•    Prices of Extra Tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase are valid.
•    Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 persons. If sufficient quorum is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or the tour prices may be adjusted.
 

IMPORTANT NOTES
●    For Abu Dhabi tours, during Mosque visits, certain precautions must be observed; men should not wear shorts, women should avoid sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, and shorts; long-sleeved outerwear and headscarves should be carried for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
●    For Desert Safari tours, certain precautions should be considered: sports and comfortable clothes, a coat. Avoid heavy meals before the tour, and do not drink excessive water. Those with stomach, back, neck issues or pregnant guests should inform their guides.
●    To benefit from advantageous sightseeing packages during extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
●    Extra tours are conducted with a minimum of 20 participants. If fewer participate, tour prices may change or tours may be conducted via metro. Our guides may also modify the tour days while maintaining content.
●    Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or season. The prices during sales are valid for the tour.
●    In cases where 'VB' (various) are specified in the program, or only generic category information is given without specific names, or options are available for the same destination, hotels will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the departure.
●    Our tours include a guide meeting at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests should be ready at the hotel reception at the specified pickup time.
●    Hotels listed are subject to availability and may change during high season or special periods. Similar hotels may be provided; hotel name guarantees are not given.
●    To avoid exchange rate effects, we advise guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn currencies are generally not accepted in destinations. Therefore, reservation with such currencies may not be processed.
●    Since extra services are payable in USD, the USD/EUR exchange rate is applied equally.
●    Our packages are primarily designed for international travel; guests are responsible for their own foreign language communication.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
●    The tour program specified at reservation must be communicated along with the general terms and obligations. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from this information. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all items beforehand.
●    Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passport issue date is over 10 years old must renew their passport. Otherwise, entry to the destination country may be denied or flights by Turkish airlines may not be permitted. Responsibility for this lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
●    Damaged, torn, wet, or similarly compromised passports may cause issues at country border crossings; such passports should be renewed, and for countries that require visas, the new passport must contain the visa. Responsibility for this rests with the guest.
●    Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Failure to comply with this is the responsibility of the guest. 
●    BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the guest and consulates. The right to refuse visa at the consulate is reserved; therefore, BTB TOURS is not responsible if a visa is not granted. BTB TOURS only performs as an agent. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS bears no obligation or liability. By registering for the tour, customers agree to these conditions.
●    VISA details must be verified by the guest before submission. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors or issues with visa information that might prevent flight or entry.
●    Visa applications requiring documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets etc.) generally take 1 working day. Guests should plan accordingly. BTB TOURS is not responsible for delays.
●    If the guest cancels or cannot attend, visa and related service fees are non-refundable. If BTB TOURS, as an intermediary, cancels the tour due to low participation, the visa fee can be reimbursed after presenting the passport showing unused visa, within one week of the visa expiration date, excluding visa and agency charges. If the guest independently obtained their visa or used another agency, no refund is provided.
●    Schedule changes in routes depending on flight type and time are possible. Airlines' rules apply if flights are rescheduled or canceled. Hotels may also vary depending on availability, especially during high season or special periods. Customers accept these risks when purchasing.
●    3-person rooms are allocated based on hotel availability, with extra beds if applicable. No guarantee for a third bed of standard size in such rooms; beds are allocated according to availability and hotel policy.
●    Child discounts are valid only when sharing with two adults.
●    Hotels offer continental breakfast, not full Turkish breakfast. Continental usually includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
●    Group breakfasts might be served in a separate hall.
●    During reservation, the passenger's full name, birthdate, passport number must be submitted and accurately entered. Flight tickets are issued based on this info. Errors may result in ticket cancellations or penalties, which are the passenger’s responsibility.
&nb sp;  Guests must have valid international travel and health insurance covering the entire trip duration, starting the day before departure to the day after return. A copy of the insurance policy must be carried; failure to do so risks penalties enforced by authorities, with responsibility falling on the guest.
●    Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering/exiting certain countries might be restricted or impossible, which can prevent visa issuance or border crossings. These situations are beyond BTB TOURS' control and do not hold BTB TOURS responsible.
●    Guests agree to participate in optional tours along the route for the benefit of time and economy; the bus will wait at designated points until these tours are finished. The bus will then continue the program.
●    City sightseeing tours are designed for sightseeing, are 2-3 hours long, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries. Tours can be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or other circumstances; BTB TOURS will offer the best alternative. Extra tours require at least 20 participants, and if not achieved, they may be canceled or prices adjusted.
●    Local authorities may deny entry to certain sites; BTB TOURS is not responsible for such restrictions.
●    The flight information listed is for the group. Booking and transfer arrangements are based on these. Missed flights or changes may affect all subsequent arrangements; customers accept this risk.
●    Upgrade requests for flights with miles are only possible after ticket issuance if availability exists, with additional cost. Group tickets are issued a few days before departure.
●    Guests should verify their international mobile plans before leaving Turkey to ensure service abroad.
●    When leaving and returning from hotels, guests should verify they have collected all belongings. BTB TOURS is not responsible for lost or stolen items during travel or hotel stays.
●    In case of force majeure, BTB TOURS may modify the itinerary, including cities order and airline carrier, without changing the category of hotels.
●    Hotel names may be changed while maintaining the same category; this does not constitute a violation of the contract.
●    BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
●    Minors traveling alone or with one parent need notarized consent from the absent parent; failure to provide this can result in flight cancellation, with no liability on BTB TOURS.
●    The general terms are an integral part of the tour contract and cannot be viewed separately from it.
