- During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euro to make purchases and expenditures in all the countries included in the program. The guide will assist with currency exchange in regions where local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) is applied daily in seating arrangements, and fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- There is a minimum accommodation requirement of 3 days for bringing items (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad.
- The free shop purchase limit when entering Turkey from abroad is:
Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic beverages with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- The guides can make changes to the program flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that they show all places mentioned in the program.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free until 30 days before the tour date. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and in case of cancellation 20 days or less before the tour date, a 100% penalty will be applied. The documents provided with the cancellation request, such as hospital reports, work permit documents from Turkey, etc., as well as cancellation of hotels and services outside Turkey, will unfortunately not be accepted.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- If the tour program indicates only category information without specifying names and/or if options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the travel date.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the specified distances. In such cases, Viyatravel will provide information 15 days prior to the tour date.
- Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are considered "folding" or "coach beds," the tour participant acknowledges and accepts any crowding and bed type issues that may arise in reservations with 3rd persons and/or children. Child discounts are valid for one child who meets the age criteria, staying with 2 adults.
- The services included in the tour program such as breakfasts at hotels are offered according to the breakfast culture of the respective country and generally consist of a limited menu identified as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours without entrance to museums and archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours indicated in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not allow entry on the specified day and time due to closed roads or any event, or if the weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. In some tours where there are closed roads or areas not permitting vehicle entry, they may be conducted using public transportation or on foot as much as possible.
- During customs transitions with land travel, waiting times may exceed standard limits. Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences resulting from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by Viyatravel under the condition of at least 20 participants. If the required number is not met, the tours may not take place, or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide depending on the status of museums and sites being open/closed and weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in organized extra tours during the tour are considered to have accepted to wait at an available rest facility on the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
- For participants in flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal tasks and must be carried out by guests at the relevant airline counters or online prior to the flight at the airports.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for those who are not present at the designated airport at the times notified by Viyatravel, who do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, but checked-in on time and missed their flight. All expenses related to new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area necessary for those who miss their flight are the travelers' responsibility.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur in scheduled and charter flights, or departure times may change before the existing trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and fees.
