- During the tour, to make shopping and expenses in all countries on the itinerary, holding Euro currency is sufficient. In regions that use local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to carry a cardigan or similar clothing for the evenings. - Our tours implement rotation (seat change) in daily seat planning, and fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 days to carry goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - Free shopping limit at the duty-free shop for entry into Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters (including spirits with 22% or less alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - Due to weather and road conditions, guides may modify the program, provided all destinations are shown as specified. - Guests registered for the tour have the right to free cancellation up to 30 days before the tour. If canceled less than 30 days before the tour, a 30% penalty applies. If canceled 20 days or less before, 100% penalty is applied. Cancellations accompanied by hospital reports, work permits, or other official documents from Turkey, or cancellations of hotel and services outside Turkey, cannot be accepted. - Our tour program requires a minimum participation of 25 persons. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification will be 20 days before the departure date. Canceled tours due to insufficient participation will be announced by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is given without specific hotel names or multiple options are available for the same destination, hotels will be announced by Viyatravel two days before the departure. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at locations beyond the specified kilometers. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform at least 15 days before the departure date. - Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and the third bed is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed, which may be foldable or called coach bed. Participants accept the possibility of crowdedness and bed type issues in third beds or children’s reservations. Children discounts apply only for one child sharing with two adults within the specified age group. - Included services in the tour program: Breakfasts at the hotel are typically continental style, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, served in a dedicated room for groups. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed to introduce cities and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. These tours are conducted as per local authority approval and weather conditions. If certain routes or activities are blocked or closed, Viyatravel is not responsible for their realization. - Extra tours and services organized by Viyatravel require at least 20 participants. If not met, tours may be canceled or their prices and content may change depending on participant number and availability. The timing and location of extra tours may change due to opening/closing hours and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional. Passengers who do not wish to join these tours will wait at a convenient rest stop; after the tour, they will be picked up from the original point. - For airplane tours, check-in and boarding are personal processes carried out by the guests at the airport or online via the airline’s website before the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible if guests fail to arrive on time for check-in or boarding or miss their flight, which may result in inability to participate in the tour. Re-booking or new flights and transfers are the passenger’s responsibility and expense. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines, subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays or schedule changes may occur before travel. Viyatravel will notify about such changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the trip. Children under 2 years old do not pay airport taxes or service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours vary based on the number of participants: Buses (for 25-46 people): Mercedes Travego/Tourismo, NEOPLAN Cityliner/Tourliner, Temsa Safir/Maraton, Man Fortuna; Midibuses (17-24 people): Isuzu Turkuaz, Otokar Mega; Minibuses (up to 16 people): VW Volt, Mercedes Sprinter. All guests are deemed to have accepted these conditions by purchasing the tour.
