DAY 1 | IZMIR – MADRID
Meet with our esteemed guests at Adnan Menderes Airport International Departures terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. After completing ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, depart for Madrid at 15:20 with Sun Express Airlines. Arrival in Madrid at 18:45 local time. After arrival, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 2 | MADRID
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Madrid city tour. We start with Plaza Mayor, a large square that features 136 buildings and 437 balconies that open to the courtyard. In the past, bullfighting and the burning of people during the Inquisition were watched from these balconies. The heart of the city, Puerta Del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace’s public speaking venue Plaza De Orient, the Alcala Gate made as an entrance to show the city’s wealth, the eye-catching Gran Via with its colonnaded roofs, Plaza Colon, Cibeles Square and Fountain, and Cervantes Monument are among the places to be seen. In the afternoon, our guests who wish can participate in the optional Toledo Tour arranged by our guide (65 Euro). Toledo is a true open-air museum and the former capital of Spain, one of the most important cities on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Its grand cathedral is home to masterpieces by world-renowned painters and has become comparable to the world’s best museums. Known as the city of El Greco, Toledo has managed to remain unchanged since the 16th century. Buildings carrying the traces of Roman, Visigoth, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, typical pastry shops, Damascino shops, and of course, its famous cathedral make it a tourist pilgrimage site. Another tradition in Toledo is the production of marzipan, which dates back to when the Arabs conquered the city. A visit to Toledo would not be complete without tasting this mouthwatering confectionery. After a walk through the Jewish Quarter, we head back to our hotel in Madrid. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 3 | MADRID
After breakfast, free time. Our guests wishing may participate in the Segovia & Ávila Tour. (80 Euro) In this tour, we will uncover two UNESCO World Heritage cities, Segovia and Ávila, close to Madrid, embarking on a historical and cultural journey. In Segovia, we will visit the Roman aqueduct, the Gothic cathedral, and the Alcázar Castle, which has inspired many fairy tales during our panoramic and walking tour. Next, we proceed to Ávila, famous for its medieval atmosphere marked by its walls and enjoy a pleasant walk in this ancient city known as the city of Saint Teresa. In the final part of our tour, we will have free time at Las Rozas Village Outlet, one of the most popular shopping centers in Madrid. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 4 | MADRID – ZARAGOZA – BARCELONA
After breakfast, we will head towards Barcelona. Our guests wishing may join the optional Zaragoza Tour (30 Euro). In this tour, we will see the Ebro River, the Pilar Cathedral which is the city’s central cathedral, La Seo Cathedral, San Pablo Church, Plaza Espana, and the Pilar Bridge. Barcelona, the capital of the Catalonia Autonomous Community and the second-largest city in Spain, attracts four times more tourists than its population due to its stunning architectural works by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 5 | BARCELONA
After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish can participate in the optional Girona & Figueres Tour (100 Euro). We start our tour in Girona, the wealthiest city in the region, situated on the banks of the Onyar River, which at first glance resembles Florence. Girona is a charming medieval city with narrow streets and a cathedral worth seeing, and it is also the filming location for the perfume movie. In our panoramic tour, we will see the Lion statue, Cathedral Square, Mezuzah houses, the Jewish Quarter, Rambla, and famous shops. After some free time, we head towards Figueres, accompanied by the views of the Pyrenees mountains. The town is so captivating that it has been a source of inspiration for the world-renowned, boundary-less painter Salvador Dali throughout his life. We will visit the museum house decorated by the surrealist painter “Salvador Dali” himself, which contains works valued in millions of dollars; following our visit, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 6 | BARCELONA
After breakfast at the hotel, guests wishing may join the optional Park Güell & Gothic Quarter tour (80 Euro). This park, categorized as a fairy tale park and protected by UNESCO, is a work of Antoni Gaudí. With its colorful main stairs and whimsical houses, it creates a fairy-tale atmosphere. After our visit, we set out for the Gothic Quarter, where you will enjoy medieval buildings, romantic squares, Roman walls, Churches, labyrinthine streets, cafes, and souvenir shops without getting bored. Following this tour, those interested can optionally participate in the Sitges Tour (60 Euro). Sitges is located 35 km southwest of Barcelona and possesses the typical spirit of a Mediterranean village, with a perfect location between mountains and the sea, it has been one of the rising resorts in recent years. Our tour begins with the magical stairs of the San Bartolome-Santa Tecla Cathedral, and we will immerse ourselves in its historical streets. This 17th-century cathedral rises on the remnants of old Romanesque and Gothic churches. After admiring this magnificent cathedral, we will explore the historical streets of Sitges, where we will find the Maricel Palace, a fine example of Modernism located within the medieval center. Directly across from it is the Cau Ferrat Museum, which was home to one of the leaders of the modernist movement in the Catalonia region, Santiago Rusiñol. Since he started exhibiting his paintings here in Sitges, he has played a significant role in making the town famous. After seeing the colorful houses and quaint bars in the narrow streets that each year host thousands of people for the Sitges Festival, we will proceed to the beach and spend the rest of the time enjoying the day like the locals. After the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 7 | BARCELONA – IZMIR
Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. Depart for Izmir Airport with Sun Express Airlines flight number XQ 895 at 10:50, arrival at 15:00, and end of our tour.
GENERAL TERMS
The general terms are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Agreement’, and cannot be considered independently.
- Our tour program is organized with a certain participation condition. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the departure of the tour. The tour operation, canceled due to insufficient participation, will be communicated to you.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Tours can be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, agency clients are under the responsibility of the agency.
- This price list and program is valid until a new price list is released.
- All prices in our package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and there may be price increases for groups exceeding this number. Please inquire about price information.
- In case of normal passports, if the passport issuance date is more than 10 years, and for other types of passports, if it is more than 5 years, even if the person traveling has a valid visa, they cannot exit the country. Please check your passport information and details.
- When leaving through Turkish customs, passport control requires all types of passports (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic) to have a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel, regardless of whether the passport holder is a Turkish citizen or a foreign national with a valid visa. Therefore, passports with less than 6 months validity will not be approved by our agency. The agency shall not have any compensation liability towards passengers who are unable to participate in the tour due to having a passport with less than 6 months validity.The Agency has no compensation liability towards the passenger.
- The Agency is an intermediary between consumers participating in the trip and the ship, hotel, carrier companies, and all third parties providing services related to the trip. Therefore, consumers who register for the tour through the Agency acknowledge that the Agency has no direct responsibility and is not directly liable for delays in the transportation schedules shown, missed times, venues, delays of land, air, and sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, wars, the possibility of war, or similar force majeure events, accidents with material and moral damages, lack of accommodation or faulty services of facilities, and that they understand that the Agency does not have liability as an operator.
- For all customs entries during international departures, it is required to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially, our guests arriving from other cities by domestic flight to the port or airports need to adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, any delays and/or inability to participate in the tour are the responsibility of the passenger, andthe Agency has no compensation liability towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to complete the check-in process in person 24 hours before the tour departure.
- The Agency ; is an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have accepted to purchase the tour with the understanding that the flight details may change.
- The services included in the tour program, such as breakfasts at the hotel, are generally served with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, suitable for the breakfast culture of the country being visited, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
- Triple rooms can be assigned based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and referred to as coach beds, tour participants acknowledge that they accept the cramped conditions and bed types that may arise in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child of the age group accompanying 2 adults.
- Due to the limited number of twin (2-bed) rooms available at hotels, please check your twin room request prior to reservation.
- In cases where children under 18 years old who are not considered adults are not participating in the tour along with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to keep the necessary consent documents for participation in the tour with the individuals during travel.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities and last for 2-3 hours, and may be held on different days without changing its content. Museum and archaeological site entries are not included. Extra tours will be conducted based on the number of people determined by the tour leader, and the days may be changed by the tour leader according to the program's flow. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Tours or excursions that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.The Agency
- Health issues during tour participation, pregnancy status, medications used on a regular basis, and related reports of those medications must be kept with them.
- During extra tours along the way, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas available on public transport vehicles before entering the city.
- Tour - Airport - Tour leader - Hotel notifications will be provided by your sales consultant via email and verbally 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
- A passport is an official document and the passport police have the right not to allow you into the country if it is damaged, dirty, or particularly has tears in the binding or pages. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- For visa applications, a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and the documents requested by the consulate are required. Visa is required for Turkish citizens for this program. The passport police have the right not to allow the passenger into the country. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
