Day 1 Istanbul – Madrid
Meeting in front of the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport Outside Check-in Terminal... Counter. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, departure with Pegasus Airlines Flight PC1099 at 10:15 to Madrid. Arrival in Madrid at 13:50.After passport, luggage, and customs procedures we will do a panoramic city tour, exploring Madrid, the capital of the Kingdom of Spain, which was once unnoticed in lush lands until it was declared the capital of Spain; among Europe’s youngest capitals. The city’s expansion stages and different art forms from various periods are reflected in its architecture, captivating visitors. Madrid’s city lights at night are stunning. During the tour: we’ll see the Cibeles Fountain with its massive statue of the goddess Cybele, drawn by lions, and enjoy its enchanting view, then find ourselves on Gran Via, the most elegant and luxurious street from the 1900s, presenting Art Nouveau and Modernist architecture with lively, colorful streets. We’ll then visit the grand Palacio Real, one of the most impressive and historically rich structures. Here, we’ll see Mercado de San Miguel, famous for gourmet foods and a meeting point for lively conversations and casual dining. Next, we will visit Plaza Mayor, the most valuable square in the city, an architectural symphony. Finally, we’ll visit Puerta del Sol, known as the Sun Gate, a lively square from which the city’s busiest areas are easily accessible. After enjoying this vibrant spot with street performers and musicians, we transfer to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

Day 2 Madrid-Toledo-Seville
After breakfast at the hotel and completing check-out procedures, we will head to Toledo. Located 70 km southwest of Madrid, Toledo is one of the most important cities in Spain’s history, the capital of Castilla-La Mancha region. Its appearance reflects the influences of all past civilizations in Spain, offering unforgettable memories to visitors. Encircled by the Tagus River and built on high, defensible rocky cliffs surrounded by tall walls, it has always been a key city since Roman, Visigoth, Andalusian, and Spanish Crown eras. Toledo was also the center of Judaism until the late 15th century on the Iberian Peninsula. It hosts the oldest synagogue still standing in Europe, numerous churches converted from mosques, and the majestic cathedral known as the Primate Cathedral of Saint Mary. During the tour, we will see the spectacular viewpoint from which the 16th-century cityscape can be photographed like a painting, the San Martin Bridge, San Juan Monastery, Jewish Quarter, Santo Tome Church, Santa Maria Cathedral Square, and the shopping street unique to the city, Zocodover Square. After free time, you can taste famous local Marzipan, traditional almond paste, and Manchego cheese, made from matured sheep’s milk, recognized worldwide. You may also explore medieval weapons and accessories, such as swords and knives, traditionally handcrafted from the region’s renowned steel, often seen in Hollywood movies. Additionally, you can purchase Dara-making products (Damascening) with intricate gold thread patterns that are part of Andalusian heritage. After free time, we continue to Seville. Transfer to the hotel and overnight stay in Seville.
Optional: Participants can join the Flamenco Night (60 EUR extra). After the tour, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 3 Seville-Cordoba-Granada
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel, meet in the lobby at the time specified by the guide, and depart for Seville. During the city tour, we will see: Plaza de España, the Golden Tower, Monastery of Paula, Maria Luisa Park with its fountains and gardens, and Santa Cruz Square. After the city tour, we will head towards Cordoba.
The Roman aqueduct will welcome us as we enter the city, built on the Guadalquivir River. We will walk across the historic Roman bridge, enter through the Roman gate, and see the 2000-year-old city with remnants of old Islamic libraries. We will visit the spectacular Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba, one of the largest mosques in the world, built on 850 columns. Our guide will accompany us inside this magnificent structure. On the way, we will see the flower streets of Cordoba, showcasing Andalusian architecture in historic inns and typical houses.
After sightseeing, there will be free time. We then arrive in Granada. After arrival, those interested can join the Sacromonte Gypsy Neighborhood and Albaicin Tour (55 EUR). During this tour in Albaicin, a UNESCO World Heritage site, we will walk through old Muslim neighborhoods and see the traditional caves featuring a flamenco show and life style.

Day 4 Granada-Valencia
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel, meet at the lobby at the specified time, and explore Granada city. During this panoramic tour: we will see Grand Via, La Rambla Square, City Hall Square. Then, we will visit the Alhambra Palace. Granada was an Islamic city in the Middle Ages, protected by the stunning Alhambra fortress with its 37 towers and high walls. It took over 150 years to build. The Alhambra is not only a well-preserved military fortress but also a magnificent palace, legendary for its intricate design and beauty, considered the greatest example of Islamic architecture in the West. It bears the inscription “There is no victor but Allah” on its walls and resembles a storybook from 1001 nights. It was unexpectedly lost to Queen Isabella by Sultan Muhammad XII (Boabdil). That same year, it became the royal palace of Spain, where Columbus’s voyages were decided. The palace’s stories are famously known through Washington Irving's “Tales of the Alhambra.” In the tour, we will visit the Paradise-ül Arif gardens, the Summer Palace, the Palace of Emperor Charles (Charles V), the Alcazaba fortress, and possibly the Nasrid Palace. An unforgettable, fairy-tale journey awaits you. After the visit, we will travel to Valencia and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 5 Valencia-Barcelona
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and meet in the lobby at the determined time to explore Valencia. In this panoramic city tour: we will see the City of Arts and Sciences designed by the renowned architect Santiago Calatrava, Gothic Cathedral, Micalet Bell Tower, Lonja Market, Arena, City Hall Square, and the old market area. Then, we will drive to Barcelona. Upon arrival, we will do a panoramic city tour including: the Endülüs Arena, Montjuic Hill, Barcelona Port, Columbus Statue (Colon Square), Plaza Espanya, Catalonia Square, Gaudi’s houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila), La Rambla, and Port Olimpic. Transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 6 Barcelona
After breakfast, we depart from the hotel for Girona & Figueras (Dali Museum). The tour begins in Girona, a city in Catalonia, where the Onyar, Galligants, and Güell rivers converge, known as the Pearl of Northern Catalonia. The region is rich in history from Iberian times through many occupations and rulers. All buildings are stone-built and well-preserved, reflecting the ancient spirit. Museums, churches, cobblestone streets, and medieval walls make this city a favorite among tourists. We will see the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, Jewish Quarter. After the tour, we head to Figueras, the birthplace of Surrealist artist Salvador Dalí. Dalí’s hometown features a museum with his extensive collection of over 4,000 works of art. Afterward, we start our panoramic tour of Barcelona’s El Born and Gothic Neighborhoods. In the Gothic neighborhood, we will walk among the city’s ancient streets, which date back 2000 years, discovering the city's rich history. We’ll walk La Rambla, see the Mercado de La Boqueria, Roman ruins, Jewish Quarter, Palaces, and the Gothic Cathedral. In El Born, we will visit the Catalan Culture Center, where archaeological excavations reveal 18th-century Catalan insurrections, and the famous church of Santa Maria del Mar. After the tour, with free time, you may enjoy the lively bohemian atmosphere in Passeig del Born, with cafes and bars, and sample Catalan cuisine. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 7 Barcelona – Istanbul
After breakfast, the tour ends, and after check-out, we will visit Antoni Gaudí’s iconic Sagrada Família Basilica. We will view the basilica from outside and admire its magnificent sculptures. At the agreed time, transfer to Barcelona Airport. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, flight PC1092 departs at 14:35 to Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul at 19:05. See you on your next trip…
