IMPORTANT NOTES - For Abu Dhabi tours, during Mosque Visit, men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless clothes, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. Long-sleeved jacket and headscarf are required for mosque visits. Lunch is included in the tour. - For Desert Safari, wear comfortable sports clothes, bring a jacket. Do not eat heavy before the tour or drink excessive water. Those with stomach, back, neck issues or pregnant guests should inform the guides. - To benefit from advantageous travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agent during the tour. - Extra tours require a minimum of 20 participants. If participation is less, prices may change or the tour may proceed via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while maintaining content. - Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or season. The prices at the moment of sale from the guide are valid. - Program information with VB or without specific names, only category info, or options for the same destination will be communicated by your agency at least 48 hours before the departure. - Our guided programs include meet-and-greet at the arrival airport only; guided services are limited to panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. Extra tours include guided service and possibly different guides. During the return transfer, guests must be ready at the hotel reception at the specified pickup time. - Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations and refunds for extra tours depend on the local supplier’s final decision. - In case of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than specified km; BTB Tours will inform 2 days before the departure. - The panoramic city tours are for general city introduction; they do not include museum or archaeological site entry and last about 2-3 hours. - Due to circumstances like local authorities closing sites, events, or weather conditions, some tours may not be available; BTB Tours is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where access is restricted. - Our tours’ hotel selections are based on the informational program; high season or special periods may lead to substitutions. No guarantee for specific hotel names. - We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid exchange rate effects; old or worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks in destinations. Extra reservation procedures will not be made with such currencies. - USD is used for extra purchase payments in the region; USD/EUR parity is applied. - Our packages are international and guests are responsible for language skills. - Reservation info: Passport name, surname, date of birth, passport number must be provided during reservation; incorrect data can lead to ticket cancellations or changes, for which the guest is responsible. - Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date; otherwise, entry may be denied. - BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary; consulates may refuse visas without responsibility on our part. Any visa results depend on the consulate's decision. - Necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) are usually prepared within 1 working day. Guests should plan accordingly. - Cancellations or failure to participate in the tour mean no refunds for visa fees or service payments unless specifically stated; if BTB Tours cancels due to insufficient participation, guests can get refunds for the visa fees if the visa is not used. - Flight schedules and aircraft types may change; airport information is displayed on info screens. - Last-minute delays or gate changes are shown at airports. Guests must follow these and are responsible for missed flights or day program cancellations. - Upgrading flight class is only possible after ticket issuance and subject to airline availability; the fare difference is paid by the guest. - Guests should check with their GSM operators about international roaming services before leaving Turkey. - Guests are responsible for their belongings while traveling and staying in hotels. - The program content may be changed without prior notice due to force majeure or other reasons, including the cities visited or airlines. - Hotel names may be changed while maintaining the same category. - BTB Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items. - Minors traveling with one parent or third parties must have notarized consent; without it, the flight may be denied. - General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately.
