If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the agent will notify the final cancellation at least 21 days before the tour departure date. In cases where the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, the agent will inform you via the travel agency. • If the program specifies only category information without naming specific hotels or offers options for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agent 48 hours before the tour departure. • During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified distances or in different cities. In such cases, your agent will inform you 48 hours prior to departure. • Panoramic city tours included in the package are brief (maximum 2-3 hours) tours conducted from the vehicle with guided narration, without entrance to museums, archaeological sites, or attractions. The tours and other activities listed may not be possible due to local authority restrictions, closures, or weather conditions; the agent is not responsible for such cancellations. Some tours may be done via public transportation or on foot if roads or locations are inaccessible. • Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and beds for the third person are smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms generally consist of 1 large bed plus 1 extra bed, which may be an folding or coach bed. Participants agree to these conditions at the time of reservation. Child discounts apply only to a single child sharing with two adults and within the specified age groups. Hotels do not guarantee beds for children aged 0-2. • Breakfasts included are typically continental, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and served in a dedicated room for groups. • Since flight tickets are group-based, flight times may change. Updated flight details will be provided by your agent. Confirm flight times before purchasing any domestic connecting flights; if the guest has purchased separately, the agent is not responsible for cancellations or changes affecting the tour. • For flights without a return ticket, if the outbound flight is unused, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. • Guests joining the tour without flights must be present at the starting point at the designated time without delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for their transfers to the tour activities. • The agent is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings, luggage, passports, or identity cards. The agent is also not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items. If belongings are recovered, delivery to the individual is not guaranteed and any postal or transport costs are borne by the owner. • In case of illness, loss, or theft, the guide’s role is to ensure the continuity of the group, but cannot assist individually in adverse situations. • It is mandatory to provide accurate passport information (name, date of birth, passport number) during booking, as tickets are issued based on these details. Incorrect information may result in penalties for cancellations or changes. • Some airlines may charge for meals, beverages, or online check-in services. • Seat assignment in buses during the tour cannot be guaranteed. • The departure times announced by the guide are the times when the vehicle will move. The guide will depart promptly at these times to respect everyone’s rights. Late guests are responsible for their own transportation to the next stop. • Extra tours are organized by our local agent with a minimum of 20 participants. If the minimum is not met, tours may be canceled or prices and contents may vary. Tour days and timings may change due to opening hours of attractions or weather conditions. Different guides may accompany participants during extra tours. • Extra tours are optional and not included in the standard packages. Participants who do not wish to join these tours agree to wait at a designated rest area if they choose not to participate. After the tour, they will be transported back from the stop. • Payment for museum and archaeological site entrance fees related to optional tours must be made directly to the agent or guide at the time of the tour. • Participants agree to pay the amount previously specified for entrance fees, city taxes, headset systems, etc., and to fully inform themselves about the tour program. • The agent acts solely as an intermediary between the passenger and airline, and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays or schedule changes may occur prior to or during the trip; the agent will notify you as soon as possible. Passengers accept that flight details may change and purchase the tour accordingly. VISA • Turkish citizens require a visa. For visa application, a passport valid for at least six months after the travel end date is necessary, along with the documents listed in the “Documents Required for Visa” list obtained from our agency. • The visa must be issued by the country of entry or the maximum stay country. • Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirements if their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the travel date. • The visa information provided is specific to Turkish citizens; other passport holders should consult relevant embassies. • Having a visa does not guarantee entry; border control officers can refuse entry at their discretion. The agency is not responsible for entry refusals; responsibility lies with the traveler. • Passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or otherwise invalid may cause issues at borders; such passports should be renewed, and visas should be valid on the new passport, especially for countries that require visas for Turkish citizens. The traveler is responsible for this. • Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to show a consent letter from the absent parent at the border. It is advisable that minors and their parents pay attention to this requirement.
