is not entitled to compensation from the agency.

13. The luggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20kg. This may vary depending on airline and destination country. Domestic flights in the destination countries might limit this to 15kg. Excess baggage policies are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the agency.
14. If the required number of participants does not enroll in the tour, the cancellation will be notified at least 21 days before the start.
15. The route shown in the tour program is a sample route and may change.
16. City tours may be conducted on the next day or subsequent days depending on arrival times.
17. Extra route tours will only be provided if there is a minimum participation of 6 persons. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at stop points.
18. In busy periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, accommodation may be outside the city.
19. Visits or tours that are not permitted by local authorities will not be conducted. Alternative tours require at least 20 participants or may be adjusted according to the guide’s discretion and prices. The agency is not responsible for these tours not being possible.
20. Museum and archaeological site entry fees are not included in the prices.
21. The agency reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category.
22. All hotel names in the program are placeholders (V.B.) provided for example regarding star ratings and distances; this does not guarantee the stay at these specific hotels.
23. In triple rooms, an extra bed is smaller than the standard and/or is a foldable, fold-out bed.
