If adequate participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation no later than 21 days prior to the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified through your agency.
  • If the program indicates only category information without specifying names, and/or if options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the departure of the tour.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified kilometers away or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours prior to the departure of the tour.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted only with narration from the vehicle, excluding museum and site entrance fees, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Regarding panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, if local authorities do not permit the visit at the time and date, or cannot be conducted due to any event or closed roads, as well as in circumstances where the tour cannot take place due to weather conditions, Fly Express is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is prohibited.
  • Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed designated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds could be rollaways or coach beds, tour participants acknowledge and accept the potential congestion and type of beds in triple and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply for one child who meets the age group staying with two adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 at hotels.
  • The breakfasts taken at the hotel that are included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu described as a continental breakfast including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.

  • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without purchasing domestic flight tickets. If the guest has booked the domestic connection flight independently from the agency, they cannot demand any refund from the agency in case the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a change in hours. The guest accepts in advance all material and moral losses that may arise from cancellation or modification of the tour upon purchasing the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of the round-trip airline tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
  • Guests who are included in the tour without a flight must be at the tour starting point promptly on their own means without any delays. Otherwise, they will have to provide all their transfers on their own.
  • Guests who are not present at the designated airport during the stipulated times in accordance with the airline regulations, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who comply with those procedures but cannot board the plane will not hold Fly Express responsible for failing to make the flight. The fees for canceling and changing tickets that arise from incorrect information will be collected from you.
  • In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may incur additional fees.
  • Seat numbers in the bus during the tour cannot be guaranteed.
  • During our tours, the hours reported by the guide to the guests are the departure times when the vehicle wheels start turning. In the event of a guest's tardiness, they will have to reach the next stop on their own.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with under the condition of participation of at least 20 people. If sufficient number is not achieved, the tours may not be held, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and sites being visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
  • Extra tours that are not included in our classic packages are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour, are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest area on the way. VISA

  • Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. To apply for a visa, it is necessary to have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel and to submit the documents listed in the “Documents Required for Visa” list.
  • The visa must be obtained from the country where the first entry of the tour is made or from the country of most accommodation.
  • Holders of green passports do not require a visa, but must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • The visa information stated in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports from countries other than the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country due to torn, worn, soaked, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the passports received, and if a country requiring visas for Turkish citizens is concerned, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Children under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent must be aware that they may be asked for a document showing the consent of both parents during entry and exit at the border, and we recommend that minors and their parents be sensitive to this matter.
