IMPORTANT NOTES

• In Abu Dhabi tours, considerations during the Mosque visit; Men should not wear shorts, Women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, and shorts. It is necessary to have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.

• In our Desert Safari tour, considerations; Sporty and comfortable clothes, a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Passengers with complaints about the stomach, back, neck, and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions.

• To benefit from the advantageous travel package prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If there are fewer than 20 participants, prices may change, or they may be conducted by metro. Our guide can change the days of extra tours provided the content remains the same.

• Prices for extra tours may vary based on regional density or period. Prices during the purchase will be valid for extra tours.

• In our tour program, since VB is processed or in cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the excursion.

• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited, and the included guiding service in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfer to the airport. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.

• Guests must inform the guide of the cancellation or changes to the extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.

• During periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located further than the indicated kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days prior to the tour date.

• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted in the vehicle with guide narration without museum and archaeological site entries and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. 

• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted in cases where local authorities close the sites to be visited on the day and hour of the tour due to any event or road closures along the route, or due to weather conditions. BTB Tours is not responsible for failing to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, as feasible, in places where roads are closed or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

• In our tour programs, the guide will welcome guests upon arrival at the airport. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.

• The hotels listed in the program are sold as such. Availability at hotels may vary during peak season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; hotel name guarantees are not given.

• We recommend our guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old currency that banks will not accept.

• Since extra tour purchases are made in USD in the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied as the same. 

• Our package tours are aimed at international travel; therefore, guests are responsible for their foreign language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from this information. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.

• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if the issuance date of the passport is older than 10 years; they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS cannot bear any responsibility.

• Due to torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged passports, in order not to have issues with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited, such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the guests if any prohibitory situation arises.                    

• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa as it deems necessary; BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no responsibility or penalties. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.

• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa on behalf of a passenger, the passenger is required to verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any misspellings on the visa or any situations that may prevent flight.

• Passengers who will apply for their visa on their own should expect that obtaining the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any delays.

• If a guest cancels their reservation and/or is unable to participate in the related tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department, and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount excluding the fees paid to consulates for the visa, upon presenting their passport showing they did not use the visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, no refund will be provided.

• Changes in routes may occur based on the city where the plane lands. Changes to the type and time of the plane are possible, and due to high occupancy or special periods at hotels, another similar hotel may be provided. These conditions have been communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR, ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.

• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In triple rooms, there are additional bed applications, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms, but if suitable rooms are available, the hotel will block them based on availability.

• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.

• The breakfasts offered at hotels are continental, not Turkish. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

• At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide the names surnames, date of birth, and passport numbers as they appear on the traveling passport. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

• All our guests must have an international travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and there is a mandatory obligation to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of a fine due to lack of insurance, the guest is responsible.

• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may prevent obtaining a visa for another/multiple countries or entering through border checkpoints. Since this situation is beyond the control of BTB TOURS, there is no responsibility of BTB TOURS in such cases.

• To provide economical benefits for the group during visits, guests who do not want to participate in tours conducted along the route must accept to wait in a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. At the end of the trip, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be conducted on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the best alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.

• Tours or trips not allowed by local authorities cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for not being able to conduct these tours.

• The airplane seats indicated in our programs are group seats, and the inbound and outbound flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may be automatically canceled. In this case, the airline's rules are applicable.

• Last minute delays and gate changes in flights will be displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the passenger must pay for and obtain a new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket per the previous item). Additionally, if the group’s departure is missed, the initial program of the first day may be partially or completely missed; in this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Moreover, if a different flight is taken to the city/country than the group, land-city or land-hotel transfers are the passenger's responsibility.

• Guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets are issued. Since the airplane seats in our programs are in group class, to upgrade the requested ticket if available, it may be necessary to pay an additional amount specified by the airline, and the ticket must be moved from group class to upgradeable economy class. Any price difference that occurs in this situation will be the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

• To use your mobile phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey if your line is open for international calls/receiving calls. 

• During your travels, when you temporarily or completely separate from the means of transportation you use and the hotels you stay in, please ensure you have taken all your belongings.

• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.

• BTB TOURS retains the right to change hotel names while keeping the category the same.

• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

• Children under 18 traveling with one parent must have consent from the other parent. If traveling with a third person, consent from both parents is required. In case of non-issuance of a flight ticket due to lack of consent, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.

• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
