C - If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded without deduction. If discounts were applied, the refund will be the discounted amount if lower; if higher, no refund is made. - Once the reservation is made, the necessary reservations and payments to local service providers are finalized. If a guest wishes to cancel: A - Full refund is provided if cancellation is due to health issues confirmed by a doctor for the guest or a co-traveler sharing the same room. B - Cancellations made up to 25 hours before departure will receive 50% refund. If discounts were applied, the same rule applies regarding the refund amount. C - No refund is provided for cancellations within 24 hours of departure. D - Guests who are not at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at their own expense at another point; if they choose not to, no refund is given. E - In case of delays caused by hotel or other reasons, guests can contact the responsible personnel for pickup to avoid missing the tour. Such delays do not entitle to cancellation or refunds. F - During the tour, the staff will inform about the schedule and breaks. Participants acknowledge these risks and are advised to follow safety instructions. - Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately in places of religious or cultural significance. The company is not responsible for entry refusals due to dress code violations. - Special equipment or clothing may be required for some tours; it is the guest’s responsibility to bring or rent such items, including comfortable shoes, swimwear, snorkeling gear, sun protection, scarves, or towels. - Please inform your guide of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health concerns beforehand. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee full accommodations in all cases. - During your stay in Egypt and on tours, it is highly advised to avoid drinking unfiltered or unpurified water, consuming unwashed or unpeeled fruits/vegetables, or eating unwrapped food sold openly, to prevent health issues such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting.
