Day 2 Istanbul - Sharm El Sheikh

After completing the check-out procedures at the airport, the scheduled Turkish Airlines flight TK 698 departs at 02:10 to Egypt’s exotic holiday destination Sharm El Sheikh. Upon arrival at 04:00 local time, we will transfer to the hotel.

After check-in and settling into your rooms, you will stay overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, during the day (between 09:00-12:00), our guide will visit the hotel and inform you about possible tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. You can also enjoy your time at the hotel’s amenities and relax in the unique sea. Guests can also participate in additional organized tours at an extra cost. Overnight at the hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES

In order to benefit from advantageous package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 15 persons. If participation is less than 15, the tour prices may change or the tour may be replaced by metro transportation. Our guide may make changes to the content of the extra tours while keeping the same itinerary.
Region density or season may cause changes in the prices of extra tours. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide are valid for extra tours.
If tour names are not specified and only category information is given or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the tour departure.
Our programs include meet and greet services at the destination airport. For return transfers, guests are expected to be present at the designated pickup time at the hotel reception.
Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation and refund policies depend on the local supplier's final decision.
Fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., may be held at locations more than the usual distance from hotels during peak seasons. In such cases, BTB Tours will inform you at least 2 days before the tour departure date.
Panoramic city tours included in our packages are arranged for city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with narration. They do not include entrance fees for museums or historical sites and last no more than 2-3 hours.
Local authorities may restrict access or prohibit visits to certain sites or routes due to reasons beyond BTB Tours' control, such as closures or events. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to perform the tours.
Our flight seats are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the first flight is missed or not used, the return flight may also be canceled automatically. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
Unscheduled delays or gate changes during flights are announced on airport boards/screens. Passengers should follow such information. In case of missing the flight due to such reasons or personal causes, the passenger is responsible for obtaining a new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. They may also miss part or all of the scheduled program on the first day; responsibility for this lies with the passenger. If traveling on a different flight to the city/country from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city/hotel is the passenger’s responsibility.
Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can do so only after the ticket is issued, subject to availability of the airline. Since our seats are group seats, an additional fee may be required for upgrades before the airline confirms availability. The difference paid is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets are issued a few days before departure.
Guests should check whether their phone lines are open for international use before leaving Turkey.
Please ensure you take all your belongings when leaving the transport vehicles or hotels during your trip.
BTB Tours may change the order of city programs and/or the airline involved without altering the content of the program due to force majeure or other justified reasons.

BTB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items during the tour.
Children under 18 traveling with their mother or father require a consent letter from the other parent; if traveling with a third person, both parents’ consent is necessary. If no consent is provided, the flight may not be conducted. BTB Tours cannot be held responsible for this.
